A Memorable Birthday!
It was my choice to celebrate my sister's 60th birthday tonight at Annora and I couldn't have been happier with this restaurant selection. Everything was perfect! All six of us had the three course meal and agreed that our meals were delicious. The carrot soup starter was a standout as it was uniquely prepared with scallops. Three people had the special steak entrée and three had the halibut. Everything was cooked to perfection. The service is excellent. We are already planning a return visit! Don't be disappointed. You have to book well in advance to get a table.

This small restaurant looks very unassuming at first. Considering I arrived fairly late in the evening, they still managed to get my order in. I ordered the Crab Cakes as an appetizer and the Steak Dianne as my main dish. The Crab Cakes were decent. The spicy Aioli tasted like spicy Thousand Island sauce, but it did the job. The Crab Cakes had good flavour. The Steak Dianne was very good. Considering this isn’t a formal “Steak” restaurant, I was impressed. The Tenderloin was cooked perfectly as ordered and was tender, as it should be. The Sauce wasn’t a typical Steak Dianne Sauce, as it was more subtle, but it was fine. The Vegetables and Potatoes were fine. For dessert, I had a Chocolate Torte. It was dense and a bit hard, but it was good.. The whole meal was enjoyable and I would definitely eat here again. Service was good and prices were very reasonable, considering the quality of food you get.

We have actually heard about this gem in the city. The service was great food was well portioned and excellent . This is not a pricey place and has seven tables.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing culinary delight in Langley/Surrey
This place definitely serves the best food in all of Surrey and Langley. THe quality and presentation is just great, rivelling and better than some Michelin starred restaurants. The one issue is that the wine list is terrible for the quality of the food. a wines like Burrowing Owl or Bells Glos would be far better than these so called BC premium wines. Also a better sound selection would improve the ambiance. Have already made my reservation for next month!

Our favourite restaurant in Langley. Special occasions or otherwise always top notch! Scallops are amazing. Can’t wait to return
Be the first to ReplyDelightful little restaurant with excellent food.
My wife made a reservation based on good reviews. They were right! We had the scallops a la plancha (heavenly!), the halibut (ditto) and the bison ribs (excellent and plentiful) with a cheesecake dessert. I recommend the 3-course meal! The server was patient with us (my son was half an hour late, and we stayed a long time) and gracious. And not obscenely expensive! It's a small place, a bit hard to find -- I walked past it twice!

Really enjoyed the quality and freshness of the food here. Refreshing to see some creativity in a menu. Everything we had was quite delicious. Our server was very nice but didn't quite seem to fit the scale of the restaurant and lacked personality. Overall though we enjoyed!
Be the first to ReplyDefinitely a gem in Langley
Our second time at this restaurant, and probably our biggest complaint is getting reservations! However, aside from this it is well worth the wait to get in. PRO’s - Katie our server was excellent and has a great personality. - In fact the folks there are all excellent. - Good selection from the menu - food was cooked on point. Asked for medium rare and it was exactly that CON’s (not really rather minor tweaks) - The Caprese salad could have used a bit more balsamic on it. - A few more vegetables would be nice - Steak Dianne could have used a little more sauce Enjoyed the evening and listening to how they greeted their guest there are a lot of repeat customers which is always a good sign. If you haven’t tried Annora highly recommend you put it on your list
Be the first to ReplyBest restaurant in Langley and probably a top one in most of the lower mainland.
We had a 3 course dinner for $40 that was spectacular. It is a small restaurant with 6 or 7 tables and the service was great. The food was wonderful and we have been for lunch since and it was also very good. I had bison meatballs with a sauce to die for and a filet combo entre with vegatables perfectly cooked. The portions were just right and I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys good and almost high end gourmet without the high price and snooty atmosphere.
Be the first to ReplyThis is a true gem. High end dining without the hefty price tag
If you are looking for a great dining experience with high quality food this is the spot. Atmosphere could use a little work but the food is incredible. Quality and presentation. Make a reservation well in advance as always busy. They have an exceptional 3 course meal for only $43.00. Also bring in your own expensive wine and pay only a $21.00 corkage fee. Moving to Langley the one thing I miss is good restaurants that aren’t chains. So happy I have now found one.
Be the first to ReplyFine Dining at Reasonable Prices and Awesome Food
Took my wife Dale on a date that turned out great. We were greeted by a very friendly, helpful, and very good server also buy the Owner/ chef. We decided on the $40 - 3 course dinner. I had Bison Meat balls in a sauce to die for and my wife had Gnocchi which was also good. Our entre was the special, a com combination of Braised short rib and Filet steak with real mashed potatoes, carrots, asparagus, and pea pods. Excellent! Dessert was a cheese cake that was very good but a bit different. We each had wine by the glass which was both good and reasonable. We left satisfied but not stuffed. They have lunch as well which will go to. A great little restaurant that would compete with any fine dining.
Be the first to ReplyFantastic anniversary dinner
Fantastic dinner for our anniversary. The food was presented well and tasted delicious. A very small restaurant with only about 6 tables - which explains the difficulty in getting a reservation. I have already recommended this restaurant to friends and family and plan to return.
Be the first to ReplyA dinner out to be remembered for a long time.
My wife had the Steak Dianne and it was done perfectly and she was very pleased with the whole plate. I had the 3 course dinner starting with the beet and goat cheese salad, next the roast duck that was to die for and surpassed my expectations, I concluded the dinner with the cheese cake that was unique and pleasant. I paired this with Chaberton red wine. This experience should be enjoyed by everyone. This whole evening was made so enjoyable with our server Kate there for our every need and query. Thankd youy to all the staff for this memorable evening.

Advanced planning required to get in, but definitely worth the wait! Amazing food! Small, intimate, and 5* quality!
Be the first to ReplyFor Langley, it’s good enough to be a “destination” restaurant.
When you’re travelling or you just want food, you go somewhere to have dinner. But sometimes, the dinner is the goal of the going out. And Annora is good enough to be one of those spots. The destination. Salads. Appetizers. Entrees. All spot on. No overpowering bottled sauces like so many places. The food speaks for itself here. As it should. Clean, separated tastes. We will return. Because it’s a destination restaurant. And Langley needed one.

This is the best and only fine dining restaurant in Langley. All of Langley. We visited mid week and the place was packed. The reason: The food and service was impeccable as usual. We both had the three course price fixe menu. I had the duck and my husband had the beef duo. We shared! The portions are just the right size and not overwhelming. Our waitress Katy was delightful and lots of fun. We enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere. Can't wait to go back for the happy hour menu! SOON!
Be the first to ReplyWow, just wow!
Some of the best food in the area. Their menu is diverse and everything on it is very flavourful. The portions are a bit on the small side, but this works well because you can try a few more things. Very cozy spot would highly recommend reservations. 100% will go again!
Be the first to ReplyBest meal I have had in years
We went to Annora for lunch and we were skeptical because it isn't in the nicest part of Langley city and the decor is very cafe like. The food and the service were both exceptional. This is truly a hidden gem and with one visit will now be our favourite restaurant for both dining or lunch.

My husband and I dined here for the first time last night on a recommendation from a girlfriend. It was a fantastic meal, one of the best that I have eaten at a restaurant in a very long time. Courtney was our server and she was lovely. The presentation of the food was spectacular and the taste was amazing. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. You will not be disappointed at all.

Annora never disappoints! It was almost a year since we had visited (COVID) and we were so happy to go back. The little patio is charming. The food was inspired! Delicious and so beautifully presented. Chef Aaron has certainly outdone himself! Our server was very upbeat and friendly. And she had a great sense of humour making her so much fun. We really enjoyed the Prix Fixe menu but there are so many more items to try. It will not be a year before we visit again! Elegant fine dining with a casual bent. Love it!
Be the first to ReplyGreat service and excellent food!
We loved the three course menu and the service was excellent. Our waitress was knowledgeable and provided good descriptions of what was on offer. Will definitely be back.
Be the first to ReplyZero Disappointment!
Our first time at Annora was like discovering a local treasure. It’s not fancy, but it’s nicely done and comfortable. I loved the music playing nicely in the background. You can dress up or stay casual. And the food…..zero disappointment ! Steak: perfect! Same with the chicken and pork chop my company had. It was a great end to my aunt’s birthday. Our server was very likeable! Definitely going back!
