They use absolutely no COVID precautions
The servers are literally breathing in your face. The tables are pushed together. Forget the food. I will never go there again if they can't even take the most basic precautions of protecting the people they serve.

Once a longtime favorite, AD’s has gone so far downhill, I’m not sure I’ll be back. What happened to the plaid-clad wait staff that actually cared and over annunciated everything? Came tonight, waiter didn’t hear me order the kale salad and when our entrees came out ahead of the salad he tried to argue that I didn’t order it. I did. I literally order it every time I am at the restaurant. In addition he took drink orders right away which alluded to good service but then took forever to take our orders and bring the check. We got a free slice of icebox cake out of the salad situation but it was basically frozen. Sincerely disappointed.
Poor experience
Would not recommend this restaurant. Food was decent, but portions were minuscule- Terrible value for money. I specifically asked the waitress how many scallops came with the dish, to which she replied “3 big ones”. Once delivered to the table she informed me that they’d only given me 2 scallops because they were “big”. Go figure! $33 for 2 scallops is outrageous. But the worst part - I looked on their Instagram page and every photo they’ve posted of the same scallop dish shows 3 scallops which are clearly the same size as the ones I received.
They do not serve tap water (you must pay a premium for bottled water) and they are also the only NJ restaurant I have dined at that charge corkage ($4 per person!). If you’re going to charge corkage then I suggest you offer to open and pour the bottle.
Perhaps the worst part is that I emailed the restaurant manager to discuss my experience and did not receive a reply. Whilst I like to support local businesses during this difficult time, it’s equally important that they remain competitive and provide value to their customers.
Beware: restaurant kicks you out if you stay longer than 30 minutes
Horrible experience. The menu states that customers have to leave after 90 minutes. However, after 51 minutes the server rudely told us we had to leave because other people were waiting. I understand lunch time is busy, but it is horrible customer service to force people out Before they are done eating. Will not return and will not recommend to anyone.

Had dinner here, brunch is a different affair as far as I uderstand. While there is nothing that bad about this restaurant, the price is just too high for very simple dishes, with pasta at the 30 dollars range. Service is nothing to write home about either. There are just better options in the area.

We dine here with family and had heard so much about this restaurant. What's nice is that it is a BYO which offsets what I felt was a pricey dinner. The place is very rustic with wobbly wood tables that adds to the charm. The service is perfect with efficient and friendly service. You can set the pace of your meal so we were not rushed. The appetizers were very good. We had the burrata, arancini, and bresaola. Portions are small, however, so not much to share. Mu sone had an excellent steak cooked perfectly. His date had a simple pasta dish. The salmon was delicious. What fell down and the reason for only 4 stars was the lamb sausage was almost too salty to eat but I managed and did not send it back. It was the sausage prep and not the cooking. Except for salt, the flavors were good. The icebox cake was a perfect ending. I would return but would order something different.

Love that you can bring your own bottle of wine (no corkage!) and the food was beautifully presented and delicious! I had the Ahi Burger and although it was described as a filet, it was ground and served as a burger (yes, I know that makes sense! lol) but they were able to cook it correctly and the fries were delicious!

This place was quite loud for starters. Also, the restroom was right by our table.
Service was good, food was good but not stellar. The Wild Boar pasta had good flavor but was very salty.
Overall, a decent meal, but not a highlight.
Great Food
First visit and we will visit again. Very good food. Excellent service. Waitress was fantastic. Wine list is very limited so if you can bring your own. Save room for desert.

Wow what a find for breakfast! This is an adorable restaurant for breakfast, lunch , or dinner! We happened to go there for breakfast early friday morning and had the restaurant to ourselves! Our waiter was so sweet and polite and service was fantastic! The eggs and bacon divine, eggs and sausage supreme, and eggs benedict, best ever!! The special coffees are delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant for any meal!
