Very good starry
This is the second time we came and enjoyed it as much as the first time from the starter to the dessert including the pre-dessert and the wait for dessert with good juicy plums. Original starter with pan-fried foie gras with sauerkraut-style turnips. Such an inexpensive starred restaurant is definitely worth a detour!
Exceptional
Meal with friends to celebrate their 1 year of marriage, we took the tasting menu which was simply perfect, dishes with perfect flavor and alchemy, a welcome of exemplary simplicity and professionalism, so yes the decor and can be simple and there are no tablecloths on the tables or any fuss but what are we really looking for when we choose this type of establishment? Is it better to have impeccable decoration and tasteless food than simpler decoration and remember its wonderful flavors for life...? To meditate on each one's point of view but let's also honor the courage of this couple who take responsibility alone and who do all possible means to satisfy their customers. We were able to feel a real passion for their profession and that is priceless given the current situation. Once again a big thank you Chef Lagnèce and Madame Lagnèce for this wonderful culinary and sharing moment. Good luck to you both Sylvie

Perfect cuisine, the love of a job well done by chef Patrick, and a mixture of dishes and flavors, in a clever mix of contemporary or gourmet cuisine... divine deserts, lovely service provided by Eliane, everything was perfect. I'll be back
Does not justify a trip
Very disappointed and having experience of starred restaurants I summarize Rustic and clean setting Canteen table without tablecloth Ricard aperitif at €8 Service does not know the wines and says so Small portion meal with no real flavor (don't know how to cook pan-fried foie gras) I could have given 4 stars to a basic restaurant It's not at the level of a Michelin star
discovery of a rural gastronomic gem
We were very well received, the authentic room of a rural restaurant without being old-fashioned. the service is very good, we don't miss anything at all times. As for the cuisine, on the other hand, a real treat, unusual flavors, fine, refined and despite everything copious which is becoming rare in gourmet restaurants! in short, particularly surprising, we were brought along by a friend who invited us we didn't know but we will come back because the value for money is excellent, it deserves its star and the icing on the cake, the chef honored us with a visit in room we were the last and shared his passion with kindness. I recommend for small budgets it's still affordable, there's value for money

An excellent restaurant that is worth a detour and encourages you to come back....
We had booked the "Sousceyrac lunch" as part of a small cultural, tourist, culinary getaway...And we did not disappoint. The slightly old-fashioned setting appealed to us; we thought of Pierre Benoît when planning this lunch. A warm welcome from our hostess, and a soothing calm in the restaurant room. Cozy atmosphere. Everything you need to enjoy the meal. The meal was a treat. Good, fine cuisine, subtle tastes and a very successful visual. Bravo to the chef who really deserves his star. We will return to this pleasant, relaxing restaurant for this culinary experience to be repeated without moderation.
