Donโt let prices scare you off
First time at big pink. Had chicken and waffles. Good but a heads up one would have trouble finishing it all. Wife had the smaller burger. More than enough. Doggie bags for both of us. Nice atmosphere
Be the first to ReplyAmazing breakfast
My wife and I went here for breakfast while spending the week in South Beach. We each opted for the pancake combo and french toast. Food was hot and fresh and the french toast was HUGE. We also had coffee and a smoothie. Our total was $69, including tax and (mandatory) 20% gratuity. A very nice breakfast in a nice location. Service (Maria P) was fast and friendly.
Be the first to ReplyBig Pink means Big Meal!!! DELISH!!!
It's been a long time for us but we're back with another couple for their first time for lunch. Yea we're at the South Florida Food and Wine Festival for the weekend eating and drinking but had to squeeze in Big Pink and cross it off our friends bucket list!!! Food was good and plenty, tasty, great attentive service, sorry forgot our lovely server's name. Two turkey clubs, for the ladies, a Philly cheese steak sandwich for my buddy and I had the Corned beef Reuben. Nice size sandwiches with a side of chips or an up charge for fries. Wash it down with a soda and we were good. Of course we can't leave here without a oreo cookie shake to share and our friends had a vanilla shake to share. Dessert at its finest!!! We will be back!!!๐ฅค๐ฅค๐ฅค
Be the first to ReplyBig milk shake for $15 and not so spicy Fire Rescue burger
Big milk shake for $15 and not so spicy Fire Rescue burger. The server was very nice, but food was slow to arrive for us. The burger I expected to be spicy was not so spicy and used was tasted like frozen or canned jalapeรฑo stuffed with cheese. The churrasco wrap was big and delicious. Consider sharing as the portions are big.

We really enjoyed our first experience of Big Pink. In fact, so much so, we went back a few days later. The menu selection is phenomenally wide-ranging, with many all day breakfast options available also. Thereโs also a great selection of drinks as well The service was very, very good. Our waitress for our first time was Victoria and she was extremely pleasant, helpful and attentive. All in all, I donโt think anyone could go wrong with a Big Pink experience.

The service was outstanding. We shared the chicken & waffles eggs Benedict which was really good. It definitely felt very indulgent. Extensive menu options and staff is very helpful .
Be the first to ReplyBig breakfasts - gram worthy building. Little bit pricey
If you love big, rich breakfasts, this is for you. If you prefer coffee (cappuccino) for under 9.95 โฆ per cup potentially not for you. Service was good - so I canโt fault that. it was our first breakfast in Miami, so I did find the pricing quite eye watering. But Iโm learning the average cost of meals can vary as with quality. Seems that folks go for the size of the food servings. I did have a house muffin which was very fresh and delish and my hubby had the bagel for $10. Same price as a coffee?!!! For a back street venue Iโm surprised on costs, we did in fact debate if we should stay for breakfast - due to cost so opted for smaller food items.. Coffee clearly is my focus here, and I have spotted roasted coffee elsewhere at around the $5 โ mark. So maybe thatโs my own error. I did think the building was a bit of fun on a walk around the back streets.
Be the first to ReplySo very loud!
The outside patio was full, no wonder whyโฆInside the music is blasting so loud that people are trying to talk over the noise, so itโs even louder, itโs very difficult to hear the people youโre at the table with, the waitress or anything else. The potatoes are the bomb. They call them home fries for some reason, theyโre not fries though, they are chunks of seasoned potatoes with peppers and onion and they are fabulous. The Belgian waffle is very heavy and cakey like. Itโs like having a brick in your stomach! The meal took a pretty long time, we just had scrambled eggs and sausage, nothing too intense.
Be the first to ReplyReally fun!
We went here for lunch the first day we were in Miami as wanted the whole 'diner' experience and it was great. Fab salads, milkshakes and a burger - the classics. Sadly out of shrimp when I was there but buzzy, got a booth and great for people watching! Very enjoyable experience.
Be the first to ReplyBiggest menu and delicious food!
We were recommended Big Pink Miami by a previous traveller so we made a plan to visit during our stay and it was fantastic! Friendly staff, doesnโt break the bank and the portions are huge. Most importantly the food was delicious! We had cocktails, mains and dessert during a lunch visit and we didnโt end up eating until lunch the next day, we were still so full! Would definitely return and recommend to others!
Be the first to ReplyVery casual and friendly venue!
A very casual venue for either brunch or lunch. I had the churrasco wrap and it was tasty. The service was a bit slow but friendly and overall a nice experience! Fyi food portions are big so please keep that in mind when ordering!

What a great diner. Huge menu with something for everyone. It was a shame we only stopped by for a drink. If there's any criticism, its that the portions are too big. We ordered nachos to tide us over until dinner but they filled us up.
Be the first to ReplyAmerican diner south beach
Clean and spacious American diner. The milk shakes are good and cakes as well. Prices are high for what it is. Ok for an afternoon stop over.
Be the first to Replygreat shakes, huge portions
This is a great place to eat, really big menu, great shakes, and huge portions. I had the corned beef hash and eggs. excellent rye toast. I agree that it is very expensive, and I don't like the "included tip", but my service was good, so it didn't matter as much.

A great place to cure a hangover! I had the omelet with cheese and peppers. It was great - as was the iced coffee. It was busy when we visited. Service was on point.
Be the first to ReplyBig Breakfast at Big Pink!!
We had our first Miami meal at Big Pink. We had just arrived in from a red-eye flight, and we were ready to sit down, relax, and have a good breakfast. Big Pink did not disappoint. We ate outside on the patio and enjoyed people-watching in the morning shade. The menu is extensive, and we all easily found something appealing. Everything we ordered was pretty good, but we were not able to eat half of what we got, as the portion sizes were very generous. I think we could have shared meals and still walked away full. Overall this was a good breakfast, and a lovely beginning to our time in Miami.
Be the first to ReplyWARNING - Overcharged card!
We went to Big Pink on our fist day in Miami and were very excited. Waitress was helpful and we got our order (Meat combo and cheeseburger + 2 coca colas) very quick. First problem - 18% service fee. That's a lot to pay on top of the expensive food. They also expected to tip additionaly. Our final bill was 65 dollars. 4 days later we saw on credit account that Big Pink took 113 dollars for this meal! Unbelievable! We didn't managed to contact them so we needed to include our bank. We are still waiting to get our money back. Be very aware and check your credit balance! Also, before we noticed overcharged credit card, we tried to eat in Big Pink again. We were seated, restaurant was full and nobody served us for 20 minutes so we left. Now we are extremely happy for that because who knows how much would that cost??? Just eat somewhere else, big portions are not worth it.
Be the first to ReplyBest Breakfast in South Beach
This place is the absolute best place to go for breakfast. The prices are affordable, the portions are plentiful, and the quality is amazing! Located just around the corner from the beach, Ocean Drive, and already in the downtown area, you are surrounded by things to see and do. Highly recommend the Crab Benedict or the Smoked Salmon Benedict. You will not be disappointed.
Be the first to ReplyOur First Breakfast in Miami
Had a morning walk along Collins Ave. looking for a good breakfast. We decided to try Big Pink diner. Great and helpfull staff that really cares about their customers. Lots of choices that are fairly priced. In our opinion a great american diner that serves great food.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing Simple Breakfast, service was OK
Ordered the scrambled eggs and bacon with homestyle potatoes and honestly, I have never had scrambled eggs cooked so good... beautiful yellow colour and very tasty. Super delicious food. Service seemed quite poor in contrast to other restaurants (very impersonal )
Be the first to ReplyRelaxed and friendly atmosphere
We got there early (They open at 8 AM) for breakfast and that may have helped with the relaxed vibe. Less crowdy than I've seen during the lunch hour and all the staff we interacted with were helpful and pleasant. The meal servings were huge! They were also tasty and the presentation helped. As so many have mentioned, the gratuity is included in the bill so be mindful of that. My server, Dylan, deserved the 18% however, and as such, I didn't have an issue with that.
I consider the prices to be subjective to one's budget. It's Miami Beach so I considered it reasonable.
Outdoor seating is also available and there's a small baked foods area with some oversized cake slices for sale. Parking is also available on the streets or in designated lots. One lot is right next door. The beach is a short walk away if you're so inclined and we also noticed that members of the Miami Beach police and Miami Beach Fire rescue team were also having breakfast there. It's almost always good to be eating where the locals eat.
Poor service mandatory tpping for take out
The food was okay but I was shocked to have a mandatory 18% tip added to my bill for takeout, where the service was very poor. When I came to pay they asked if I wanted to leave another tip. For takeout!
Be the first to ReplyProper breakfast.
Eggs Benny many ways. I had the classic - 2 eggs. And proper Americans coffee not the house pour. Sit outside and people watch. And relaxโฆโฆ
