I haven't eaten here in a while but it was great.
The young lady we had was a waitress and a cook. Must be rough doing both parts. It was not busy which I enjoyed the quietness of the restaurant. The low lighten and soft playing music really sets the tone for the restaurant as a whole. We sat by the kitchen. Normally I would ask to move, but I can honestly say I did not hear the kitchen at all. This really surprised me. Our drink order came so fast. All I did was blink and the waitress was walking up with our drinks. Kudos to the bartender on this!! The menu caters to everyone's taste buds. The dynamic salmon was flavorful and is currently stuck in my memory ( I will be back later this week for another one)... it was that good. The Atlanta salmon was great but they really need to add the dynamic salmon dish to the menu. Overall the experience was outstanding.

It's the service last night that was unacceptable.
We got there around 930 and clearly the manager and staff saw us come in and no one came to seat us. There were quite a few people as well waiting. Seemed like minutes went by and nothing. It was practically empty but empty or not, busy or not you see someone come in to your restaurant, you immediately acknowledge them! Food was good and decor was nice. Again busy or not, you acknowledge people right away when they come into your restaurant, that's excellent customer service! When you don't acknowledge people right away it's bad customer service! We will come back again and hopefully they will acknowledge us and others when coming in!

Flashback to pre Covid.
This restaurant would get half my paycheck every month and was my hands down favorite restaurant. It was jam packed every night and food and service was consistently 5 stars. Post Covid(2021) I have been here once per year since then and this is the last time. Food quality and service has been abysmal and last time I told my wife it was the last. She convinced me to come tonight and it will be the last for sure. The seats and table were dirty, the appetizer plates were dirty (food dried on), drinking glasses were dirty (food dried on). The bang bang shrimp had most of the batter falling off (oily and not drained), the fries were oily because the fish drained on top, my fish was not light and flakey but slightly soggy. My wife said her meal was just average and nothing special but we agree, we will not be back especially at this price point for sub par food. The best part of our meal was our server Aamir. He was very polite, professional, attentive, and single handedly kept this a 3 star review. We might try another location but this one will not be on our list to return to. Even if they comped our meal this was one too many times and we will not be back.

Very disappointing. It started out when they were opening the door to allow customers in. The door wasn't opened properly and for a brief time my wife was stuck in the revolving door. Not funny at all. We ordered drinks and brunch. Our bloody Mary's arrived without bacon that always comes in the glass along with olives. I asked the waitress about it. Her answer, it probably wasn't read. They why give it to me? The price wasn't reduced accordingly. My crab frittata arrived, over done. I had to scrap it from the sides. It was horrible. so dry and tasteless. When my coffee was brought to m, I added the cream that accompanied it. Out of the cream came lumps of cream. when I stirred the coffee the cram separated. Now there was a layer of oil on top of the coffee. The excuse I was given was its cream. The only time the waitress returned was to ask us if we wanted the check. My wife ordered the eggs Benedict. When they arrived they were warm. Not hot but warm. Within ten minutes they were cold. Because the temperature in the restaurant was cold. Certainly not a good experience. Would I go back. Certainly not! This is not my first bad experience at Bonefish Grill. Next time I want breakfast or brunch, I'll go local to a mom and pops place. Breakfast at McDonald's is actually better and it wouldn't cost me $70.00. By the way if you do go there to eat and order a Bloody Mary, make sure they add all the ingredients. Including alcohol and not a glass that is filled with 3/4 of ice.

I had to take another trip to the unforgettable Bonefish Grill! Let me tell you, the food is amazing, and I can't stress that enough! My selections have been wonderful and prepared to perfection. We ordered a few dishes, such as Bang Bang Shrimp and Fish Tacombos, along with sides of French Fries and Salad. The food was so good and filling. Customer service was great and professional. If you haven't tried Bone Fish Grill, you need to check them out today! I promise you won't be disappointed. Happy eating:)

It was delightful! I would rate overall a 7 out of 10! Food was exquisitely prepared and awesomely executed! Ambience quiet Service attentive and knowledgeable! I enjoyed my experience!
Rude MANAGER HAILEY at Bonefish
So we came in to celebrate a birthday, party of 3. Had wonderful waitress, who worked hard, but the manager is extremely rude and needs to learn the difference between a fillet and a ribeye. Our bill was over 200, certainly wasn’t worried about the price, but she rudely insisted that we were wrong. One of our parties is a beef farmer, we tried to help HAILEY, but HAILEY WAS RUDE, CRUDE AND ACTED EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. We will not go back. Cooperate will be hearing from me about HAILEY MONDAY. Go to another location, not HARBISON!!!!

It's been a few months so hopefully things have been rectified. At that time they were horribly understaffed and could not keep up service wise. Anyone walking in the door with a reservation would bump someone on the wait list even if you had been in the queue for an hour. Had lemon cake for dessert, tasted very cheaply done. Used to love this place but have not been back. Hoping they return to their prior level.
Had been a decade since I last visited a bonefish location.
Honestly, hasn't changed much but still consistent. Can't give more than 3 stars I save that for next level locals and small businesses. In a pinch hit it.
This place was recommended but found it to be horrible.
The rainbow trout was bland dry and full of bones. None of the food had any flavor. The mgmt made no amends either stating That's just how it comes. This was our first and last and last time coming here!

Thank you for the question, if a seller is working on answering your bid, you cannot cancel it until their time is up and the bid is released back to you. The full amount of funds then go back into your AT account. Typically a seller has 48-72 hours to complete the bid.
