One of the top Sunday Brunches in Singapore and now my favorite
My wife and I went to the Sunday Brunch at Brasserie Les Saveurs. It was a remarkable brunch experience offering a variety of fresh seafood choices, delightful desserts, and all that you can imagine in between, set in a cozy and inviting ambiance. The team is exceptionally attentive, ensuring you feel valued. We got everything we wanted - we didn't order alcohol and yet all sorts of soft drinks such as juices and sodas, coffee and tea, were included in the brunch. Considering the caliber of the food (they have fine dishes such as foie gras, and their seafood is exceptionally fresh and includes top-tier selection such as lobster, crab, oysters, several types of salmon, etc.), the pricing is very fair when compared to other top hotel buffets. I'll definitely revisit and won't hesitate to suggest it to my friends and family. I can't help but mention again how incredible, plentiful, varied the desserts were - one of the best selections I've ever had. Do make sure to save some belly space for those!

Outstanding Desserts ! Sub Average Vegetarian Food ! Average Mozarella Bar ! Mediocre Service! Our my rating for The Sunday Brunch at St Regis The Vegetarian options are severely limited even if you eat cheese and eggs The non alcoholic menu does not even offer simple things such as fresh juices . Three servers gave us three different answers on this simple question on whether fresh juice is served or not ! Ice cream is mentioned in the menu but gelatos or / and sorbets are not on offer. If you ask for an ice cream you get one on a stick and that too after a considerable time The Chef Pass Through Items which should have been offered to every table were extremely patchy. I got the sourdough bread and the scrambled eggs, which was not appetising at all. Inspite of repeatedly requesting for the mushroom soup, it came after a considerably long time after the mains were served Service was mediocre with staff taking no accountability Only saving grace were the outstanding desserts, which were super super delicious. This is what got the brunch a rating of 3 otherwise the whole experience was at best a 2 Would recommend a remake of the vegetarian menu be it the mains or pass around as not only the quality was sub average and the choices very limited
Be the first to ReplyWorst Sunday Brunch in Singapore
Went for Sunday brunch. Decor is outdated. Tables chipped, chairs full of marks and stains. Place really needs overhaul for this price range. Buffet options limited and mediocre quality. Mostly boiled seafood/ low quality sashimi. the ‘chef pass around’ is a joke: dry and crumbly overcooked scrambled eggs, unseasoned overcooked foie gras, tasteless soup with days old croissant…mains average at best. Overall quality is what you get in priority pass lounge in airport that you enter for free. Service is passable. We asked to change seat to a quieter section outside of the restaurant and they were helpful and accommodative. Then service ends there, we were basically ignored here, mains took 3 chasers and over an hour wait, drinks never topped up, chef pass around was never offered… As disclaimer, I used Amex LD, so I got 50% off and yet I still feel the whole experience is a con. Had reservation for Astor grill next week and have cancelled following this experience. Pls guys do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

Received attentive and prompt service from Prakash and Inna. Cosy environment but the chairs need some updates, was not very clean.

It was my first visit to the restaurant. Like the ambience and enjoyed good customer service. For the appetiser, I ordered Burrata and main course was fish. It was a disappointment with the Burrata . However, the chef did the fish very well which exuded the freshness and moist . Overall experience was satisfactory.
Be the first to ReplyFine Dining with Spectacular Service
We celebrated one of our family member’s birthday at the Aston Grill - a pop up concept restaurant by the St Regis. Booking of the restaurant was hassle free, though a deposit was required to secure the reservation, the deposit was offset with the final bill, so it was really hassle free. The restaurant surprised us with a welcome drink and a canapé before we begin our ordering. This is really a pleasant surprise. Foods wise, I must say all their beef items are excellent, the only dish we don’t quite like is the chicken which I believe they have over done thus making the chicken dried. Their appetisers and sides were good, not forgetting the foods served in their kids menu were also good. I guess desserts were not their main strength, hence I can only say they are acceptable, nothing much to shout about. What’s make this dining experience memorable is their service, really spectacular and warm.
Be the first to ReplyWonderful lunch at Brasserie Les Saveurs
Had lunch at Brasserie Les Saveurs, food and ambience is awesome. would like to compliment a male staff, he passed me a shawl when he noticed that Im feeling cold, so thoughtful of him (forgot to ask for his name) really appreciate. The food is super fresh and yummy, will be back soon
Be the first to ReplyAstor Grill , a delight!
Excellent. Astor Grill Pop up is now an 5 star restaurant. On previous visits to Les Savueurs, it has been below par , but since the change to a steak house - Astor Grill , the food and service was exemplary. The tomahawk steak was immense, would definitely recommend. A great place to eat.
Be the first to ReplyGorgeous, unhurried lunch
Good friends are really to be t-r-e-a-s-u-r-e-d! A pal I have known for many, many years gave a fab birthday lunch treat here at the St Regis Singapore in end-May (yup, we celebrate our birthdays for at least a month, and sometimes across different cities, lol!). The service was prompt, attentive and friendly. We especially loved the very fresh burrata salad, the roast lamb and the steak frites. I was so keen on sinking my teeth into the steak that horrors, I forgot to take a photo of the dish! (Sometimes it happens. Tsk tsk tsk.) The desserts were also yummy and well plated. A diehard chocoholic, I had chosen a decadent chocolate tart for myself…only to be presented with a cute chocolate cake for my birthday too! Between the two of us, we had so much to catch up on - we were excitedly comparing notes on our recent travels and making recommendations on several “must try” hotels and restaurants. And not once did the staff at Brasserie Les Saveurs rush us. So our lunch was pleasantly unhurried and we certainly had a relaxing, memorable afternoon.
Be the first to ReplyWill never recommend and will never be back.
Service was incomprehensibly bad! 6 people at our table but waiter would only serve 5 high teas…???? They could count 6 people but refused to bring 6 High Teas… I Still don’t know why.. After many complaints and long , long discussions amongst approx 5 staff they bring out a total of 7 high teas!!! This was just the beginning…. Couldn’t imagine how worse it could get , but it did. Staff simply didn’t care, dodged our requests for help and I am unsure if any had actual restaurant experience yet alone a 5 star hotel training! Will never recommend and will never be back.

Love the food and services rendered by the team from Brassiere Les Saveurs !
Team was really friendly, approachable and paid attention to all the small details!
Awesome birthday celebration for my bff
Brought my friend here for her birthday celebration, the food and ambience are really great here. But most importantly, is the staff. They are so friendly and nice, we love the service here. And my friend enjoyed herself, will definitely recommend anyone who wants to celebrate an occasion to come here ❤️

Great lunch place - set lunch was good and service was excellent. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and quiet.
Be the first to ReplyMemorable Sunday Brunch
Venue, vibe, and ambient is just the start beginning of our great experience. The waiters and servers are actually the selling point. Except for the one standing at the reception area (he is not bad, but he is the isolated one compared to the warm hospitality received from others) Everyone is amazing, friendly and attentive. Kudos to Wei Qi, Ron, and two other Korean server - sorry I didn't get the names. Will surely come back. FOOD IS GREAT. My fave Sunday brunch so far.

Chef Kamal made the best omelette I’ve had! The fresh lobster and caviar was luxe to compliment the Epicurean taste. The laksa was amazing as well. Will come back for more breakfast to try the fresh idli next stay!
Be the first to ReplyGreat food and service as always
I've been here quite a few times so I'm familiar with the good (and not so good) of the menu, ordered everything correctly and the meal and service was perfect! Had a great time with my friend and definitely will be back!
Be the first to ReplyFood was ok, service was below mediocre
Celebrated my husband’s bday At this restaurant today. When making a reservation i indicated that I was having a celebration.
There was a particular staff there wearing a suit ( I assume he is a manager ? ) who didn’t seem to know much about the dishes served there . After taking my order , he just left the table , walked away without any confirmation of our dishes nor any word , very abrupt. ( weird for a fine dining (I think )restaurant ) . We were left wondering if he took our order or ???
My daughter had soup and no spoon was given until I asked for it. Small issue but it’s the little things that count right ? I should not even be asking for cutlery .
After our meal , restaurant didn’t give a cake or anything for my husband. At other restaurants at other hotels they will always give a complimentary cake or a dessert when they know we are having a celebration. Yes I know it’s not a must for them to do so but again little things like this counts for us to return again .
There was a female staff who was the most knowledgeable and personable of all the people working there . She was the one who knew the dishes and had to convey our order again to the suit guy.
Wouldn’t expect such a prestigious establishment to not provide good and personable service especially with the money we are paying.
Staff should really be familiar with the dishes served and not sound like it’s the first time they are seeing the menu .
If I didn’t have the Supper club card I wouldn’t visit here again , rather go to Shangrila or Regent hotel for exceptional service.
Subpar waiting time for breakfast...and average food quality
About the service:
We arrived at our reserved slot and was seated promptly <-- nice.
We were served the starting items -- bread basket and small fruit platter <-- okay
We placed our first order for coffees, juices, starter <-- okay
Then things got ... uncontrolled
Juices and starter arrived promptly <-- good
Coffees? Well we waited for 35 minutes for that to arrive. To be exact we ordered at 9.50am and they arrived at 10.25am. What made it worse was, at around 10.15am the table next to us ordered for 2 black coffees and they got it in 5 minutes.
The mains?
Yeah, we ordered at 9.55am, the first main arrived at 10.35am (a Laksa), the 2nd main finally arrived at 10.45am (the famed Epicurean Omelette). I'd spend that waiting time for a nice dinner. But, not for a laksa even if it's in a hotel.
I must say the floor manager who served our area should be commended (my bad, forgot his name). He knew something's not right and would apologize sincerely to the customers. It's not something he could help with.
So how about the food?
Fruit platter <-- nothing special.
Bread basket <-- small croissants and stuff. Not sure if from frozen or not. Super buttery which suited my taste, not my wife. When I held it in the hand, my hand become very oily.
The Laksa <-- too ordinary to mention anything. I'd simply say, if you've tried any other Laksa, then just skip this one, save your quota for something else
The Epicurean Omelette <-- famed with lobster bisque emulsion. The result? nope we can't taste anything related to lobster. The omelette itself was quite fluffy with great texture. And, it looked just like their own photo / other people's instagram photo. You can give it a try if you like, just don't expect any lobster taste. You still got tiger prawns in it.
We also tried the Brioche French Toast <-- it's not bad. Just mind the cinnamon taste if you are not a fan of cinnamon
Bday celebration
Nice food and very good service. The staff is super nice and give excellent service. Specially Ron and Christianne. They are very friendly and attentive to what we need. They also give a very good suggestions on what food we should order.
Be the first to ReplyA Special Birthday Treat
My family brought me to Brasserie Les Saveurs to celebrate my birthday. For such a posh restaurant, the service was very warm and personal. Jason Loke, it’s supervisor took care of our needs well, attending to every request we had. The quality of the Thanksgiving Menu was good. I especially liked the fresh oysters and roast beef. The dessert cart was excellent. The pantry chef must be commended for his creations! We were feeling so full even before the dessert cart was brought to us but we still enjoyed every item that we tried (and between us we tried everything!) It was truly a lovely evening at Brasserie Les Saveurs.
