Food was exceptional.
Service and presentation were outstanding. One of the best meals I have had in Miami.
Be the first to ReplyI cant say enough about how bad the host was at this place.
Arrogant jerk who made you feel like an inferior person. And we spent $1000. Nobody should have to feel this way. Shame on you.

I hate this restaurant, and I'll tell you why, because it ruins ever other dining experience in Miami forever. This restaurant is sublime, exquisite, and exceptional, perfectly curated dishes at an elevated level. We celebrated our anniversary here on Friday night and it was incredible. We've been looking forward to dining here for quite sometime, and this was the day. I can't say enough great comments on the preparation, and service. The two David's treated us like royalty, and the chefs we interactive and inviting, often presenting their dishes directly to us with an explanation of what we were getting ready to enjoy. If you like fine dining gourmet, this is a treat, and highly recommended!

First time trying this cute restaurant out , it's very very small inside the Four Season Hotel First Floor The plates and the decor are very beautiful. Our servers were very attentive with our questions about the menu. We had the $150 3 course meal which was phenomenal (you get to choose 3 dishes from their menu) , we both got to share 6 plates + appetizers + dessert Definitely recommend to come to this place for a special occasion , the restaurant has very few tables so it's very private. The food was served in decent portions enough for 2 people to be able to taste it together. Not a lot to leave you full but not too little to make you want to order something else afterwards Our favorite favorite dish of all night was the Parmesan egg and the butternut squash soup.It was super delicious , the caviar was amazing and the little crepes to eat it with were also a nice touch (not pictured) We will definitely come back when they update their menu to try dishes.
Be the first to ReplyFabulous place for an evening dinner all done first class.
It's expensive yet delicious and unbelievably elegant. The caviar is spectacular and is available in numerous weights. The drinks are poured well, the chefs are amazing and your check will be high. Indulge yourself.

Highlights:*Intimate, Elegant, Michelin "Pedigree" Dining*Not for the cost conscious: Expect to spend $250++ per person for food and wine/champagne, plus tax/tip*Delicious and artistically presented creationsBehind a white curtain in the Four Seasons Building lobby is a small, gilded gem with only 10 or 12 tables, large leather chairs, round marble tables, a chandelier, small marble bar/open mini kitchen, and a level of haute dining not typically found in Miami. Caviar Russe is in its fourth year in Miami following a 20+ year tenure in Manhattan with one Michelin star in NYC for the past 6 years. You can spend an unlimited amount of money on various caviar tastings and/or proceed to the lunch/dinner tasting menu where you select three small courses for $150 plus uncharges on several items (lobster, snow crab, foie gras are an extra $25 each). There is also a seafood tower with caviar for $350.We started with a half bottle of Billecart Salmon Reserve Brut, $70, although full bottles of Champagne can be had starting at only $105 for Perrier Jouet and go up to $1,100 for 2006 Cristal. There is a relatively large selection of white, red and dessert wines all over $100, as well as wines by the glass and cocktails. To complement our Champange we split a glass of Paul Autard Chateauneuf du Pape for $28. Some wines BTG are served via a Coravin which provides for better wine conditions than most other restaurants. The two of us choose six dishes to sample and our favorites were, in order:1. Lobster, Caviar, Hollandaise, crouton.2. Foie Gras Port, Pear, Almond. This is served cold, shaped to look like a red apple. I always thought of foie gras pate as ok but nothing spectacular, but this dish hit it out of the park. It is served with A delicious brioche.3. Blue Fine Tuna, tomato foam, burrata, cucumber.4. My guest listed the Halibut, pork belly, chanterrels, parsnip as one of her favorites, to me it was good, but the first three outshined it to my taste.5. Octopus with wilted romaine, romanesco, chorizo, not bad, very tender, cooked sous vide for about 7 hours if I recall.6. Snow Crab with Caviar, Avocado, Aioli. The least favorite of my guest, but I found it ok.There is not a full kitchen, so many dishes are pre-prepped and finished at the small kitchenette that's part of the bar. Somehow, they manage to deliver them with amazing style. We wanted to try a dessert so ordered the chocolate dessert, only $20, which was decadent and rich made from premium Venezuelan chocolate. As a complimentary accompaniment to our meal we were presented with a basket of warm Madeleines. They were exquisite. The eight or ten pieces disappeared in a flash.Service is professional but very aloof. Some may misinterpret it to be snooty or cold. Being that some diners are sociable I would ask the management to think about training staff to connect more with diners who might be looking for some interaction. A white coat chef was present in the restaurant but did not seem to connect with anyone except a couple at the bar. On a Friday evening the restaurant was about half full. Final bill for two was $635 including tax and gratuity. Overall it was a nice experience, but the restaurant could be doing more business (if they want to) with a few tweaks.

I love this little gem so much!! It's quietly tucked away in the Four Seasons Hotel. If you're not careful, you will definitely pass by it. It's a small and quaint space. The food and service is certainly an experience that one should try in their lifetime!
Be the first to Reply3/20/21 - I had a reservation at Caviar Russe.
As I'm sure everyone can recall, it was spring break weekend. We actually had no idea - we came down here for work trade show (not partiers). On Friday, it took us over 45 minutes to get back to our hotel after dinner that was 1 mike away. So Saturday afternoon, I kindly call Caviar Russe and explain that we are already (without traffic) 25 minutes away from the restaurant. WITH this traffic, it would take us hours to get there and back, and kindly ask if they would sadly cancel our reservation. The man on the phone pretty much tells me, "sucks to suck", and he's going to charge me $25 per person. I asked for him to please be considerate and understand where I am coming from, and he pretty much tell me "he doesn't care". I ask for the manager, unfortunately for Caviar Russe, he is the manager. Now as if this doesn't get worse, Miami goes into a lock down/mandatory curfew at 8:00 PM that night. We legit would not have been allowed to get to the restaurant! Streets were bumper to bumper traffic...no Uber's or taxis are available. We ate in our jam packed, noisy hotel bar... do you think this is what we wanted? Just so we could screw Caviar Russe out of a reservation?! No! Of course not, but we had no choice. And needless to say, I woke up with a $50 charge from Caviar Russe this morning. I'm sick to my stomach.

Listen, if you want to spend as much money possible for as little food possible this is your spot. I figured I wasn't that hungry so paying 150$ for a three course meal wasn't something I wanted to do, so I ordered the filet al a carte.... big mistake $60 for two strips of steak MAYBE 3 ounces total. Tastes great tho, but wow I almost choked from laughing when they set it down in front of me.

This is, hands down, the best food I've ever had in Miami, and a top 3 best restaurant I've encountered in my life. Every dish is beautifully prepared, all a combination of flavors I've never before experienced. The service is perfect, every meal spaced perfectly. I found no fault in this dining experience, and cannot believe this restaurant does not yet have a Michelin star. 10/10.
Be the first to ReplyMost amazing dinner.

Great service and amazing caviar! We went here on Christmas Eve to celebrate that we just got married. They were about to close down but opened up for us. Thank you for the great service and for letting us stay! We will definitely revisit next time we are in Miami!

I don't know where to begin. If you've been into caviar all your life: perfect for you! If you're "new" to it: perfect for you! Everyone is so helpful and on their game. Between having caviar the traditional way or having the amazing dishes that use caviar as a complimenting ingredient, it's just incredible. I mean, even a crรจme brรปlรฉe had the right touch of caviar to make you rethink what a dessert should be. Just keep in mind that it's an intimate setting in a small place with very few people. In case you're considering coming here for a special occasion with a special person. I just want to make sure you know that everything was perfect-- no exaggeration.
Be the first to ReplyThis place is great.
I really love their happy hour special where you get 50 grams of caviar and a whole bottle of champagne for only $100. What's not to love about that?Aside from their power hour, the food is great. They don't have a large selection, but what they do make is really good. You can choose a 5 course meal that the chef will pick for you, or a 3 course where you pick what dishes you'd like. I really loved their foie gras and oyster dishes. Those had to be my favorites. I definitely want to come back for the happy hour, and to try the few dishes that I haven't tried yet.
