TLDR: A stunning, exotic-feeling restaurant in the heart of the Venetian. The food was some of the BEST I had on my entire Vegas trip and the service was amazing. The next time I come to Vegas, I'm coming back here for sure. ------ FOOD: 1. [MUST TRY] Quesa-Birria Empanadas (5/5): Highly recommended by my waiter and for good reason. These came out piping hot with the perfect pastry shell encasing unbelievably tender brisket and melty cheese that oozed out with every bite. The consume came in a little bowl on the side and it was a little difficult to dip the empanadas into it, but otherwise this was just the perfect dish. Came with 3 sizable empanadas. 2. Fire-Roasted Salmon (4.5/5): This is how I would describe my perfect salmon. The skin was perfectly crispy, the salmon was tender, and the ginger chile glaze added just enough sweetness without overwhelming the fish. The fish and Brussels sat on a lake of this creamy sauce that paired wonderfully with the dish, though I will say that halfway through it started to become a little salty for me. The Brussels were delicious too, though on the softer side vs crispy. ------ SERVICE: * I had an excellent waiter who even plugged in my charger in a tricky spot for me * I got checked on multiple times throughout my meal and he was very efficient when I told him that I wanted a quick dinner * I could see the person preparing my salmon dish and it was amazing how much care he looked like he was putting into plating everything perfectly * I'll caveat all of this by saying that I had an early 4:15 pm dinner so the restaurant wasn't too busy ------ AMBIANCE / ENVIRONMENT: * I loved the ambiance of this restaurant. It's on the darker side but still illuminated by table lights and by the gorgeous bar in the center of the dining room. There are tons of murals around the space that add to the experience, and the Latin music was the perfect complement to the atmosphere * This is one of the first restaurants you'll see on your way to Restaurant Row in the Venetian, right on the edge of the casino

No better place to get dinner with las chicas than at Chica! The restaurant was so much fun with great music. Service was fast and staff was friendly. Me and the girls had a great dinner here. We had a variety of dishes and can confidently say that the flavors are 10/10. What we anticipated the most was the flaming skull dessert and it did not disappoint! Would definitely visit again!

The food is just okay in my opinion , but the ambiance is great ! They have live dancers , and a fire show . Service is good , it's deff a good place to check out . But I don't think I would go back , more of a one and done deal .
Be the first to ReplyThis place was a whole vibe.
Super tropical and cute place. They have life entertainment and great music. Also by the bar there is a lil dance floor. We call for a reservation got there a bit early and we were seated right away. The staff was attentive and when got our food fairly quickly after ordering. The food was so good and fresh and fulfilling. I enjoyed the presentation of the dishes equally as the food . The shrimp ceviche was sooooo bomb ! Omg the crackers were good too and different texture. The quesa biria empanadas were so good! Omg just nice a crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Just enough cheese and meat. The meat was tender not salty at all! First time trying octopus it was different but I will say it was good with the sauce. The arepas were good as well! The drinks were good, and too strong ever smooth to drink. I really enjoyed this place!

We made lunch reservations around 12pm to chica and the place was empty. So I don't think the reservations during the week are necessary but probably best to make them just incase. I ordered the birria tacos which came with 3 of them, and consome. They were small so it wasn't very filling. My husband ordered the breakfast bowl that came with steak, eggs, rice and beans and he LOVED his plate. I tasted it and wow it was really good! Definitely recommend that. I ordered one of their juices which was also good. Service was really fast and staff was friendly! Located inside the Venetian hotel!
Be the first to ReplyBe ready to party; it's loud and fun.
The food was fantastic - everything we ordered was super flavorful and well made. I had an incredible mezcal old-fashioned that was smoky and hit the spot. The restaurant has an amusing decor that sets the mood.
Be the first to ReplyChica is very boho modern decor, intimate, dim lighting.
The staff is very friendly and attentive. I liked very much the Yuka, Tostones and Short Ribs. The Half Rotisserie Chicken had great flavor with a fitting temperature. The salmon was cooked to my liking medium well but it was a bit bland nonetheless I eat it with a grateful heart.
Be the first to ReplyKind of pricey but the food was good.
I was surprised but satisfied. Definitely recommend for a fancy dinner at a five star hotel.

Saw this establishment on Yelp when I was staying across the way at the Mirage and made the quick hop over and am glad I did! I went with a party of 3 and all of us thought the food was fantastic. We had a few cocktails (mango/tequila? Yes please!) and started with the grilled octopus. It was perfectly cooked, slightly crisp at the edges but meaty and soft (not chewy) on the inside. From there we had a steak salad, a steak platter and the shrimp with squid ink rice. All around the table everyone was remarking how tasty it was. Definitely not the cheapest. Our meal was nearly $300 for the 3 of us but we all walked away satisfied and I would return here for sure.
Be the first to ReplyIf you're looking for a truly indulgent breakfast or brunch
If you're looking for a truly indulgent breakfast or brunch experience in Las Vegas, look no further than Chica. I recently had the pleasure of trying their Eggs Benedict Cazuela and Dulce de Leche French Toast, and I have to say, I was blown away by the flavors and presentation of both dishes. The Eggs Benedict Cazuela is a twist on the classic dish, served in a piping hot skillet with layers of Paisa Cheese Arepa, chorizo, and perfectly poached eggs, all topped with a velvety hollandaise sauce. The combination of textures and flavors was incredible, and every bite was packed with bold and savory flavors. As for the Dulce de Leche French Toast, it was a true delight for the sweet-toothed among us. Thick slices of brioche were soaked in a rich batter infused with vanilla and cinnamon, then cooked to perfection and drizzled with decadent dulce de leche sauce. Topped with fresh berries, whipped cream, and a sprinkle of powdered sugar, this dish was truly a feast for the eyes and the taste buds.Overall, I highly recommend Chica Las Vegas to anyone looking for an elevated breakfast or brunch experience. The Eggs Benedict Cazuela and Dulce de Leche French Toast were both outstanding, and the attention to detail and use of high-quality ingredients truly set this restaurant apart. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! One thing to note: CHICA has an 18% gratuity automatically footed into the bill. Be aware of it before you pay!

We were looking for a unique brunch spot and stumbled upon Chica. It was a Saturday morning about 10am. First, the ambiance is very fun: very dark with cute bright lights at every table, with plants hanging from the ceiling. Just be forewarned--if you're looking for a quiet, calm brunch spot, this might not be it...it's definitely more of the party brunch vibe. The service was amazing--we never had to wait for anything. But the food was truly the best part--I got the eggs Benedict and my fiancé got the chica salad with shrimp and both were amazing in their own ways. I loved that the eggs Benedict was unique with the chorizo links, brevas potatoes and arepas. The flavor was dynamic and so tasty; the only downside was cutting everything up. The salad was so fresh and yummy--it all worked so well together. I'd love to come back when I'm looking for a party brunch vibe!

Located in the Venetian, this eatery combines a sleek beautiful ambiance with absolutely delicious Latin inspired food. We came for brunch and had the lovely Vonda as our server. She was very knowledgeable and authentic in her recommendations especially because we were a vegetarian crowd. The brunch menu has only one true vegetarian option, with that said the the egg dishes were customized to be vegetarian and they were yummy flavorful and fantastic! The lemon ricotta buñelos could have used more of said flavor as well as the sauces that were mentioned but were warm and delicious still. I loved the Baja egg burritos, the ember charred cauliflower and the paisa bowl. The coffee was strong and hit the spot. All in all the food was 4.5/5. While I didn't have alcohol I did try the turmeric tonic with black pepper; it brought me to life and was way more delicious than it sounds haha! All in all, this is a sexy spot with really amazing tasting food and it made this moody New Yorker quite happy! Would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting LV.

Overall the food IS good at CHICA, but I just cant justify paying almost $90 a person without drinks for just a good meal. The food didn't blow my mind, something I would expect from this price point. We got the roasted chicken, sea bass and salmon, along with the smoked baby back ribs. The most disappointing were the sea bass and ribs. The flavor on the ribs was underwhelming (they were cooked perfectly though), and the sea bass had little seasoning and no sauce.
Be the first to ReplyOur first time here, celebrating my birthday.
It's definitely very trending looking and very loud. Not a place if you want to have a quiet meal. We had reservations but yet still had to wait about 20 minutes before being seated. Once seated it took about 10 minutes before anyone came around to at least take our drink order. Our waiter was nice and helpful with the menu but we just felt service could have been better. From taking our order, bringing our food, coming around to see if we needed anything to bringing our bill. Did not appreciate the long waits. Food was impressive, flavor and spices were authentic. Will we return, probably not.

Because this one was on my list to try on recent visit, I made sure to make reservations online. The reservation system was quite easy to do. Location of the restaurant was easy to find and checking in was a breeze. Our server was very nice and friendly. She answered our questions and also helped us figure out our courses. To start our dinner service we decided to quench our thirst with 50/50 and living my best life cocktails. Though the 50/50 looks innocent as it was served on a cute wine glass, that drink definitely is strong. The living my best life was quite refreshing and a little on the sweeter but not too sweet side. Now onto the food. For starters, we ordered the wagyu quesa birria empanada, the crispy Peruvian octopus, and watercress Ceasar salad. Out of all the starters, I enjoyed the empanada. It had a good amount of wagyu beef and was quite filling. Ceasar salad was fresh and decent but it was nothing special. The least liked dish was the octopus as it was little chewy and it lacked flavor. Because we were a party of three, we decided to opt for the wood fired meat parrillada for our main course as recommended by our server who mentioned that CHICA was the only restaurant to operate a wood grill on the Strip. We also decided to order huancaina mashed potatoes, crispy brussels sprouts, and roasted street corn for our sides. To our dismay, the parrillada was a let down. The lamb felt a little too gamey and chewy, the chicken tasted mediocre, skirt steak and tenderloin were a little under seasoned, and the chorizo didn't really live up to my spicy and flavor expectations. I think what saved the dish was the sauces they provided, especially that chimichurri. As for the sides, we all enjoyed the roasted street corn the most. The mashed potatoes did have a spicy kick to it which I also enjoyed. And the Brussel sprouts wasn't memorable. As for dessert, I HAD to and I mean, I HAD to order the flaming skull. It was one of the main reasons I wanted to come here. Besides the technical difficulties our server faced by lighting the skull on fire, the dessert definitely saved the day. Aesthetically pleasing while the skull was on fire, and quite delicious. The lava cake was so rich and oh so delicious, the marshmallows were light and sweet, and that horchata ice cream was by far the best! It was so good in fact that I had to resist myself from eating all of the ice cream since I had to share with the rest of the party!Service was great. Our server was so friendly the whole entire time and made us feel welcome. She kept checking up on us and we exchanged some laughter in conversation. I do however, wished the food was better as it was disappointing. To say the least, it was a good experience and I'm glad that we went (for the flaming skull) but I expected more. I honestly hate to say that the food isn't worth the amount we paid for. Oh, and they automatically include 18% gratuity in your bill.

Went for brunch and the restaurant has a vibrant atmosphere with a DJ on the weekends. We tried the Dulce de leche French toast, the bomb, eggs benedict cazuela (yum) and Baja breakfast burrito. If you like brunch and Latin food, this is a must visit. Will definitely be back to check out the famous dessert-The Flaming Skull
Be the first to ReplyCocktail tasted as though I was prepared without alcohol.
My friend ordered the same cocktail and said the same about her drink. Empanadas we'e good - deep fried, which made the crust a little hard.

Be the first to ReplyWe made reservations for the "CHICA Nights" for our party
We made reservations for the "CHICA Nights" for our party of six for a birthday, on January 13. We got there and we sat down by the DJ Booth. The ambiance is loud and lively, with dancers going around dancing to the music. They were playing latin music, and it was LOUD, and there was a little area in front of the DJ where people were dancing. We really liked the environment, we just needed some food and drinks first, so we sat and waited... and waited. Our server finally came and acknowledged us after 15-20 minutes of sitting there. She informed us that we could actually order something from the regular menu (there is a Chica Dinner menu and a Chica nights menu). So we asked for a menu of that. Another 20 minutes went by. We managed to flag her down to try to order at least drinks, but she said "Hold on I need to get a pen." After another 10 minutes of waiting, we left and ate at Sugarcane and danced at Azilo instead. We loved the ambiance and music, we just wish we could've had the chance to try their drinks and food and had better service.

Be the first to ReplyReally bad customer service, and my wife and I went there
Really bad customer service, and my wife and I went there for our 8th year anniversary. What surprised us was the front greeting ladies! They were rude and left us at the counter table that my wife could not even rest her legs. We sat there for almost 10 minutes, no one came to serve us, and the worst part was that when we complained about no servers and finally decided to leave, those two greeting ladies just said "ok." We were treated so badly, and we would never come back.

i absolutely love the fact that this restaurant was in our hotel. It made it easy for us to get ready and head over after an eventful morning at the day clubs haha the place was aesthetically pleasing, the music was on point with the vibes & there were dancers walking around/performing too! The food was equally as delicious on par with the whole restaurant as well. Staff was polite and attentive
Be the first to ReplyChica is a must try in Vegas.
The plate seemed small but it was more than enough. It was delicious and very worth the walk. The environment makes the experience even more memorable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our mimosas were never empty. I will be going back once I'm in Vegas
