Average Mexican restaurant
Good drinks. Food with some originality. Menu a little limited for this type of Mexican restaurants. Good customer care. It's worth a try, it didn't leave me with any particular memories.

Very good food, lots of options and a very nice staff ! We really enjoyed our evening at citrus and salt, just note the place can get very noisy when crowded !
Be the first to ReplyBrunch goes late on Sunday
The biggest issue we had was our own fault, but I want to say something in case it saves others from having the same problem. We made a reservation at 3 on a Sunday not realizing that brunch went until 3:45 and dinner didn’t start until 5. We just didn’t want eggs. We did order some non-egg dishes and the guacamole was very good. Drinks were delicious. The chicken and waffles didn’t really work for us, but the chicken was tasty. Churros and Dole whip were great. I’d go back if I were in the area for the drinks, guacamole and churros. Nothing else wowed me enough to make a return any time soon.
Be the first to ReplyCute little brunch spot
My daughter and I ate Sunday brunch here during our visit to Boston. The frozen mimosa drinks are fun and the atmosphere is cute! Not sure that the food was anything extraordinary, but was definitely good. The churros were amazing though...definitely finish your meal with those!
Be the first to ReplyBest Mexican food we've ever had
4 of us had wonderful margaritas, Jalapeno chips and guacamole, mushroom taquitos, empanadas, beet tostada, spicy cauliflower tacos. All were incredibly delicious and unique. We were on holiday and this was our favorite restaurant and expereince by far.
Be the first to ReplyAverage meal but great atmosphere
I loved the décor of Citrus and Salt. The food was average and a little pricey for the small portion. The cocktails were ok. The staff was friendly but very slow. The restaurant was full.
Be the first to ReplyDelicious clean, fresh food
Found through TA, whilst looking for a restaurant close to our hotel in Boston. What a great find. Lovely clean, fresh tasting food. The guacamole starter is a must.
Be the first to Replyterrible service and overpriced
My husband and I were in town for our anniversary. We decided to try out Citrus and Salt for a late afternoon drink because there were many different sites online that suggested them for their cocktails. Upon entering, the restaurant was mostly empty, but the hostess checked to see if there was a table and then sat us. We waited for about ten minutes and then someone came by and gave us water. The person didn't speak to us so we thought that she was certainly not a server. We had been walking all day and were looking forward to a water, but the water was absolutely disgusting. You got the glass not even to your nose and it smelled like it was fresh from the toilet (I'm not exaggerating) and warm. It was literally undrinkable. Then we waited about another 15 minutes and still nobody had come by to get our order when we just wanted an appetizer and drinks. My husband and I decided to give it three more minutes. Finally the same girl who dropped off the water came back and asked if we wanted to order. We were shocked that she was our server as we thought she was just a busser or other support staff. We ordered two cocktails and the chips, salsa and guac. The food came quickly within 2 minutes, but the cocktails took a little longer. The server never returned to our table. The table beside us was also unattended, but when they got her attention we took advantage of asking for our check. $52 later for two cocktails and chips and salsa, sewer water and terrible service. We paid our bill and left. Awful. This place was beautiful inside, but nothing exciting about it at all. The servers were more excited about their food that was dropped off and their cellphones than helping customers. It seemed the only people working was the bartender and the kitchen staff. Super disappointing. This is an honest review. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Be the first to ReplyMOTHERS DAY BRUNCH 2022
Visited this Jason Santos restaurant with my family for Mothers Day Brunch. The restaurant was full, but we got seated quickly. Our waitress was not the friendliest to start. The food was average. The empanadas were over-fried, and poached eggs were not fully cooked (egg whites were still clear) as well as on the tostada. The fried food is heavy. I was a bit disappointed, to say the least. The decore, and Mimosas were great tho, but probably will not go back. I guess I was expecting WOW!
Be the first to ReplyPerfect Evening
This was our 2nd visit to a Chef Santos restaurant in 3 weeks and we may need to start making it weekly. The experience and food is incredible. Very fun atmosphere for a Monday night. And I have to call out the management, specifically Erica for making the experience extra special. Cannot recommend his restaurants enough.
Be the first to ReplyDelicious food, cute decor!
We had reservations for 11am on a Saturday. They were quick to seat us. Our server was kind and the food came out quickly. We had the elote (Mexican corn- OMG DELICIOUS), avocado toast (yummy!) And breakfast potatoes as well as a soft serve Mimosa! We loved this place. Food was outstanding. Will return!!
Be the first to ReplyCool vibe, terrible service
I was very disappointed by the service at C&S. Initial drinks for two took over 30 minutes to come out after it took 15 minutes for a waiter to come out for the first time. Multiple items were forgotten and the appetizer we ordered came out with all of the tapas-style entrees (which were also served all at once). Food was good, but several items did not match the description, such as the Nashville style hot chicken (which was sweet and without any spice). Ambience was neat, very chic restaurant. I probably would not go again though due to service.
Be the first to ReplyAbsolutely delicious
Baja fish tacos, Southern fried chicken tacos, and nachos with BBQ and goat cheese. All delicious and nicely presented. Reasonable price and nice setting. Loved it.
