Terrible installation.
They cut over the air antenna cables so now have no local channels. They ripped out the ground wire and never grounded the new box. Left a coil of fiberoptic cable laying on the roof. Left their trash in the bed on the roof and outside. Sat around watching videos and killing time while blocking access in and out of the house only moving when asked when clearly it was impossible to get by. They obviously were on some kind of power trip even unwilling to talk to the woman of the house instead kept talking to the male visitor as if women could not understand or make decisions on her service that she herself requested. They were rude, dirty, foul language to include the loud video's they were sharing with each other in the small porch and i side the bedroom while sitting in the bed as if they were in their own home. This was all in Puerto Rico. Had this been in the states they would have been fired. Claro does not give a damn about it's customers as long as they get $$$$. Also the coil in the roof is probably several hundred feet long and we expect that it will wind up all over the neighborhood in the next storm. When reached out to customer service the person was pretty dismissive and said they will make a note if it while providing zero corrective action.

El peor servicio al cliente que pudieras conseguir. Los empleados en su teléfono personal buscando en " facebook" y otras redes sociales mientras los clientes esperan....que injusticia y robo de dinero. Donde esta el supervisor? O manager de la tienda?

pésimo servicio al cliente, cuando llamamos por interrupción de servicio, nunca saben la razón del problema, no son agradables, no resuelven. El internet es de mala calidad, se cae a diario y es lento.

I've called several times requesting for a technician to come over the house to secure a roll of wire that was left on the roof during the initial instalation and was blown off by the wind. Each time I was assured that someone would come. I'm still waiting. They don't even try to hide the fact that they could care less about their customers as long as the money is rolling in. No surprise they have a 1 rating.

My parents had a modem/hotspot that worked 25% of the time. We cancelled the service back in 11/22. We tried returning the equipment to their main store in Farjado, PR but they wouldn't take it back saying to pass it to someone else (family or friends). we said we are moving out of PR and don't need it. it took over 3 phone calls/visits to finally cancel the account. 2 yrs later my moms credit took a hit because Claro claims we didn't pay for the equipment and we owe them $93. How dare they do something like this when we tried to give it to them and they refused to take it back. this is a tactic they are using against the residents of PR. I will file complaints with Daco (Consumer Affairs) and see if I can file a complain with FCC. This company needs to be removed from our airwaves and management should be in prison

The company has advertised adjustments, yet there have been instances where I was charged the full amount for several months until deductions were applied. Furthermore, navigating their call center proved to be a cumbersome process, involving multiple transfers to incorrect numbers, often requiring numerous calls before reaching the appropriate personnel. Prolonged hold times, at times extending to hours, have contributed to an overall dissatisfaction with the level of customer service. In light of these experiences, I would recommend thorough consideration before entering into a contract with Claro for internet services.

servicio al cliente pesimo!!!! calidad de equipo pobre! hartos de no tener servicio y cansados de perder horas tratando de resolver los problemas, decidimos cambiar de proveedor. la llamada para cancelar el servicio tomo más de 35mins sin contar el tiempo perdido en espera. esta gente estan entrnadas en el arte de confundir,usar y manipular al cliente ,transfirieron mi llamada 2 veces para intentar manipular la situación. al final nos informaron que hay que ir a las oficinas directamente para poder finalizar la cancelación. señores claro no es la unica alternativa.....yo consegui llamadas ilimitadas y texto ilimitados para mi mama(usuaria de claro ) por tan solo $15.00 mensuales (*prepagados) con una compañía extraordinaria (#tmobile / t-mobile @tmobile ) no se dejen manipular. !!!

Es la peor compañía con la que hemos tratado. Estamos pagando por internet y canales de televisión y ninguno funciona. Nos hemos quejado numerosas veces, vinieron técnicos (hay que acosarlos para que envíen uno), vinieron "los ingenieros" y ninguno resuelve el problema. Tratamos de cancelar y tampoco. Llamas y cuelgan el teléfono. Que basura de compañía. Llevamos meses pagando por un servicio que no estamos recibiendo.

I would give the a (-) minus but the system doesn't allow me to. Of the businesses I have ever dealt with this is by far the worst, customer's service is horrible if you even want to call it customers service. I connected TV, Internet and Phone with them in November of 2022 I called them at least once a week because the service didn't work they kept telling that they would call me back but never did. Some time in January 2023 I called and asked to speak to a supervisor and she sounded promising at the beginning and even "promised me" she would take care of my issue personally, two weeks later I called back because I didn't hear anything from her or the company. I again asked for a supervisor because I was ready to just cancel the service because to my understanding they were not fulfilling their contract, at this the supervisor did not want to let me cancel and offered me 5 months free if the service that didn't work anyway. After being transferred a couple of times one supervisor informed me that I can take their equipment back to the closest location but when I got there they wouldn't take it unless I paid them because of being in a contract. Today February 18 2023 I still have a bag with the equipment in my closet.

OMG. I am switching TODAY to TMobile. My old apartment in the middle of Santurce would drop signal as soon as there was any rain or humidity...I chose Claro since it was ten bucks cheaper. BAD MISTAKE! I have spent ten bucks a day in frustration and lost time due to Claro....if you pay for crap, you receive crap.After I moved last month, I elected (unfortunately) not to change carriers because I was way too busy to bother. I am now in the middle of Carolina less than a mile from the airport, and I have ONE BAR! You cannot call customer service. Even if you speak Spanish, they hang up on you rather than try to understand your accent. I've selected Tmobile with 5g. AND THEY SPEAK ENGLISH!

El servicio de esta compañía, que by the way lo que tiene es un monopolio en Puerto Rico es pésimo. La pagina web, chat o servicio al cliente por teléfono son igual de incompetente. Me suspendieron el sistema porque tenía débito directo y la tarjeta se vencio. No tuvieron el profesionalismo de llamar he informarme del problema. Desde entonces he tratado de registrarme otra vez y por la pagina no puedo. La porqueria esa se queda loading. llamo y la llamada se sigue cayendo, utilizo el chat y por no tener un número de PR no me pueden ayudar. Están como los picapiedras y eso que es la compañía que se dedica al área de la tecnologia en la isla. Servicio horrible

My wife's aunt spent over an hour trying to speak to someone after the attendant at an actual Claro store told us that she couldn't physically help as it had to be handled by a supervisor whom wasn't there for the day. Now Claro disconnected my AiL's television service without even sending her a physical bill. She isn't tech savvy so while we are here we plan to take care of her needs before we head back to New York. how many elderly citizens has Claro taken advantage of? Poor business that would never do business in the continental states.

I wish I could leave 0 stars but there is no option for that. Whatever you do, do NOT subscribe with this service. I had Claro for 2 years but I don't live in Puerto Rico I live in NYC. Multiple times, when I happened to go down to my house in PR I would discover that the internet is not working but they have been charging me for nothing. When I finally tried to close my account over the phone, it took me 4 months and I have still not successfully been able to close my account. They continue charging me and saying that until I go there in person and return their modem they can't stop my "service" and the bills. I sent my husband who happened to be there at the time, to bring them back the equipment but they refused to accept it because he is not the primary account holder. So they keep on charging me for service I haven't had in 3 months now, and every time I call on the phone they tell me they won't stop charing me until I go in person myself to return their equipment. At this time this is theft and I am seriously considering getting a lawyer to help me deal with this company. Would not recommend it ever. Their reps don't speak English and every time I call it takes me half hour and 15 people they keep transferring me to until I finally get to someone who speaks English.
