Brilliant Bianca at the Coda!
The Coda has always been my go to restaurant when attending an event at the RAH. I have attended the resultant several times this week to see Eric Clapton and was delighted that Bianca remembered me and made me feel so welcome and at home. I loved the personal touch to make my evening memorable and I think this runs though the entire staff at the restaurant. But if I may pick out one person on this occasion and say thank you to Bianca and just ask if you can please keep being brilliant!!!!! The food and wine was great too…….
Be the first to ReplyThank you Bruna.
The service at Coda has always been good, but last night it was exceptional. We were looked after Bruna, who could not have been more charming, more attentive or more professional. She is a credit to the restaurant.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing 21st Birthday celebrations
We came to Coda to celebrate our Sons 21st Birthday before seeing Eric Clapton. The whole experience was amazing and we were so well looked after by the staff especially our dedicated waitress Raquel she was attentive and welcoming x So many lovely touches throughout making sure we had everything we needed and she also arranged a Happy Birthday Dessert to be sent out for him. We will definitely be returning and will recommend to any friends we know travelling to London. Thanks so much everyone xx

Great food, excellent service by Racquel. We tried the vegan and vegetarian menu items. They were both very tasty. The Aubergine dish was the stand out meal. We finished with the cheese course and the selection was great.
Be the first to ReplyAwful, shocked!
Pretty awful, disgraceful in fact. Couldn't eat the duck. In fact, could not cut the duck and it was grey. £90 for Butter beans ? Shocking.
Be the first to ReplyGreat food and exceptional service
We visited with friends for dinner. Every dish was well presented and delicious. The pork belly was particularly good. What stood out most though was the exceptional service of Gianpier and Raquel, who struck a perfectly relaxed balance of friendliness and professionalism. Gianpiers understated yet extensive food and wine knowledge was very impressive too. If you like, as we do, a traditional European menu served in a bright and relaxing environment then Coda is an excellent option.

One of the best restaurant meals we've ever had! We enjoyed our dinner at Coda before the London Symphony Orchestra performance of The Return of the King. We were delighted with our chestnut veloute starters, our pork and steak mains, and our desserts. The champagne and wine were delicious (so much so that we ordered a case of the same wine when we returned home). Staff were wonderfully warm, polite, and attentive and the environment was lovely. The presentation and taste of our meals was fantastic, and we look forward to returning.

Everything about the meal and experience at Coda was perfect. The staff were really attentive and the service was really smooth. The Waldorf salad was refreshing and full of flavour. The panfried brill was gorgeous. I loved the herb gnocchi it was served with! The tarte au citron was to die for! I loved that it had a shortbread base which was so buttery and a perfect texture.

It was everything I expected and more. Food, wine, champagne all top notch in a great setting with attentive staff. We both chose the prawns for starters on a butter bean mash followed by slow braised pork with breaded rib. At the interval I had blackcurrant cheesecake with coffee and a tequila shot (shared with new friends we made).

We had a 3 course lunch at Corda after a show and I really enjoyed the food. We didn’t have a table booked but the waitress was kind to accommodate us. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The service was quick. Starter was excellent, I wasn’t too keen on the salted bits in my main but the fish was well cooked. Dessert was good also. I Would go back anytime. Starter: wrapped prawns Main: Pan fried cod with rosti Dessert: chocolate mousse
Be the first to ReplyAn absolute gem. Totally recommend
A fantastic restaurant - we had a wonderful meal before the show, definitely recommend. Food was delicious and the service was excellent (special mention to Bruna)
Be the first to ReplyExcellent all round.
Wonderful meal! We had a delicious 3 course meal (the fish was excellent) - beautifully presented and top notch service (special thank you to Bruna). We will definitely return (apparently you can have afternoon tea here without having to have a ticket for a performance)
Be the first to ReplyAmazing service from Bruna
The afternoon tea at the Royal Albert Hall was amazing, the staff were all friendly espically Bruna who was our server. She explained about the process of the afternoon tea and gave us some recommendations of tea flavours. When we mentioned that two of our party were Vegetarian including myself they catered to us straight away with suitable options (the roasted vegetable sandwich was my favourite) I would 100% go back anf recommend to anyone, it make my mums birthday treat so special.
Be the first to ReplySpecious restaurant
Specious restaurant, our waitress was initially charming, but after we ordered the main course, the situation went downhill. No quality check until the manager came Jean-Pierre. He was charming and very professional. He truly saved the day. We ordered: Barolo 78.00 Veal Sweetbread Kataifi Wrapped Prawns Pan roasted cod with rosti Roasted rack of pork

We ate here last night as part of our Cirque Du Soliel package and unfortunately found the whole experience quite disappointing. I found some of the wait staff weren’t of the standard you would expect of a fine dining restaurant. Both our starters were not great, my wife had a cheese and beetroot dish which was very average and I had the prawns which were overcooked. For mains my wife had duck which she enjoyed and I have the beef filet which unfortunately came out blue rather than mid rare.. The sticky toffee pudding was very good. The staff need a lot of training on time management when serving as part of a show evening. Doubt I would ever return.
Be the first to ReplyLovely Afternoon Tea
Coda's afternoon tea is a wonderful experience in a beautiful setting. The savory sandwiches were tasty and the warm scones were to-die-for. All of the pastry were sublime. Gianpier provided excellent service.

Had a fantastic night out at the Royal Albert Hall , started off with a sit down meal at the coda restaurant . The staff were very friendly and the service was perfect . Look forward to a return visit in the near future . Many thanks to Gianpier for organising a perfect evening .
Be the first to ReplyDisappointing!
Not fine dining service! We arrived on time and ordered some aperitifs to drink whilst deciding what we wanted to eat. The staff kept coming back to take our orders but still no drinks. The drinks eventually arrived seconds before the food. We were not offered bread until we finished the starters. We then had to chase our wine which arrived minutes before the main course. Thought the food was ok, not sure I would recommend it or come again as was pretty pricey.

Enjoyed a lovely lunch on Sunday at Coda greeted and served by Daniel. Although new he was professional in presentation and service with pleasant smile ( not always given by waiters) and amusing. It created a Happy atmosphere before seeing the Cirque Soleil. Both Brazilian and Italian waitresses served us well.Thank you.
