Light and fresh dim sum; great service
The dim sum was very tasty. The dishes arrived promptly. Everything tasted fresh and there was a light touch. In particular I thought the turnip cake and the rice rolls were excellent. Also the spinach and vegetable dumplings. Service was efficient and helpful.
Be the first to ReplyEasy to find must go for excellent dim sum
Excellent find in China town, late lunch so not very busy when we first arrived. Very friendly staff and so welcoming. Dim sum was amazing and the kids enjoyed their sweet and sour chicken with noodles and rice.
Be the first to ReplyLot of flavor
Very very tasty food! Good came out fast, gently service, real traditional Asian food. Mix of cultures having dinner at the place, clean, space enough for families, we were 5. We truly enjoyed it.
Be the first to ReplyAverage dimsum , ok service
Average at best. Everything is made to order as they did take a while to bring it out but nothing tasted wow . The reviews are better than the actual food. Dont go with too many expectaions.

We wanted to try a Michelin Star restaurant and it didnโt disappoint. Allen our server was also amazing. This restaurant is a must if you are in New York. The food is as outstanding. We have eaten Din Sun in many cities and this was one of the best. The duck spring rolls were out of this world.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing food experience
This place doesnโt look much from the outside or inside, however the staff are very polite, the ordering is so easy and the food was exceptional for the price we paid. Very tasty and very cheap!!!
Be the first to ReplyBest dumplings ever
Best dumplings Iโve ever had! We ordered the curry beef and the fried pork and they were unbelievable. Very casual dining but amazing food and free Chinese tea. We also ordered the ribs which werenโt amazing, so I would stick to the dumplings

I'd previously only had their takeout food, which was mediocre. Evidently their kitchen's sweet spot is clearly dim sum. (I guess I should have figured this out from their name. D'oh!) Anyway, the waiters were busy rushing out fresh batches of all kinds of delicious dim sum dishes. Very authentic tastes and most were yummy. I'll be sure to go back for more dim sum, but skip the takeout.
Be the first to Reply5 Stars for awesome Dim Sum in Chinatown
While visiting my daughter who lives in East Village, she was insistent on taking me to her favourite Dim Sum restaurant in Chinatown. I love all variations of Asian food and Dim Sum is certainly at the top. The food and service were excellent; the ambience very relaxing; making it a wonderful dining experience. The prices were certainly very reasonable given the location and the high quality of food and service. I now proudly wear my Dim Sum Go Go baseball hat that my daughter kindly gave me as a great reminder of this experience.

We came with our son whoโs a vegetarian and he was so happy! He had the vegetable fried rice and crispy noodles with vegetables. I had the vegetable spring roll and the pan fried pork dumplings. My husband loved the hot and sour soup and the chicken buns. Everything was delicious and we would come again.
Be the first to ReplyExcellent Dim Sum selection and quality and the food is just delicious
I love coming to Dim Sum Go Go. The food and the service have always been excellent. What I like about Dim Sum Go Go is that you order what you like instead of people walking around with carts and the food comes out on a timely basis hot and fresh. I was really hungry, and I ordered a lot. I ordered the Duck Spring Rolls, Mango and Shrimp Rolls, Pan Fried Pork and Chive Dumplings, Soup Dumplings, Baked Roast Pork Buns and Shrimp Dumplings. Everything was wonderful. The Mango in the Mango and Shrimp rolls could have been a bit riper but still the flavor was delicious. The Pork Soup Dumplings burst in my mouth with juiciness. The Duck Spring Rolls were crisp and had a nice flavor and the duck had a sweet flavor to it as did the roast pork buns. Everything was superb and I enjoy coming here. It is one of those Chinatown gems.
Be the first to ReplyTop notch dim sum at great price
A real hidden gem in Chinatown. Great dim sum, decent service, and a nice atmosphere. The price was a lot cheaper than we were expecting considering the quality. Wish we'd ordered more!
Be the first to ReplyDelicious dim sum and great prices. Recommended!
This is such a cool dim sum place. Everything we had was absolutely delicious. I love dim sum and have eaten it in chinatowns all over the world so feel well qualified on this one. Service was nice and it is so well priced. Worth checking out this place - it was great.

Went here based on a recommendation. This was our 2nd Dim Sum restaurant in the city this week. The food was super oily. There was a hair on our table which was followed by the table next to us repeatedly reporting a hair in the tea they were served. Would not recommend this restaurant.

I went with a large group two Sundays ago. I have been many times before. It wasn't quite as good as at some past outings. But it was still very good. The service is warm and comforting, and the dim sum is creative and NOT greasy.

Touted as having the best dim sum in Chinatown, we were not disappointed. Our dim sum arrived at our table steaming hot. Ingredients were fresh and so tasty. Service was fast, staff were friendly and we thought our meal was very reasonably priced.
Be the first to ReplyGo go get the dim sum
This place came recommended and it did not disappoint. We ordered two samplers, fried rice and 5 orders of dim sum. The food was great. The service was amazing, staff always get extra credit from me if they engage my kids. Price was way less than I expected.
Be the first to ReplyTake out was meh.
Ordered dinner online. The Ma Po Tofu was bland and tasteless, my wife's chicken with veg was rubbery and didn't taste "right" to her. The dumplings were ok, but nothing special. Might be better in person. Won't reorder.
Be the first to ReplyGo, go to this dim sum
We have been here more than once and were really happy to find it still here after the pandemic. Rather than wheeled carts circling the room, you simply order from a menu. This guarantees hot food. The chive dumplings, fresh and flavorful, stood out. The shao loong bao also were just right. I liked the lotus-leaf wrapped sticky rice, two to an order, so I took one home for breakfast the next day (perfect!).
The waiter paced our six orders just right, so there were always some choice but not too many at once.
The upstairs room, usually quieter, has some attempts at modern dรฉcor. Downstairs is airier but the noise level can be high.
Amazing food is the least I can say
This little resturant in Chinatown is a MUST VISIT! Although the seating is very, very cramped inside, it is completely worth it since the food is straight up amazing (there really isnโt any other way to describe it) the food really speaks for itself and it is very easy to order and comes almost immediately. The only thing I have to warn you about is that they serve it VERY HOT so you must wait a bit and/or blow air on it to avoid scalding your mouth. 11/10 would eat here again
Be the first to ReplyCame in for a Dim Sum dinner and everything was excellent
I came to Dim Sum Go Go for a nice Dim Sum dinner after a long tour around the City and it hit the spot. The food is always consistently excellent, the portion sizes are very fair and the service is always friendly and welcoming.
The selection is wonderful and has many choices and their prices are very fair too. I had the Shrimp Shu Mai, the Pork Soup Dumplings and Bakes Pork Buns and everything was excellent, freshly made and was nicely spiced. The food is just excellent.
Try to get a table outside when the weather is nice and sit outside and watch the world go by. The service is always nice and very welcoming.
Great food and great waitstaff
We had been recommended to visit this restaurant by another family member. I am so glad she told us about it because the food was amazing and the waitstaff was extremely helpful and friendly. We ordered the meat/seafood platter, pork spring rolls and fried rice. The tea they provide when you sit down is wonderful. The two waiters that served our table were incredibly kind and attentive. I would recommend anyone to go back and enjoy quality dim sum. I will definitely try to come back to New York and visit again.

I had not been to Dim Sum Go Go in many years and it was so nice to go back. The food and service are excellent. They have followed all the proper COVID standards and all the tables are spaced apart.
The food is really good. I had the Soup Dumplings, Short Ribs with blackbean sauce,Duck Spring Rolls and Baked Pork Buns all of which were all well prepared. The portion sizes are very generous and the prices are very fair. You have to order the Soup Dumplings, they are the best.
The restaurant is not the fanciest but still it nice to visit. The service is very good and they are really nice.
