terrible service, I never thought I would write a negative review but I was very disappointed. we arrived and were seated, we spent 10 minutes thinking we had to order at the bar but apparently it's table service, it's true that the food and drink was served quickly but the quality was very disappointing. after I received the food, I didn't see the staff again, they weren't asked if we wanted anything else, if everything was okay (salt, pepper, sauces). in the hour we spent there after our food was served, the staff did not appear at all. I had to go and ask for the bill . the table was cleaned when I paid the bill. very disappointed, the coffee shop is nice except for the unprofessional staff (I want to mention that it was not crowded at all) and the quality of the food was very poor , Iโm pretty sure itโs just for photo. The manager need to make some serious changes. Start with the personal.
Nothing special, just a cute interior.
To be honest I just came here for the interior design and the pink theme. It really is instafrienly if youโre doing any content. Staff and coffee/cake wasnโt anything special, barely remember it in fact. I guess this place doesnโt look for return customers as they can survive on tourists and influencers.

Bitter Plain Disappointment
If I could I would give this cafe 0 stars. There are serious reasons why which I will delve into within this review. I had visited this cafe expecting a decent standard of bakery selection. I had ordered 1 Oreo cube croissant. The croissantโs initial look was good but when I took my first bite I was struck with not only bitter disappointment but pain to my taste buds. The inside Oreo paste was expired and left a tangy flavour in my mouth. Paying ยฃ8 and receiving expired bakery does not suit my idea of visiting a well renowned cafe. If you donโt have money that you would like to burn in such a miserable way. Please, please donโt go to this disgrace of a cafe. Thank you.

Very disappointed. Coffee was poor and cold. Manager showed no interest in putting right and was rude. I shall not go back.
Beautiful Cafe with Great Desserts!
This little cafe is perfect if you want to find a good dessert in London! The tarts are so sweet and everything they have to offer is simply beautiful. The setting alone is gorgeous. Everything is so cute and very pink. A very instagrammable restaurant. Not only was the food fantastic, but the staff was so nice. They did everything they could to make sure we were satisfied customers. I'd say I was an extremely satisfied customer!

Worst service ever! Ask as to pay after bring food. We asked him at 5pm are you closing he told us yes at 11pm. I was eating and he told me I need to clean your table. Horrible avid this place

* MaternalRecord73, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* MaternalRecord73 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to MaternalRecord73 for any questions Peter may have as MaternalRecord73 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* MaternalRecord73 now uses their connections at EL&N London Lowndes Street to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If MaternalRecord73 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, MaternalRecord73 receives the $200 reward which is credited to MaternalRecord73's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at EL&N London Lowndes Street!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
