One my favorites! Sooooooo adorable inside but very pricey
One my favorites! Sooooooo adorable inside but very pricey and small portions. Food is great but expect and expensive night especially is there are drinks involved

So, we loved the business that was here prior and were sad to see it leave. Equally so, we were excited to try a new place. We made a reservation prior to coming and arrived 10 mins before doors opened. They were very particular about not letting folks in prior to the exact published opening time (despite the line of reservations waiting to get in). Once inside, we felt very at home with the change from prior restaurant and didn't have too much to adjust to. The waiter took us to the most remote table near the bathroom possible. This was not great and I would not recommend sitting early reso clientele in the corner as if we are being placed in timeout. The waiter who came to the table was very knowledgeable about the menu and inspiration of the new restaurant format. While we didn't necessarily want such a lengthy chat, we were glad to have heard it once. Side note, it would be nice if restaurants worked like Uber and you could set your conversation preference on your reso to alert the waitstaff to your desired engagement level. I digress. The cocktails we ordered felt very much batch made and less custom. I was a little disappointed in the quality of the two cocktails I tried. Then the food... WOWOW! The portions were WAY too small for the amount of amazing pasta we experienced. It is hands down one of the top 3 places to get incredible pasta in all of Charlotte. You will not be disappointed in the food! If that same energy was spent on their cocktail quality, this place would be unstoppable. We will certainly be back, but maybe wine next time and skip the cocktails. Lastly, it's very clean and has a warm vibe to the ambiance. Great place for more intimate gatherings. Parking is always a lottery, so arrive early!! Enjoy!
We came to Ever Andalo because we heard a lot of great
We came to Ever Andalo because we heard a lot of great things about it from other people! We got the burrata and the bucatini all' Amatriciana. I am very picky about my Italian food and it was good compared to a few places I've been in Charlotte. It was a very pretty space as well and the service was great. I will be going back to try more things!
The food was so good! Felt like we were in Italy.
The portions aren't huge, but still filled all of us. It's named after the area of Italy the owners great grandfather is from, which is precious. The pasta only has five ingredients and is made fresh daily. The server gave us a good rundown of the menu and answered all of our questions. The place was so cute. I loved the wallpaper. Not too dark or too bright.
Wife and I had dinner here Saturday.
The focaccia with flight of olive oils was a delicious starter. We both had the branzino, which was a skin-on filet grilled to perfection with lemon. Delicious! Our server Tatiana was great--super nice, fully professional, and took great care of us. I had a slight problem with my dessert and I made a humorous remark to her about it, and the next thing I know the owner/manager is at the table taking care of it in a much-appreciated but unnecessarily generous way. Parking is a challenge in NoDa on weekend evenings so either Uber or give yourself a little extra time. We found a space on the street about 200 yards away. The restaurant is beautiful inside and the acoustics make the ambient noise level somewhat high, so it is hard to have a quiet conversation unless you are sitting close. But the food and service are terrific, and they do appreciate their customers! We will certainly come back!
This place is unreal.
First of all the space is so cozy. And the service is impeccable. The focaccia, OMG. Get the olive oil flight. Also, the oysters are probably the best I've had in the city of Charlotte. I had the sausage Catelli also do not come here without ordering the Parmesan cloud on the side. OMG
Super Excellent Experience!!
To die for food and drinks! My date and I were very lucky to find two empty seats at the bar to have dinner! Had an excellent bartender named Carly. She was super efficient and great with her suggestions. I know we asked so many questions cause all of the food and drinks looked fabulous. If you go here you have to try the Spaghettini alla Nerano. Creamed zucchini sauce with shaved zucchini slices that looked like spaghetti. The portions a bit on the smaller side but the quality far exceeded my expectations. The desert we ordered was the orange olive oil cake and was easy for two to share. Delicious! Oh and did I mention that EVERYTHING is made inhouse and on the premises and if its not, its direct from Italy? Can't wait to go back! Thanks Carly for the best experience!

Make a reservation for brunch I think we had to pay 7.
00 per person. Parking is difficult especially on weekends. We parked at YMCA 11.00 for three hours very close walking distance to restaurant. I would encourage you to get the raw oysters with migontte for added flavor. Burrata with orange salt and grilled focaccia bread was my favorite dish last Saturday. My wife enjoyed the roasted beets with Gorgonzola mousse. Zucchini frittata was good huge portion definitely shareable. The waygu flank seasoned great but very chewy I would explore other dishes. The drinks like espresso martinis were perfect.Service was top notch. 4.5 Stars
Great food.
Loved the fresh pasta and atmosphere. Started with the Burrata and it was amazing, then for main I had the Calabrian Chili Pappardelle and my wife had the Sunny Cavatelli with extra cheese cloud. Both dishes were flavorful and fresh. Finished dinner with cannoli and decaf coffee. Will definitely be going back!!!

Celebrated a birthday reservation here as 5 on a Friday night. Loved the bricked and ornate tiled floor. Filled up quickly after the 5pm opening. Nick, our waiter, made great recommendations and took great care of us throughout. Started with foccacia and a few flavorful olive oils. Keep in mind that all menu items are smaller portions since they are intended to be a course rather than an entree. Chose Gnocchi, Cavatelli, Mushroom Ravioli and Chicken Piccata. Everything was was hot and delicious. Unfortunately, no room was left for dessert, maybe next time. Enjoy!

Excellent Spot in NoDa
My wife and I are looking to relocate to Charlotte and went to Ever Andalo in early April, 2025. The food was excellent. For the appetizer I had the octopus, which was delicious and not too chewy, as octopus sometimes is. For my entree I had the mushroom tortellini, which was very flavorful. Even though we were rather full, we had the tiramisu trifle, which was great. Yes, the restaurant was somewhat noisy, but that gave it a jovial, upbeat atmosphere. Our wait person was great, attentive but not hovering. I would highly recommend Ever Andalo for an excellent dinner in the NoDa area.
Amazing!!
Unbelievable people and food! The pastas were so delicious, had 3 and each of us tried the others and we were so happy and our hearts content. Even more since we were there from Asheville because of the hurricane and we were getting refuge in Charlotte. Thank you Ever ándalo for your kindness and amazing hospitality!!!
Disappointing disaster
The restaurant was loud and crowded. Couldn’t hear my waitress explain anything. My kale salad was terrible. My wife sent back her chicken piccata. My pasta was barely average. Bread was the highlight. $200 including tip. Disappointing disaster.
Authentic Italian and GF options!
Fantastic Experience! I hav celiac and there are many gluten free options here. There is not only a GF menu but an extensive special needs menu including gluten, dairy, egg, tree nuts and vegetarian. There is gluten free pasta and bread and the server was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The cocktail menu is fun and delicious and the wine selection does not disappoint. My fiancé who is not gluten free found his meal to be excellent and authentic. It was busy on Sunday night when we stopped in. I think we got lucky because it was early and if we’d come later we would have needed a reservation.

Best focaccia bread I've ever had! Pasta was fresh and delicious and worth the money. Tables are super tight so you might be running into some people, but overall good atmosphere.
You could truly never EVER go wrong with Ever Andalo.
Everything was super fresh and the food literally looked like a piece of ART! Their bartenders were super attentive. The servers were extremely knowledgeable and just overall nice ppl. I will recommend this place over and OVER again!
Food was great!! Octopus was amazing.
The Italian wine that our server recommended was great!! Small place so need to make reservations.
Best food ever.
the best gnocchi and the service was outstanding. Also the atmosphere and decoration was awesome
Ever Andalo does it again! I was looking for some place
Ever Andalo does it again! I was looking for some place delicious and special to celebrate a 40th birthday and I couldn't think of another place that I wanted her to experience. The reservation process was smooth and Harry was a gem and secured a table in the back corner, which was perfect for our small party of 3. I continue to have nothing but great things to say about this place. This time around I decided on the Apis Regina for my mocktail of choice. We shared the burrata which is never a let down and the kale crumb salad, which was a first for me, but won't be a last. For my entree I decided on the sunny cavatelli, which was the perfect size. The sun dried tomato sauce was delicious and the crunch from the broccolini was the perfect compliment to the softness of the cavatelli. And let's not forget about dessert. Probably my favorite part of any meal. My previous trips I have never saved room for dessert, but being it was a birthday, cake was essential. Let's just say I have dreams about the orange olive oil cake since having it. It was sweet with just the right amount of citrus. It was a bit more dense than I was imagining, but I did not mind. If you are looking for ambiance along with good service and delicious food, add Ever Andalo to your list!

The food is exceptionally good and the portions are great - not overly huge, but enough to fill you up. We sat at the bar and the service was fantastic. We definitely loved the vibe.
The food is so good here and definitely worth the hype.
I like how they have decorated the place to have a modern feel to it & the music selection was really good. I'm from up north and it's been a struggle to find really good Italian food and so far this has been my favorite.

One of my favorite restaurants in CLT! We got the Sunny Cavatelli and the Chicken Piccata. Waitress was so nice and knowledgeable. 10/10!!
Yes you must try! Everything we tried was amazing.
The artichokes blew me away and the snow mound of cheese added to our bread was the icing on the cake. We will definitely be back. Great for girls night or date night.
Wow did this place live up to the hype.
Best Italian restaurant I've experienced in Charlotte. We had to make a small sacrifice to the culinary gods to get this reservation (meaning, book weeks in advance and pay a small fee) but it was worth it. I've already booked a return trip for next month after eating there just last night. We started with the Octopus, which was fantastic, perfectly cooked, and a generous portion just right for sharing among a group of four, and the Whole Fried Artichokes (which had me googling "how do you make fried artichokes" today). For entrees, the short rib was on-the-bone and a showstopper type dish - the best one of the evening; silver medal from me to the the Sunny Cavatelli which was simple but absolutely delicious; the Branzino was flaky and perfect; and the Chicken Piccata was excellent (although it comes in at 4th place on this list of entrees for me - the other three were just better, more interesting dishes). We added the Salt-Roasted Beets as a shareable side to our meal - highly recommended. Service was attentive and friendly. We will back! (In about 5 weeks!)
Ever Andola is the real Italian Deal
My son and daughter-in-law gave my husband and I a dinner gift certificate last February as a thank you. We finally used it last night and we were so pleasantly surprised. The food and ambiance were absolutely wonderful. We are already looking forward to going back. So very happy with their authentic Italian food and drink. I can't say enough good things about Ever Andolo. Our waiter Nick was so attentive and knowledgeable about all the meals. It was a very enjoyable experience.
So good!
This is my favorite restaurant in Charlotte. We have been twice. Service is strong. The place is tiny and can get loud, but the food more than makes up for it! We have ordered the octopus, Burrata, bolognese, zucchini pasta, and the short rib. Order the short rib!
A true 5 STAR experience
We visited during the “Savor Charlotte” celebration and it was a delightful experience. Starting with a shared fresh focaccia bread with Italian olive oil. I ordered the Fresh pasta Sunny Cavatell with house made pork sausage, sun dried tomatoes and broccolini. My friend enjoyed a lovely thick cut pork chop served with baked apple slices and a delicious sauce. A fun addition to the bread was a “cloud” of very finely grated parmigian cheese. We both had a glass of wine…mine red and hers a white wine. Apologies for not noting which Winery/Vineyard. Both wine choices were suggested by our very attentive waiter “Manny”. Excellent choice and a return visit is very likely.

This review is only based on drinks! If you are looking for a mock tail this place has a few yummy options! We also got the spicy margarita, and it was okay. Not spicy until after you finish the drink, and it didn't seem like the drink had been properly shaken. Overall the cocktails are expensive and you can find better ones for the price.

One of Charlotte's best restaurants
I love to try different restaurants, so I rarely return to the same restaurant twice. Ever Andalo is the exception. The food is phenomenal. This is a great place to share small plates with friends or family. The food is sublime. The atmosphere is cool and hip. Please go-and thank me later!
Hands down amazing.
I spent three weeks in Italy this past summer and somehow this little place in Noda manages to outdo Italy. The ambiance is sophisticated yet comfortable, the service friendly yet professional, and the cocktails and food are homey and satisfying yet elevated and memorable. The Negroni is fantastic and the olive oil flight is a fun experiential touch. We shared several pastas, Branzino, broccolini, and two desserts and each dish was special in some way. I can't wait to return!

This place has easily become on of my favorite spots in Charlotte! The food is delicious and always fresh. The focaccia bread is to die for, crisp on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. The spaghettini alla nerano is one of the best pastas I've ever had. I love that it's kind of a small place which makes it super cozy on the inside. Both times I have been here, the service has been exceptional. They have given great recommendations and I have not been disappointed. This place is a must try in the Queen's City!
1st timers: cozy but a bit noisy.
Food was amazing. Best Cavatelli pasta ever!! From drinks to appetizers to main to desert to service outstanding.
2nd time for dinner.
Busy as always and we are interested to dine at the bar area. We were told by the not so impressive door girls to stand behind the seated guests and to grab the seats as soon as they leave. We didn't feel appropriate to be intrusive to other existing guests! The bar staff (Kathryn and her colleague) are excellent and we are grateful for their high quality service. The menu is interesting but why is dairy in almost all the dishes??? Any consideration for people who are lactose intolerant or unable to consume cheese?
Excellent meal, service, drinks and ambiance.
Will go back again and again. The reservations fill up quickly so be cognizant that you have to get in early in order to get a res. The bar seating is great, though.
Came here without a reservation but would highly recommend
Came here without a reservation but would highly recommend making one as we sat at the bar! The restaurant is pretty small. We got the lamb chops which were really good but small and the cavatelli which was undercooked unfortunately. Staff was friendly.
3.5/5 Beautiful environment and great service! Food came
3.5/5 Beautiful environment and great service! Food came out fast too. The fried artichoke was a unique appetizer but I probably wouldn't get it again just because the flavor wasn't memorable (mostly lemony). I do highly recommend the focaccia, however if you opt for the ricotta cheese (which is delicious) it might be more worth to get a different appetizer since the bread and cheese is ~$16. Pasta was good. I got the sausage based one and my boyfriend got the spicy meat sauce. I prefer the spicy version because of the thinner noodles. My pasta was a bit doughy. Overall, the restaurant is super cute and the quality of food was great. I would see myself going again and trying other dishes.

I am reviewing for the 2nd time, as I recently had the pleasure of FINALLY dining in. The experience of Ever Andalo is simply incomparable and in a league of its very own. They have absolutely figured out how to bring a sense of family & warmth to elegant fine dining. I can now say with confidence that this is my favorite Italian restaurant of all time, anywhere. Nope, I'm not limiting this to Charlotte or the Carolinas - literally anywhere I've been. On my actual birthday, we ordered takeout here. This past Saturday, my husband took me out to officially celebrate. SERVICE - beyond phenomenal. Each and every person we encountered was so kind and so attentive. THE KITCHEN - please, please, please send my compliments! Words that escaped our mouths in between bites were "blown away," "absolutely amazing," "the best I've ever had," alongside your standard "mmmm" and the approving slow headnod with closed eyes. OUR CHOICES - Octopus - I knew if I ordered this, I'd be eating it alone. My husband has a shellfish allergy, which has made him very paranoid over other creatures of the sea. I've also never had octopus that wasn't hiding the fact that it was an octopus. I went bold and ordered it, knowing it would be a regret of mine had I not. THIS WAS MY FAVORITE THING!!! I kid you not - I've thought about this dish a couple of times a day ever since. Wow! We had the chef's special - black garlic mozzarella with grilled focaccia. It was very delicious and certainly something I'd like to see on the menu again and again! SUNNY CAVATELLI - Wowza (I'm running out of descriptions here, folks...at this point we're backing into onomatopoeia territory) CHICKEN PICCATA - MMMMMMMM TIRAMISU TRIFLE - AHHHHHHHHH I could hear couples and groups at neighboring tables ooohhhing and ahhhing themselves. I just know every single person that night was in the same blissful state. It was an absolute experience to be had! Thank you to everyone from front to back of house. You made it the most special night, and we will absolutely be coming back!
