Headed for lunch at the Cheesecake Factory to find out the kitchen was closed for lunch. We had to re-route our lunch plans which turned us up at Flip Side. We sat at the bar area, which was very nice. We had great service and good food, so we were not upset about ending up here for lunch. The burger was amazing, the truffle fries were great, and the side salad was tossed in a lovey peppercorn ranch dressing. Would definitely go back!
Be the first to ReplyGood burgers.
Nothing crazy but just a good spot, reasonably priced, convenient location
Be the first to ReplyBurger looked and tasted like a Sam's club frozen burger.
NOT fresh tasting. Service at the bar was great, but the featured old fashioned was ok at best. Overall was not impressed and won't be back.
Be the first to ReplyPricey, but oh so worth it.
If you're wanting one of the best burger restaurants in Columbus, this is it.

Let's start with where this is! Easton is a destination for about anything you would want to buy, from Walmart to Tiffany and Co! Even Land Rover Tesla and other high end makes! This is a great location and great concept! Now for the atmosphere! The music was way to loud for anyone to talk, to a point we heard the conversations of the tables around us! The seating close to the partially open kitchen is also added noise but also the traffic around your table! The smells from the kitchen were off putting to us and another table, I as a chef know what it was, but a lot of people don't! The truffle fries they sell are very overpowering through that end of the restaurant! Not everyone loves truffle! The seating and tables were nice but showing age of being open over ten years! They have TV's with a couple of games on and a betting line was on one tv. Now for the most important part the food! We drove to buy a car in Easton and the dealership raved about the food! We like to try local places not big chains to see what the area is about! Now with that said we not tried recommended burgers from waitstaff and workers at the dealership. We tried the Mikey Burger bacon, pepper Jack, onion ring and house done version of a remoulade. The concept of this burger was great and had a decent taste, and the sweet potato fries were ordered because they were raved about by the dealership and server. I will finish this thought after the next plate! The other burger was the Flip Side burger also with bacon, aged cheddar, charred balsamic red onions with a house made bbq sauce! Regular fries. Again great concept but here in lies the issue with this place! The burgers came out Luke warm, fries on both plates cold, to a point where we tried them but did not finish them! The burgers must have sat in the pass because the bottoms of the buns were soggy and a mess to eat! The balsamic onions were refrigerator cold, I never could ask if there were supposed to be warmed up! Now the biggest complaint, the service! Our server was nice enough polite and informative, but as far as attentive he was not! The food runner was more attentive! The server let us run out of drinks and never checked to see how the food was, he was busy standing at the bar chatting with other servers! It took 25 minutes for our food to come and the three tables around us that were seated after us were served food before us! The other tables ordered drinks from the bar and they seemed to get preferential treatment because of that. I would say this place could be a five rating if they worked a little harder at customer service and not letting people's food get cold in the pass! Even the onion rings on the Mikey burger were cold right out of the kitchen! Asked for a manager and that never happened We will give another chance on our next trip from Kentucky (which was not on our return to pick up the car we purchased a week later) but I hope it lives up to the hype the car dealers and other places recommend it for!!!

The service was good and a waiter spent time chatting to me about Crocks while we waited. I brought it up since my son made the commercials. I was impressed with his willingness to engage the customer. My wife and I had the Red Door Burger, the sweet potato fries, and the fish. Outstanding. I would go back again, which is how I measure the food. Enjoyed it.

One of my favorite places in the Easton are
Be the first to ReplyWhat a great menu.
My wife and I were wanting a good burger and Flipside delivered. Yes, the service was slow but the entire world is short staffed. Our server apologized for the long wait but still provided great service and offered repeatedly to refill my water. We started off with the Kobe Beef Corndogs and they were very tasty. I could tell the dog was all beef. Next our burgers came and mine was cooked nicely. For desert I ordered the apple pie milk shake and it really hit the spot. Overall a great time at Flipside. We don't mind waiting for good food. And we will be back to sample another menu item.
Be the first to ReplyI will give this place rating of 5 just for the selection
I will give this place rating of 5 just for the selection of good craft beers. Always something new to try and the bartenders are always friendly and provide great service. The food is pretty good, I had a burger that had peanut butter and habanero jelly, cannot remember the name of it. Was pretty good, not the best I have had but not bad. The sweet potatoes fries were very good. They do not take reservations but do have an online wait list. This is Easton so parking can be a pain. Worth checking out.
Be the first to ReplyBest burger I have had at Easton! The sweet potato fries
Best burger I have had at Easton! The sweet potato fries were cooked perfectly, the mezcal cocktail was delicious, and I am a sucker for Brussels sprouts lol The temp of the meat ran a little pink for me and my friend, so I was glad I went with medium for my Black and Blue Burger. It was absolutely perfect! It's a little pricey on the whole, but not really when you consider the quality of ingredients. The decor was fine. Nothing to write home about. The guy delivering our food was awesome, our first server was polite and attentive, but our second server was barely present which was too bad because I was hoping to try a shake after we had been there a while. I wouldn't call this a destination burger, but if I'm at Easton I will definitely eat here again!
Be the first to ReplyCame here after a long day.
Burger was good. Chicken sandwhich was burnt to a crisp. Fries were an extra $5. Walked away still hungry for over $30. It had a nice atmosphere and the fries were fantastic but unless you have money to burn I would say this place isnt worth it.
Be the first to ReplyCame here for a late lunch on a Saturday.
Overall an underwhelming experience. There was some good however. The yelp check in to get on the waitlist was nice so that we did t have to wait once we got there. The service was friendly but slow. Took a bit for the food to come out and not everything came out and we had to ask for the missing items a couple of times before it came. We had a brownie milk shake that was average. My daughter didn't really dig the vanilla and just ate the brownies out of it, so I had to finish it. It wasn't bad but nothing to write home about. The burgers we had were overall good. My wife had the chili pepper burger with an impossible patty. She said it was excellent. The onion rings that came with the burger were very good. They had a good batter and the onion was crispy. I had the bison burger and again just average. It tasted fine but not sure if I'd go back for it. The fries were very disappointing. We ordered one of the regular fries and one of the truffle fries. Both were underwhelming. I wish we would have ordered the onion rings instead. My drink didn't get refilled, I had to ask twice before it finally did. They seem understaffed just like most places these days. The place was fairly hopping for a Saturday at 3pm, so I'm sure they are doing the best they can.

Be the first to ReplyCame here for dinner on a Friday evening around 7pm.
It was easy on Yelp to see if there was a line and put your name in for a table. We were able to put in our name for a table and a table was ready in ~10 minutes. Lots of tables with a chill atmosphere. Our waiter was friendly and nice. My friend and I split the Chef's shake and really enjoy it! It was so peanut buttery and creamy. A good price and a good portion for $3.50 once we split it. We also split an appetizer of fries with truffle and cheese. Those were very tasty with a great flavor and a good amount of fries. I then got the chicken avocado sandwich for ~$11.60. Really enjoyed my sandwich. I was very full after dining here and thought I got a great amount of food for ~$20! We had a really nice experience!

I went to Flipside for the first time for my Birthday and it was great! I ordered the Avocado Chicken Sandwich and it was even better than I imagined. The Roasted Pepper Vinaigrette was to die for. Afterwards we ordered milkshakes. I got the Blueberry Pie Milkshake and it was amazing! The blueberry flavor was so good, and the pie crust on top was delicious
Be the first to ReplyIf you're going here, get the burger.
Best burgers around. Drafts are good also. My favorites are the stouts.
Be the first to ReplySeated quickly, our server was polite and prompt.
The food here is phenomenal - the best onion rings I have ever had! Their vast burger menu hasn't disappointed once and same goes for their milkshakes. Great atmosphere for date night or bringing the family.

Huge shout out to FlipSide Burgers! After placing our order, realized I had lost my wallet and of course was a little freaked out. Tried to cancel our order to go find my wallet and the staff insisted on holding our food and table. Regardless of if I found it or not!! Luckily I found it, returned to our reserved table and had a great experience! Food was hot, fresh, and phenomenal! This experience reminds me there are still wonderful people in the world! I will definitely be back and shout their praises! Highly recommend!
Be the first to ReplyMy family and I were all getting hungry while out running
My family and I were all getting hungry while out running errands and I was really craving a burger so we decided to try Flip Side for the first time. We checked out the menu online and we liked the fact that they had a kids menu and the burgers sounded pretty good. We get there and, although there were several open tables, there was a 20-25 minute wait. They said they would text us when our table was ready so that was fine as we had some shopping to do anyway. We come back to the restaurant when we saw we were next and got sat down. Our server was friendly and brought us all waters right away but you could tell she was super busy and covering a lot of tables herself. We put our order in and all seemed to be going well but then we waited almost 45 minutes to get our food. I will say the food did come out fresh, well made and plenty hot. Also, the burgers do not come with any sides, so if you want fries or anything they are sold separately. That said, we were easily able to share a full order of fries among 2 adults and a child. I would recommend malt vinegar for the fries, they definitely remind me of "fair fries" and are not your typical "fast food" fries. Overall, the food was pretty good but I wouldn't go if you are in a hurry.
