This Forum Seafood Restaurant is definitely a place to
This Forum Seafood Restaurant is definitely a place to avoid. The HUGE menu board shows roasted whole chicken but when you order the whole chicken, the portion is really small, between a Cornish hen and a regular chicken. Forum Seafood charges a whopping $38 for a tad bit larger than a Cornish hen and this their "so called" whole chicken. I told the manager that I'd ordered a whole chicken because I am prepared to pay $38 for a whole chicken but his whole chicken is way smaller than a regular sized chicken. He said he would refund me the money. But how am I going to eat my dinner with only rice and veggies without any meat? I do not want a refund; I insisted on getting what I paid for, but definitely not a small whole chicken. The manager finally admitted that their whole chicken is a spring chicken. Voila! Confession from the restaurant manager!I questioned the manager why wasn't it clearly stated on his HUGE menu board "whole SPRING roasted chicken" for $38. For him to indicate only Whole roasted chicken is outright deceiving! Unsuspecting diners like me will easily walk into his money-wheeling trap! A hungry person makes an angry person. The manager finally relented, apologized and offered to charge $15 instead of $38 for a whole SPRING roasted chicken. I am writing this review with the hope that the management at Forum Restaurant will improve on their menu description and stop deceiving unsuspecting diners. The Singapore government definitely would not want unsuspecting tourists to have bad experiences/tastes at restaurants in popular touristy sites like boat quay, Clark quay, etc.

Overpriced mediocre food, and small portions. I have hAd better in strip malls. Stay away.

Told us they had Happy hour all night. When we sat down, they said it was only until midnight. It was 00.01. Ridiculous. Rude staff; you're not missing out. Avoid at all costs

Food is awful, taste stale and the sauce tastes like it came out of a bag. The service is terrible, you have to stand up to get anyone's attention and it is very expensive for what you get when it's actually only worth 1/10 of the price. DO NOT go here!

This is probably one of the most expensive place in Singapore the food is really bad for the price, a really small portions they serve cold and really old the food, if you are around better not stop and keep forward, for the prices that they charge you can get a better service and food in the Marina Sans bay or the Fullerton.

This place is a total tourist trap. The hostess told us they would give us free drinks and 30% off happy hour. As soon as they seated us, we were completely ignored. The food was ok. We waited for the rice for so long that we finished all the entires. We told the waitress we did not need the orders of rice anymore but they pretended they did not understand us. We gave us the rice anyways. They also did not keep their promise of 30% off and charged us full price. Don't go to this place.
