Room prices are insane, but you don't get much value for what your paying. Prices are double the at Regis where the rooms all have water views and balcony's, something the rooms here don't have. The common areas are beautiful, but you don't have to spend 4000 a night to enjoy them, anyone can.

I have had the opportunity to stay in many nice hotels, including (locally) the Faena in South Beach. This is special. It's a modern hotel wrapped around a totally restored 1930's era private club (no longer private). I booked a (second to least expensive) city view room with my platinum Amex and received an upgrade to a bay view room. The Amex also gives you free breakfast and a resort credit. The room was really nice- spacious, excellent furnishings, huge bathroom, quiet and with an overall feel of refinement and luxury. The hospitality was outstanding. Was able to get a tour of the grounds and the spa by several really nice people who are true hospitality professionals. Ate dinner in their Lido restaurant which was truly elegant. My reservation was handled perfectly and I was able to adjust my time by text. Make no mistake- this is a really expensive hotel, but you get what you pay for here. We will be back.
Be the first to ReplyThe service was nice was the surf club.
I really enjoyed the drinks and the risotto was my favorite dish.

Wow, am I in Spain? am I transported to Europe again? noooooo, but its the next best thing in Miami. A gorgeous hotel, especially the interior. Also there is history. Walk in the same footsteps as Winston Churchill, Elizbeth Taylor and good 'ol Frank Sinatra. In the late 1920s, business mogul Harvey Firestone sailed past Surfside, Florida, aboard his yacht, the Marybelle. Enchanted by this breathtaking stretch of golden beach and blue-green waters, Firestone - along with friends Carl Fisher and Irving Collins - immediately began dreaming about what it could become: a refuge for stars seeking to escape the limelight. On New Year's Eve, 1930, the Surf Club was born.Dynamic guests, including Winston Churchill, Elizabeth Taylor and Frank Sinatra, flocked to the legendary members-only club. Away from the flashbulbs of intrusive cameras, they enjoyed lively evenings of cocktails, couture and even black-tie boxing. During the day, they sunbathed in assured privacy beside its world-famous pools. Occasionally, they kayaked in them. The pursuit of merriment went on for more than nine decades, but the Surf Club closed its doors in 2013. Four years later, Four Seasons Hotel at the Surf Club, Surfside, Florida, has brought Firestone's idyllic refuge back to life.
Be the first to ReplyThis is a hidden gem in Surfside.
Beautiful architecture and space, beautiful people, wonderful staff. Come for a drink or a nice meal.
Be the first to ReplyAbsolutely loved this resort.
Everyone was beyond helpful and very nice. Hotels far away from the chaos of the old San juan. Very oeaceful. Can't wait to return.
Be the first to ReplyJust had a lunch.
What can I say, it was an underwhelming experience. Coffee was good, hot and the right strength. Shrimp cocktail was ok, the sauce was not red, as I expected, but some yellow sauce. Asked for red sauce and everything was ok. Egg Benedict, cold, terribly cold. ย I asked - please make it hot. NO - bread was cold, egg were cold as though the were made in the morning, salmon was pale color. I would be embarrassed to serve this meal. Service: started great, then waiter disappear and we waited 15 min for someone to show up. Finally a different waiter showed up without any explanations. Bill: 5 people $400. Ouch.

Well I'm back after a hiatus of Covid, boredom and plain uninteresting venues, post Covid. I was tempted not to speak of Covid as even the paperboy is using Covid as an excuse. So here I am sitting at the Four Seasons bar which absolutely defines elegance... the restoration is remarkable and I'm waiting for Frank and the rest of the Rat Pack to come through the door. ย I was brought here several weeks ago by a woman, who defines grace and elegance and certain she agrees with my assessment of the building and magnificent bar. Never in all of my miles of travel, have I ever seen a bartender/s who define bartender...conversational white jacket elegant and provides classic drinks with grace elegance bravado and instantly. I'm happy sitting at the bar, drinking in every moment. Thank you Four Seasons for this taste of elegance in this tropical paradise....

This is an excellent restaurant! All Four Seasons are generally great but this restaurant has a bar with a lovely marble countertop which just reeks of the richness of the art decor era (1920s).The restaurant and the food were so on point. The crab cakes to start were heavenly. Somehow slightly caramelised outer crispy shell of the crab cake - so much deliciousness. The sirloin was cooked to perfection and the perigoudine sauce...I'm reliving it as we speak and the memory is satisfaction enough! The wine list is intricate and expansive. Service was exceptional. Everything was divine perfection

Five start hotel, the loss of a star (possibly loss of two stars) is for their beachside service since it's one of the faces of the hotel and the experience that shapes your stay. ย I'd even give them a 2 star for that but I don't think it's fair for the hotel. ย They are generously staffed but don't know how to cater to the guests including a simple gesture of refilling water so the guests don't dehydrate. The service at the hotel is phenomenal, text and they are at your side for whatever you need. ย The pool is smaller than most others but great vibe, the service pool side is exceptional, similar to the st Regis hotel bal harbor beach and pool service. ย This hotel is beautifully done, the restaurants Lido and surf club (third party) is good. ย The design was done by an exceptional interior designer. Today is my last day at this hotel, not sure if I'd return because of the few days of service beach side but TBD
Be the first to ReplyWish I could give negative stars, but not possible.
This DISGUSTING establishment jacked their rates sky high in response to increased demand for rooms as a result of the horrible tragedy in Surfside.I pray that no one will give them any business going forward. Their actions are unconscionable.
Be the first to ReplyReally bad experience.
We were visiting from Orange County and were told four seasons is good to dine at. The food not good, limited wine selection, house wine was not good, over priced everything, service very bad. I have had great experience in la and ย Oc but Miami, I will never come back. I had better experience with service and food at GGs and taverna opa.
Be the first to ReplyBeautiful property.
Service is a bit slower than I'd like but we had a good time. $47 later and I had water and a poke bowl.
Be the first to ReplyThe best customer service in Miami.
We celebrated my husbands birth day. From the second you step in to this unique spot, you are welcomed, greeted and made feel special. The cocktail selection is very unique and you can't order a bad drinking. I particularly enjoyed the banana cocktail as well as the Negroni. I had been craving tuna tartar for a while and this restaurant has the best. Server Martina is super attentive and caring. Also the managers are super involved. The want to make sure your experience is flawless. Will definitely come back to this place
