Gaia MarbellaIt it was the first time in my life that I met such an unprofessional general manager. who tells us that we have to go because the time has passed. She didn't even let us order desserts at the table, she just asked us to pay. I understand that the table is for 2 hours, but this was the first time I encountered such unprofessional and rude behavior. maybe your manager previously had experience in fast food.
Amazing experience!
I went for dinner with some friends and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was so attentive and kind. They were making recommendations and continuelsy checking on us. Big thank you to Redwan, Yousef and Amer for their service. The dishes were all tasty and presented beautifully. Some of my favourites were the seabrem carpaccio, cauliflower salad, grilled octopus and all of the deserts were divine. The atmosphere is very nice for any occasion. Definitely will go back.
Fine Greek
I dined at one of the finest Greek restaurants in town. While it was a bit pricey, the overall taste of the food was good. However, the cooking of the fish could use some improvement, as it was a bit dry. The rest of the dishes were tasty, and the presentation was excellent. Their dessert menu, in particular, was outstanding.
Great vibe, service and food
My first visit to Gaia and it won’t be my last. The food was excellent, service also very good but given it is not cheap you would expect nothing less. We shared starters all of which were good, the baked feta and tuna being standouts. My main of sea bass was exceptional. Wine list prices on the high but this is difc. Well worth a visit
Very good quality
Food quality wise excellent restaurant 5/5. The crowded atmosphere lowers it down to 4. Must tries: Chilean seabass, watermelon salad and frozen yoghurt dessert. A bit pricey, even if in Dubai but you won’t regret
Top Greek restaurant in Dubai
This is a very cool restaurant in Dubai, amazing Greek food. The filo pastry was definitely me and my family's absolute favorite. Don't even think about coming here if you're not going to order the filo pastry. Some of the dishes here were not to my taste, but of course, this differs from person to person. Great restaurant though.
Expected more
I expected perfection in everything from Gaia. Unfortunately, everything was completely different. Yes, I can't say anything bad about Gaia's interior because it is mesmerizing. The food is also very tasty. As I can see from my experience traveling to 45 countries and over 400 restaurants, the service staff influences the success of the restaurant and the company. So I didn't see any superiority in service. Hopefully next time it will be better. Gaia, thank you for the delicious seafood dishes.

Went here in the evening with friends. Beautiful neighborhood. Food was fantastic. We felt like we had almost everything from the menu. Salt crusted fish, shrimp and the dessert was so delicious. Thank you Izu. Will be back

Good location in DIFC , stylish with great Servise. About the food I have no words to describe it ! You should definitely try carpaccio sea bream and frozen yogurt made of fresh goat milk 👌
Very good food, terrible experience! Where is the real Gaia?
The journey start with the first trial for booking. For a 11 pm booking we have been ask for credit card details including a CVV number on the phone ( illegal) and of course the lady informs us they don’t accept American Express. Based on our comments she finally accept to sent a mail with a form to fill. Mail we never received. Second attempt in the afternoon and with the very professional Lola all goes smooth without credit card ( I forget to say 250 aed charge no show was the morning reason for credit card). We came on time seating 11.05, nice table as usual. 11.17 a lady came to inform she need to take last kitchen order! Nobody ask if we want any aperitif of course…. Food very good as usual. Service a disaster where disappear the stylish well trained staff? No attention on table, need ask for nearly everything passing over the plate or front of face ….. 12.10 after getting appetizer and main without 1 min rest in between someone came with desert menu ( we still eating) for last order before closing and 12.20 last order for drink! At 12.40 they turn light half on and full on at 12.50 full on. We move out ad we don’t want the 2 bouncer at the entrance come to quick us out. As I say hood food but is it the experience we look for a Friday night dinner? They could at least inform us before booking to give us the choice instead to insist on a cvv for a credit card on the phone. To avoid!
Awful experience & Unprofessional Staff ( NoT Recommended)
We had an Awful experience. Rude attitude strikes one at the very first moment they enter this resturant at the reception.Despite the earlier booking, “Nevene” was very rude to us stating “ So you came for desserts so no table for you while she just confirmed booking before we arrive in-which it was stated that we are coming for desserts. Though she said this table by the bar is occupied by another customer though no one was sitting,her colleague offered the same table to other guests who arrived after us” When we reached out for the manager “ Mr John” to assist. He was literally shouting at us with a very rude attitude as “Nevene” briefed him. Without listening to us, he immediately started shouting and saying u cannot blame us “ instead of apologising!!!!!! What really a waste to hire such unprofessional staff to ruin any guest experience and Night. This is NOT the 1st time we face this attitude from staff. Unorganised team, bad Management and Not recommended for any visitor untill those issues are addressed and well trained staff replaces this arrogant attitude of current one.

Terrible service
I want to share that I had a bad experience in this place, we went to dinner to celebrate a birthday with my family, the waiters and the general service was terrible, they went through to serve, they did not change the dish, the worst of all is that when we ordered a fish and pasta we had been waiting more than two hours for the food and we asked for the bill to leave and they had not put it in the system so I would never come back two hours waiting to eat and they never brought the food.

* BraveCloth47 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to BraveCloth47 for any questions Peter may have as BraveCloth47 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* BraveCloth47 now uses their connections at Gaia Dubai restaurant to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If BraveCloth47 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
