Drive on Past.
A year and half on. I have had some terrible take out food here in Toronto only two places. And visited great restaurants in Toronto. One thing stands out to me still. Harbour 60 is the top of worst restaurants/take out I have eaten at. Constructively speaking, they have all the show in a tent in the parking lot, how great the food will be etc, how expensive the food will be, how grate the martini will be etc... The one thing I learned, is walk away, the play up, leads to a massive let down. Avoid, save your taste buds, you're better off w a bucket of KFC and guilt that comes with it. After than tasting something so bad at this H60, that not even the most potent liquors will wash away from your mouth. Walk away, drive past, go splurge on a 911 next door, get a frozen dinner, consider intermittent fasting... All will be better choice.

Food was very overcooked and service not overly friendly or professional. This was for a special event and nothing about this experience felt special. The waiting staff removed our unfinished plates on numerous occasions. I would not recommend this restaurant and certainly not at that price point.
Be the first to ReplyNot worth the money or the hype..
I was very excited when booking this restaurant to celebrate my Moms milestone birthday. Oh the food was extremely poor quality. We had a table of 6 and everyone complained about the poor quality of their meal. To start the calamar was under seasoned just tasted terrible. No one complained because it was my moms 65th birthday we did not want to ruin her day. The big let down was our entre (Terrible). Not one single person enjoyed their meal. Chicken was bland and had a very distinctive awful taste. I thought it was just me but when my sister and nephew who had the same chicken all did not finish their meal I knew it was bad. I complained about my meal and had it removed from the bill. However, the waiter did not even ask if I wanted to order anything else. The Salmon was a disaster also. Not to mention the lobster pasta, like, how do you mess up PASTA, How? I am sorry but when dining out and paying these astronomical prices they quality of the food must be on par. Harbour 60 gets a zero from me. I am very disappointed with my dining experience. I could have gone to the Keg and I bet every dollar our meals would have been better. HARBOUR 60 PLEASE STEP UP YOUR GAME...YOUR PRICES DOES NOT MATCH THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD. Why was the chicken slimy. Well the next day was the icing on the cake when both my sister and I throw up and had issues with our stomach all day. Again.....HARBOUR 60 PLEASE DO BETTER..YOUR FOOD IS NOT LIVING UP TO THE PRICES.. HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS JUST DOWN THE DRAIN.
Be the first to ReplyDisappointing, not near worth it
Harbour 60 did not live up to its reputation nor the high end prices. The menu and prices indicate high end, but the service and atmosphere was more like low to medium end night club. If you want to pay for fine dining, without all of the good service and fine surroundings that usually go with it, this is the place to go. Uncomfortable seats, TVs on the wall, inattentive service, a forced tip and no bill splitting. It was like a poor Jack Astors with astronomic prices.

Most overrated, over priced restaurant I have ever been in my life. Food was good but not spectacular. Pretty average filet for $125!!!! Side of fries and mushrooms $22 each. Glass of Pinot Grigio $30. Do people spend that kind of money just because they can? It’s ludicrous. 2 dinners and 4 glasses of wine $650??!!Better meal at The Keg for 1/2 the price.
Be the first to ReplyOverrated restaurant!
This restaurant is very much overrated !! The food was very average for the super high price. Our server was very good and attentive i must say but the manager and the sommelier were out of touch!! We ordered our food and wanted to spend 200$ plus on a good bottle of wine but by the time he came back with our bottle we were practically almost done with the meal. Our waitress noticed and offered a free desert to compensate for the wait which was very nice but then we were full. We opted for two cocktails instead and that was appreciated however we barely had time to drink them as they told us we had to leave because they wanted to accommodate people coming in after the hockey game near by. We had already spend 550$ already in the two hours we were there and we were going to have more drinks since it was only 10pm but they were not accommodating at all. We probably would have had the same amount of drinks as two people would have had coming from game but it didn’t matter to them that we had spent 500$ upwards for dinner and they said it didn’t matter how much people spend they just want to try to accommodate everyone. I thought they would value high paying costumers but they really don’t care obviously. Weird way to run a business in my opinion! If you want a good dinner they are plenty of good restaurants in Toronto like Don Alfonso for example , right around the corner for H60 and you’ll get much better food/service for that money!! We won’t have dinner there again perhaps just a few drinks late at night as they seem to care more for that type of customers!
Be the first to ReplyPoor value
Ambience and service was excellent, but the scallops we ordered were undercooked and only four for $56! Sides were extremely overpriced ($20 for a few portions of mashed potatoes!). Overall poor value for the money.
Be the first to ReplyOVERRATED…
As per the title. Historic place located inside a building from the last century (I think it was a bank). The best part is the "old" part on the first floor (where I had requested a reservation but it was not granted on the last floor) The rest of the place is divided into a (horrendous) external area, in the back, under a white awning and an area adjacent to the bar. Cold and unprofessional welcome (junior staff) Professional and friendly table service. Practically land-based menu with some fish dishes (salmon, sea bass & C) Chosen, almost obviously, the meat. The raw material is good, the cooking is the same. I didn't like it: the welcome, the noise, the general chaos. Average price 80/90 euros plus drinks. Restaurant that wants to be trendy but is only an appearance. It's worth a ride, not the return.

It was hot and the toilet wouldn’t flush in the woman’s restroom. I saw feces floating In The toilet mid meal. And honestly the steak was no better than the keg. And when I told the manger they didn’t do anything about it only directed me to another bathroom. I will NEVER go back again.
Be the first to ReplyHarbour 60 Toronto is a BIG RIP OFF
Let me be clear this is Boston pizza quality for a total of $770.00 Very long wait for service after a big sell up of the menu. For the price of $ 600, which was my share of donation. I cannot call this anything else as a bill you’d happily pay at a decent restaurant… You get two shrimp, half an oyster, a Costco stick of crab with some dry ice, some lobster legs… With two hockey puck like burgers, some iceberg lettuce, with some canned chick peas to call a Nicoise salad for my friend and his wife and bread with olives. There is a strong possibility the cost of dry ice for the seafood tower blew the entire budget, leaving little for the rest. I was hoping the Martini would be decent, an easy task. Which when you ask for dirty comes with cheap Smirnoff Vodka, decent sized olives and half a can of brine. It was green with brine. We mentioned our concerns regarding the low standard to the waitress after which this happened. Its easier to laugh than being angry. The angry manager pitched up at our table. “What is the PROBLEM with our food?!!! I thought it was comedy hour. Took no responsibility for the low level of food or poor quality of service. What we however felt exuding from every pore of his body - was distain for the customer. This authoritarian demeanour of this individual, made our group feel it was our fault as customers for stumbling upon this overpriced, low quality, resentful restaurant manager of a spot. I have to say I am disappointed. I did have some hopes for this place as it started with very pleasant entrance and warm greeting, but this was crushed pretty quickly. I suppose I should end this in a positive. Harbour 60 is good at something… This something, is ripping people off.

Just an excellent experience. The food: 5/5 The drinks: 5/5 The venue: 5/5 Great food, great service. What more can you ask for at dinner. We dined in the patio which was very warm which was fantastic on a cold November evening. The portions are HUGE (by European standards so if you are used to European sizes err on the side of caution!) The steak tartare as an appetizer was spectacular but so large even with fobbing bits of it off to my partner still couldn't be finished! And any restaurant with Assyrtiko on the menu deserves an extra star in my book. Paired very well with the scallops as an entree. The baked Alaska as dessert was brilliant. If not enormous. It could easily have served 6. Between the two of us we perhaps managed 1/3 of the dessert. But just delicious. All washed down with very pleasant gin and tonics. And with the Ravens game being shown on TV as dinner entertainment...a solid 5/5. An excellent experience not to be missed!
Be the first to ReplyDisappointing dinner in an outdoor parking lot structure
We thought it would be fun to try an upscale Toronto steakhouse for a family occasion and settled on Harbour60 as a treat. We expected a white tablecloth dinner in a historic Toronto building. We were hoping for a restaurant with great atmosphere and menu. Upon arrival we were surprised to be hustled through the historic building to an outdoor table in a temporary structure (like a wedding tent) erected over a parking lot. Our table had a white sticker on it rather than prper tablecloth. When we asked for a table in the restaurant we were told it was full. After 20 minutes we were all cold so I asked the server if the heat could be turned up. The server did his best by turning up the temporary forced air heater which belched dry, smelly hot air over our table. It did however drown out some of the noise from traffic on the street. The food was overpriced and mediocre at best. One side dish was enough to serve three people (it would have been nice if the server had pointed this out). The cauliflower was overspiced with something that tasted like bottled tobasco and the sea bass was not fresh. There were no vegetarian or vegan options on the menu. The service was attentive enoughand the servers made an effort to make the best of what they had to work with. On our way out we took a moment to walk through the main building and it was nice enough. Perhaps the temporary parking lot structure is a covid thing (hard to understand how this covered structure would prevent covid spread though)? We booked through OpenTable and were given no indication that our reservation wasnt inside. Sadly, we will not be returning to Harbour60.
Be the first to ReplyGreat location most of the items on the menu are average
Firstly if you need a restaurant on your way to a downtown sporting venue or concert this place is ideally situated. Service is very good, servers are attentive and get it right very expensive. The Japanese Wegu steak is probably the most expensive item on the menu but worth every penny at $600 for a 20 oz steak. Too rich for anyone to attempt to eat solo but an incredible item for sharing. Seafood tower overpriced, raw oysters OK but not worth the $$$$. Boston cream pie apparently is off the charts. For almost $400 per person I think that it is overpriced
Be the first to ReplyAmazing food, terrible service
This likely won't change many peoples minds in terms of eating there. The food is amazing. From the drinks at the bar, the bacon, through to the final meals. Sadly this gets lost quickly due to the service. Against my better judgement, I decided to try this venue one more time. I called to make a simple reservation and the person who answered the phone was clearly having an off day or she felt that because she worked at the venue she's entitled to dish out attitude. I called her out, and she advised she wasn't giving attitude. I shared I'm feeling she is, she then proceeded to cut me off repeatedly and advised she wasn't. She then asked if I wanted to speak with the manager, I paused and then finally said yes. She transferred me to the hostess. After a lengthy conversation with the hostess (me not realizing she was a hostess, and the hostess knowing full well she was "pretending" to be a manager) she advised the first person is wanting to apologize. Except she didn't. She apologized for how I felt not for how she acted or behaved. I then said please transfer me to the manager, and she transferred me back to the hostess. They clearly have issues, and a routine whenever they determine that they are more important than actual paying customers. I'd recommend any of the other five start hotels and restaurants in Toronto over this venue. The General Manager is Kristen O'Neill, it's no wonder this venue had a covid outbreak in August 2021. They clearly are only looking out for themselves. I'll avoid this place at all costs moving forward. I have too much respect for myself for allow anyone to speak to humans in this way. Human decency trumps food always for me.

Great food with exceptional service. Very busy before and after anything taking place at Scotiabank arena.

Great food, staff needs a little help. I had the Filet cooked great. Service was ok. Wine order was a bit of a mess but over all good food
Be the first to ReplyService was exceptional and food delicious
Enjoyed a wonderful valentines dinner. This was our second visit and it does not disappoint. Alex our waiter is the perfect example of exceptional customer service. The flowers were stunning and set the mood for a romantic meal. Sea Bass melts in your mouth and is full of flavor. Coconut pie was the piece de resistance!

The restaurant has a unique terrace outback. The service is first class and the food delicious. I recommend the oysters and Dover. For a better experience I recommend sharing ;)
Be the first to ReplyDisappointing in so many ways for our special occasion
It was unbelievably noisy, could not hear people speaking at our table! The tables were crammed together - in these times you would think there would be some distancing. For these prices we didn't expect a Sports Bar atmosphere. The steaks were good as they should be at over $100. The french fries were as hard as rocks. The servers were excellent but have to say we would never go back.
