You are walking and visiting the beautiful old town of Paris and next thing you are in a back alley Ramen restaurant somewhere in Japan. The way they decorated this small restaurant is simply stunning and it feels so authentic. Even the sounds of an
Coolest ramen shop I've ever been to.
They were even playing ambiance sounds like made you feel like you were in Japan. & thankfully their ramen tasted amazing too. You do have to pay extra for the typical toppings (egg, corn, etc). Service was friendly and fast.
Ramen was AMAZING.
Flavorful broths I had the shiu ramen which is light and delicious. Pork belly was so good we had a second one for dessert!
Great ramen and service.
We were just in Japan less than a year ago and thought this was truly legitimate. Would recommend to anybody.
Went here twice during my last trip to Paris.
Great ramen and ambiance. Couldn't get enough. Will be back for sure.

Very long wait, they use electronic wait lists now.
It saves a lot of time. It's very worth it though! The ambiance is stellar! The loss of star was for the abhorrent bathroom situation. So so messy. It makes you wonder about the restaurant cleanliness. Food as always is wonderful, staff now

Waited 2 hours and I still think it was worth it!! We arrived around 2pm and scanned the code to join the waitlist. I had a bit of an issue with it due to location settings but luckily it worked on my partner's phone. We just walked around for 2

Ramen masters 🍜
This place is simply amazing. Like a journey in old-time japan, this place transports you in the back-alleys of a traditional old town, with wooden houses, “dirty” emall back alley with windows, traditional paper lanterns, gutters and eaves, smal
A unique culinary experience
Unique atmosphere, delicious food, super fast serving. I didn't have to wait in any line. I'd come again in Paris to repeat the experience!
Average ramen, outstandingly unpleasant experience
The most uncomfortable restaurant experience I can remember having. Firstly, the 1.5 hour wait was frustrating considering how average the food is (definitely not even worth a spot in Michelin Guide). Secondly, you were given about 2ft of space per p
Long wait with bad queueing system. Bad service
Long wait of almost two hours from 7.30pm. Bad queue system especially for four pax. One star for the chashu but overall not worth the wait. Service was bad as the waitress just poured the bowl remains in front of us. Not sure why Michelin guide.
Rave Ramen Reviews!
We were lucky to get in this popular ramen haven last night at 10 and loved every slurp of those great bowls. Sitting on tiny stools in this energy filled spot, we shared two choices recommended by our cheerful, helpful server. WOW!
Unhelpful and rude staff
Unhelpful and rude staff, only interested in making money. Won't even answer basic questions. avoid and go to a place where they like what they do.

Fantastic food, unhealthy environment
We landed on this one through reviews. The long queue outside was a good sign. When we eventually got in we were showed to a tiny upstairs room with bespoke decoration which had obviously been well thought out for authenticity. The food: amazing, b
Average experience overall.
Had their speciality ramen with chef recommendations, edamame and kimchi for starters. Very basic, nothing special. Sake they served was really good.
Service is terrible.
When arrive got on the reservation list. Stated over an hour. Waited and all of a sudden when the timer went down to 4 mins left my reservation was canceled. Asked about it and was told next but then after 30 mins and more people being seated they di

the attitude of the guys at the entrance, quality of the food and the waiting time made me not want to repeat the experience
Excellent vegan ramen that we thoroughly enjoyed.
The broth was very unique pumpkin soup based and we tried both the desserts which were very well balanced as well. It would be great if they added more broth/soup to the vegan ramen and add more vegan options to their menu. Service is very friendly,

We were craving ramen while feeling under the weather, so we set out to find the best spot in Paris. Of course, a ramen spot featured in the Michelin guide piqued our interest. (It bears repeating, being included in the Michelin guide is NOT the same
Hands down, the best ramen I've had outside of Japan.
The broth is extremely rich, flavorful, and packed with umami. The quality of the Iberico ham takes the noodles to another level. However, expect the wait time to be 2+ hours, even outside of peak meal hours. We ordered the Noboshi Paitan Ramen and
This was amazing.
It took two nights but we were able to get in to an Early seating. I can't say enough good things about the food and environment.
Super busy and small ramen restaurant.
Their attraction is that it looks like a Japanese fish market which is cute. The ramen is different from what I've had before as it is fish based broth vs pork. I had the traditional with chef add on. We shared gyoza, edamame and cucumber apps. Seati
Omg! The ramen is to die for.
Come and eat here, it is affordable and delicious but be ready for a wait as it is popular.
This place is worth the hype.
Downloaded their waiting app and it quoted me 35 minutes but I got sat in 20. I ordered their specialty black sesame ramen and it was perfectly rich and the noodles were super chewy. You can watch the cooks put the food together if you get sat at the
My girlfriend and I tried both kodawari ramen.
This one specializes in meat ramen. I personally thought these were more flavorful. My girlfriend thought the seafood one had better flavoring. Admittedly the ingredients were very fresh there but I think the broth and noodles were more authentic at
The story of the place and the ingredients they use here
The story of the place and the ingredients they use here are worth 5 stars. What other place grows, mills, and makes noodles with their own wheat? Definitely worth a try if you're craving ramen in Paris!!!

I have had many ramen in my eating career and I have had great bowls of ramen. The ramen at Kodawari is fine; they are not the best I've had but they aren't bad. I ordered some add-ons such as egg, menma, and nori. They messed up my egg (see picture)
I have a hate and love feelings toward this place.
I hate that the wait is long and the space is tiny but I love the ramen. I came here on a Sunday evening with a party of 2. We got on the waitlist around 6pm and the wait time was 25 - 56min for being number 18 on the waitlist. The wait ended up bein
