This place is a hidden gem of authentically prepared Thai food and we are so grateful we stumbled upon it! It's tucked into a neighborhood bordering Chinatown and we had no idea of its popularity when we found it and realized how hungry we were.
Michelin guided restaurant so I decided to check it out.
Michelin guided restaurant don't have any star by the way. Just a good place that to eat Thai food. Nothing fancy, they offer your typical Thai menu but with good quality and fresh ingredients. This is what a Thai restaurant supposed to be. No

Food was great, however the service was mediocre, we finished our meal paid then decided to go to the bathroom one at a time before heading out. My friend was told we had to vacate the table in 2 mins, we were still 17 mins under the 90 min seating l
I had diarrhea after eating there.
It's also so salty that I even feel bitter when eating it. Incomparable to few years ago
Food is not great.
Taste burnt. It is overrated. The waitress and waiter have an attitude. They were not too happy with the amount of tip.
Food was amazing and for the price - even better.
Only issue that left a bad taste in our mouths was the hostess tried to put us in their sister restaurant 4 doors over several times even though I made a reservation with 4 of my friends for my birthday. She only said our table was "up the stair

Hands down some of the best Thai food I have ever ate.
We were a group of five that came by for a friend's birthday. We didn't have reservations and we were shocked that we were sat so quickly. We were given a one and a half hour dining limit, and we could see through our time there that they

Flavourless food
Nothing fancy about this restaurant. Few tables crowded together on the main floor. Not sure how big the second floor is. The restaurant is showing its age and is in bad need of an upgrade. Unfortunately the food was a major disappointment. The Tom K

Worth its Michelin recognition!
Koh Lipe stands at the top of the Toronto Thai Restaurant firmament, with its inventive 'special menu,' most likely not found anywhere else. All are highly recommended. Our group of four had four very tasty dishes including Pineapple salad
Excellent Thai restaurant
Delicious chicken wings, green curry with chicken and rice, and beef Khao Soi. Immensely flavorful dishes and spice just right. Fun atmosphere too. A gem on Baldwin.
Substandard food and service.
Hard to believe this received a Michelin star! It was a terrible meal and poor service. Went out of curiosity and expected so much more. Even basic dishes like pad thai and pineapple rice were lacking. Skip it and save your $$.
Weekend Dinner
This was my favourite eating at this restaurant. It is a Michelin Selected Restaurant: 2022, 2023. The interior of the space is nice, bold and colourful. For appetizers, I tried the Yum Ma Muang (Mango Salad) and Tom Yum Veggie Soup. For the mains: C
