Excellence at La Condesa
Wonderful experience! Thank you to the chef and staff who accompanied us through this culinary adventure. The somellier was incredible and his pairings dramatically enhanced our experience!

Incredible moment during which each dish was a magnificent discovery with a most judicious wine pairing! The place is just superb and the service perfect! To discover again and again! Will come back with family!
Be the first to ReplyMORE THAN PERFECT ! - MORE THAN AWESOME!
It all started with an invitation to go to dinner at La Condesa. Then, the surprise of realizing that it was not a Mexican restaurant... Finally, once the astonishment passed, we prepared ourselves to live one of our greatest taste experiences. The decoration is sober and elegant. The warm and effective light highlights the delicate polychromy of the dishes. The welcome was very warm and efficient. The service of our 6-course menu was very professional and warm. Sommelier and butler in perfect harmony deserve all our admiration, especially regarding the culinary and oenological challenges that we imposed on them (allergies and intolerance). Chef Indra Carrillo's show began masterfully with appetizers of varied textures, avocado tartlets glazed with tomato water, crunchy and melting at the same time and accompanied by the incomparable egg of the galaxy composed of seeds flax and a magnificent celery sorbet. The chef's cooking is superb and respects the textures of the flesh. The scallops and Jerusalem artichokes cost spectacular and sublime coffee grounds! The pearly hake and the lightly cooked chicken retained their exquisite flavors and were enhanced by delicate sauces and accompaniments. The layered desserts were great discoveries. In short, you will have understood, it was a total success and a magnificent exchange, human and gastronomic!

Indra is more and more creative. The whole thing was perfectly balanced, flavors and textures often powerful, but always well balanced. The excellent sommelier introduced us to unusual wines. It was our most interesting experience during our stay in Paris. A very big thank you to the whole team.

Excellent, innovative food and outstanding service. This is our 2 nd visit to La Condesa and it was just as excellent the 2 nd time.

Everything was perfect ! The discovery, the flavors, the service, the furniture, the atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant

The prices are not very transparent, we end up with a higher note than the price of the initial menu as presented on the restaurant's website, is it the 2 glasses of champagne imposed at the entrance, the price of the 2 glasses. or of 2 coffees??? More transparency would be appreciated.
Be the first to Replyinnovative starters, skillfully combining hot and cold, mastered ice and spices, original cooking.
Nestled in a lively area, La Condsea dazzles with its original culinary creations, such as the egg with its mousse and ice cream, and its first innovative starters, skillfully combining hot and cold, ice cream and mastered spices, original cooking. The chef excels in highlighting vegetables, particularly root vegetables, thus offering surprising flavors in every bite. The first courses were very strong, but the originality fell a little to the fish and the dish. Although the service was warm and friendly, there were a few problems: we ate several courses and the desserts without wine, then without nithé coffee because no one came to see us and offer it to us.

Very friendly welcome. Delicious food, very imaginatively presented. A 6 course menu with plenty of surprises along the way. Highly recommended!

A dining special experience — the chef is the standout! Not just for his food, but his personality. Very engaging. I’m a big sweet tooth and loved the desserts.
Be the first to ReplyA mixed bag of innovative food with some hits and some misses
This was our first visit to La Condesa with my family and we were very much looking forward to the whole experience. We all had the 8 course tasting menu, which for 5 of came to €770 including a bottle of wine, water and coffee. For the most part, it lived up to our expectations. Several of the dishes were absolutely delicious and inventive. Unfortunately, this was tempered by some really careless mistakes. The bread we were offered with our first course was a dry, stale baguette. For me, a bread lover, that is an unforgivable mistake especially in a Michelin starred restaurant. I really hope it wasn’t baked in-house, although it should have been. There was a Japanese theme throughout the whole menu . A high point for us was a mushroom dish involving a custard and a broth which you drank through a spoon/straw. We enjoyed a fish dish with mackerel which was lovely and a tuna dish that was delicious. We felt the cod dish missed the mark because cod is a fairly delicate fish and didn’t stand up well to the curry sauce. One of the two desserts, contained grapefruit sorbet and peal which was far too bitter for our palates. If you are a grapefruit lover, this would probably be the dish for you, but none of us enjoyed this dessert. The second dessert was heavy on kiwi fruit and too acidic for our liking. The service was good throughout and it is clear that the staff work very hard to ensure diners have an excellent experience. For the price paid, if I’m honest, I don’t really feel it was value for money. However, we all enjoyed the experience.
Be the first to ReplyDisappointing
To be a Michelin starred restaurant I have to say that we have been a bit disappointed because we were expecting more. The dishes were for sure elaborated and it is clear that a lot of effort was made in their preparation , however they were "plain" missing to deliver any special flavor that may remain in your mind triggering that kind of memories that makes you will to go back to the restaurant to taste again something unique. Prices are aligned with a Michelin guide restaurant but wines selection is limited and with prices not reflecting the quality of the offered wines.
Be the first to ReplyReaching Beyond Success
La Condesa We have been dining at La Condesa since 2017, before Chef Indra received his Michelin star. The most accurate description of consummate success is not resting on the laurels showered upon you. Yearning for growth and development, once your skills have been acknowledged, is very difficult. Yet, Chef Indra has traveled the world during his success, learning culinary techniques in South America, Asia, and beyond. This last visit to La Condesa in Spring of 2022 was amazing, our meal in two or three star status, if that’s an apropos measure of cooking talent. Showmanship is useless if the food doesn’t resonate with taste sensations that are mind boggling, but La Condesa now creates a dining experience on par with our meals at Arzak in Bilbao, and AM in Marseille, two of our most transcendent meals. To describe each dish would be unfair to enjoying La Condesa. While there are shrines to cooking majesty in Paris people flock to, a culinary visit is incomplete without dining at La Condesa.

We’ve eaten in Michelin Star restaurants in the UK and this was up there. The 8 course tasting menu was really enjoyable, good fun and the flavours amazing. We will be talking about one dish in particular forever, I think, it was so delicious.
The location of La Condesa worked really well for us as we were staying in Montmartre and wanted somewhere we could walk to.
Amazing Dinner Experience
We visited La Condesa during our honeymoon a few days ago. We were greeted warmly by the manager and the sous chef at our table. We had the 8 course tasting menu and it was fabulous. The servers and staff timed each course perfectly and we left feeling very satisfied. The place is very small but the decor makes the restaurant seem very cozy and exclusive. Great dinner in a not-stuffy environment!
Be the first to ReplyMore tou pay, more you receive. Sometime not!
1 ordered a 50€ of champagne, arrived hot. I’ve complained about that to the waitress, and didnt receive any exscuse, any change bottle or any discount
2 in a place where you pay 150€ each for dinner is not acceptable to be packed with other costumer like we were in sharing table. That is just beacause you want earn lot of money and dont care about comfort of the costumers
3 food. Nothing special, one of my dishes was chicken. The agnolotti (kind of dumpimg) was full fish bone inside that hurts my mouth. A part of that, really nothing with creativity, just normal. I have frequently dinner in michelin starred resturant so my opinion is not about about the price. Anyway totally overpriced
