La Fontaine Las Vegas Reviews from The Last Year
Worst service ever.
All staff are very familiar in using their "policy" to avoid providing services to the customers and knows how to charge the most outta us. All the other friends that stays at this hotel during EDC said the same abt their service. One of them even changed the hotel on the last day during edc without any refund. That's how unbearable is their service. WOULD RATE 0 IF I CAN. DONT GO! AVOID THE WORST SERVICE U CAN GET IN VEGAS

Sooooo ima keep it a buck this place is beautiful but needs to step it the fuck up when it comes to service. Parking is ass, valet trash and mf tried to tell me I had to be staying there to valet. Guess what my uncle isn't staying there but he's white so got to valet. Then I waited like 45 minutes in line to not get a drink cuz these lames only have 4 people bartending. Also casino feels tiny & is in the Absolute worst part of town to get to from all angles. Enjoy your stay
Beautiful hotel.
not well managed. We are on the 65 floor. It took us 40 minutes to get in an elevator. Eight elevators. All packed with people at 10 am. Our room only has piping-hot water! It was a hell of a shower. The lobby has no chairs or seating anywhere. Make sure you ask for a map of this place. It is vast and not easy to navigate. The signs do not help. Did have an awesome view of the Sphere.
Nice Hotel.
..shame about the elevators. We are sitting at the bar enjoying $22 bloody Mary's recovering from the adventure of getting down from our 65 floor room. The hotel is about 6 months old and on memorial weekend it's pretty packed. The room is nice but a bit weird. The view is great, bed is comfy AC good. There's no cold water...really...all the water comes out warm or very hot. To use the (handicapped) shower you have to turn it on cold and get done before it gets scalding. We ate at Wash potato last night (dim sum) very good and not too bad $. The hotel is Bellagio expensive but we expected that. The place is huge and the signage is awful...as is their laughable app. It doesn't have a discernible vibe yet. This morning around 10 it took us 40 minutes to get down. Every elevator was packed both directions. Eventually we had to cram in like a Tokyo subway car. That means nipping back to your room is an effective impossibility. There are 10 elevators in our section...my guess is about half are running. Also one of the few down escalators from 2 is broken. Don't try to get picked up by an Uber in the basement ride share area...apparently it's not signposted from the street...we had 4 rides cancel on us 800ft from where we were. The vibe is a bit like staying at LAX or LHR....not at a hotel at the actual airport.
LOCALS This parking garage is an absolute mess.
It took 45 minutes to get into it and over 1 hour 30 minutes to get out of it after a show. People are so frustrated that there was a car hitting other cars to get out. The "Theater" has two bars on the main floor for thousands of people. The wait is extensive, luckily the show was good but overall this place has a lot of problems won't be heading back for anything.
Disappointing.
Doesn't live up to the hype. Pool chairs are the quality you would expect at a Holiday Inn. Breakfast at Vida took 45 minutes to get to the table and then only after we complained to the manager. At Komodo they charged $5.00 for extra hoisin sauce for the $150. Peking Duck. Called this morning to have my room cleaned. Finally came at 4:30pm. No waters in the room. Back to the Bellagio, never to return.

From the moment you step into the lobby, adorned with contemporary art and sophisticated decor, you know you are in for an extraordinary experience. Simply luxurious and elegant.. The room was spacious and clean. Beautiful color tone Hallway to rooms is beautiful. Plush and comfort bedding Separate toilet Walk in shower and soaking bath tub Pool is on the 3rd floor No outside food drinks allowed They check before going thru Amazing large pool area Food court on 2nd So many great restaurants and quick bite! Few close at 4am on weekends Capon has amazing burgers but you can check out my review on theirs. Price is $$$ but good food. High end shops still not open or coming soon Definitely a great experience and glad I got to stay here! Parking is complimentary if you're staying here. And had no issue going in nor out! I don't know why people write negative reviews on here... I loved everything about this hotel! Check in was a breeze on Saturday especially memorial weekend. Front desk gave us complimentary bottled water Don't let the negative reviews scare you away to stay here!
Worst parking garage I've ever been in had dinner
Worst parking garage I've ever been in had dinner reservations took 30min to just park and 1.5 hours to exit and not an exaggeration at all 1.5 hours to just exit the garage
Newer hotel across from Circus Circus.
A block or so away from Ross & a Walgreens. A good food area and the place is still clean. Beds are super comfortable. It has a area for lyft/uber pick up. Enjoyed my stay here. Oh there was an issue at the toilet that was odd bc the hotel seemed to have been clean. Anyway as gross as it was - switching rooms was not at all an issue. Def will stay here again.
Not for marriage occation
I didn't get any congratulation from the hotel itself on my wedding day. The check-in was decent. Would need more detailed instructions to show the towel you were staying.
Good luck getting into your room.
Not great. Check in process wasn't too bad, until we realized our room wasn't ready and wouldn't be until approximately 4:30 PM. And that our luggage wouldn't be delivered until after five. Huge crowds, and huge noise, particularly if your room overlooks the pool/strip, where you have to deal with the noise from Tao beach club all day, every day.
Great Hotel. Poor Shopping
The hotel is beautiful, just like a Venetian palace. Great for wonderful photos. Our suite was great, plenty of space. Shower and bath optional. The garden pool is amazing. My disappointments were regarding the Gran Canal stores. I was here a few years ago and the shopping was fabulous with a different, and classier, kind of merchandise; now, the stores are the same you can find at any mall in any American city. Also, the ice cream place in the middle of the main square is really ugly and doesn't agree with the splendor of the hotel.
Nowhere else like The Venetian
My Fiancee, his family and I always stay at The Venetian when we visit Las Vegas! Everything we need as far as food and entertainment is under one roof!
My best birthday weekend at Palazzo Resort in Las Vegas
Love the best pool view from our room 9-800 at Palazzo for my birthday trip to Las Vegas in May 2024. Thanks for nice club member's benefit & offers. Will definitely will be back and recomend this nice resort to my family relatives and friends.
Palazzo tower stay - fantastic!
Courteous and knowledgeable staff, beautiful suite, comfortable beds, loved the pool deck and restaurant selection. Oh, and everything was exceptionally clean. Stayed in the Palazzo tower and highly recommend. Will definitely book back here next time we are in Vegas
The best Las Vegas has to offer
This is the first time I've stayed at The Venetian Resort. The place is amazing. It's like a city within itself. Anything and everything you could hope for sleeping, dining and gaming. I look forward to making The Venetian my "go to" Las Vegas resort.
Excellent location lovely suite
Highly recommend The Venetian, centrally located to everything on The Strip. Beautiful large suite with loads of entertainment, great views at a good price and valet parking
The Venetian is amazing
Great hotel and casino, the room was exceptional and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. We had a great view of the strip and having multiple televisions throughout the room was nice.
"Falling Short of Expectations: A Disappointing Stay at The Venetian"
I recently stayed at The Venetian, and unfortunately, my experience was far below the expected standards of such a reputed hotel. From the onset, the check-in process was mishandled, with erroneous charges for already paid resort fees, which, although refunded, lingered on my credit card for five days. I am still awaiting the return of a $150 deposit two days post-checkout. The room assigned was the last one down a long hallway, facing a wall, severely lacking in terms of both view and comfort. It was devoid of basic amenities like a coffee maker, complimentary water, and even movie channels, requiring me to use my Netflix account for entertainment. Despite requesting a room change, my concerns were ignored. This experience felt more like a budget motel rather than a luxury stay, marked by a significant disconnect between the hotel's prestigious image and the service delivered. I left disappointed, and I hope this feedback prompts improvements in service and facilities.
Fabulous!! You will not be disappointed!
Always a class act! Very clean, spacious rooms! Always love the Venetian Tower for closeness to everything! Luvvvvvv eating at the Grand Lux Cafe for anytime meals!! Ate at Canonita in the shops which is always delishhhhh Mexican food/Magaritas and of course the Chinese restaurant next to the Sports Bar is always fabulous! U will NOT be disappointed!❣️❣️❣️
Amazing hotel
Excellent hotel! It’s huge and so much to do and see! It’s in a great location and the casinos are amazing! All the staff were excellent and always polite and helpful! I would recommend to everyone. The only downside is the expense, everything cost so much but excellent quality. Status bar is well worth a visit as is the sphere!
EXCELLENT
EVERYTHING IS GOOD AS IT CAN BE-WE ALL LIKE TO STAY IN VENETIAN AGAIN - We went to L.V. every year with family & friends, some state in Venetian - some other stay in CAESARS, we all like VENETIA better- ROOM is newer & more comfortable
A charming trip to the Venetian Resort
The experience of staying at the resort is impeccable. The comfortable and spacious guest rooms are equipped with everything you need, making people feel the warmth of home. The warm service of the hotel staff made me feel at home. They always greeted me with a smile and met every guest's needs attentively, which made me feel their meticulous care and thoughtfulness. Not only did I enjoy luxury and comfort, but more importantly, I gained unforgettable memories. Everything here exceeded my expectations and filled me with infinite expectations and longing for travel. Whether you're exploring new attractions, dining on delicious food, or spending time with family and friends, The Venetian Resort is an ideal destination.
Vegas Kitsch at Its Best. Amazing Re-Creation of Venice, Italy
The Venetian Resort is one of the best places to stay when in Vegas. Location on The Strip is very central, and the hotel is beautiful. Rooms are large, nicely decorated and comfortable. It offers a unique experience whether you are staying at the resort or just visiting. The Grand Canal Shoppes and the re-creation of St Mark's Square including gondolas traveling along canals inside is quite remarkable and beautiful. The nearly full-size replicas of The Rialto Bridge, The Campanile at St Mark's Square and the Palaces of the Doges outside the front of the hotel is impressive. Beware that all of this will attract thousands of tourists each day so visit during times that are less busy which is easier to do if staying at the resort.
Striving for Excellence, Achieving Mediocrity
Save your money. I booked my stay in October 2023 and looked forward to a vacation. For the money spent, I was not impressed. The location is the only positive aspect of the trip. The room size was nice, the linen was like sleeping on sandpaper. The mattress was akin to sleeping on a rock, and the pillows lacked any stuffing. This "resort" could learn a thing or two from the Hilton Brand of properties in this area. As for the room amenities, why in heavens name is everything so expensive? I get they are trying to repay a one billion dollar debt, but thirteen dollars for a small can of pringles is excessive. I called on two separate occasions to order room service. I sat on hold for five minutes waiting for a person to answer, and on each occasion I hung up. I will not return to the Venetian. There are better hotels.

Ask a Question |
Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue? |
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!
