Good luck getting into your room.
Not great. Check in process wasn't too bad, until we realized our room wasn't ready and wouldn't be until approximately 4:30 PM. And that our luggage wouldn't be delivered until after five. Huge crowds, and huge noise, particularly if your room overlooks the pool/strip, where you have to deal with the noise from Tao beach club all day, every day.

I didn't get any congratulation from the hotel itself on my wedding day. The check-in was decent. Would need more detailed instructions to show the towel you were staying.

Love the best pool view from our room 9-800 at Palazzo for my birthday trip to Las Vegas in May 2024. Thanks for nice club member's benefit & offers. Will definitely will be back and recomend this nice resort to my family relatives and friends.

My Fiancee, his family and I always stay at The Venetian when we visit Las Vegas! Everything we need as far as food and entertainment is under one roof!
Be the first to ReplyGreat Hotel. Poor Shopping
The hotel is beautiful, just like a Venetian palace. Great for wonderful photos. Our suite was great, plenty of space. Shower and bath optional. The garden pool is amazing. My disappointments were regarding the Gran Canal stores. I was here a few years ago and the shopping was fabulous with a different, and classier, kind of merchandise; now, the stores are the same you can find at any mall in any American city. Also, the ice cream place in the middle of the main square is really ugly and doesn't agree with the splendor of the hotel.

Highly recommend The Venetian, centrally located to everything on The Strip. Beautiful large suite with loads of entertainment, great views at a good price and valet parking

This is the first time I've stayed at The Venetian Resort. The place is amazing. It's like a city within itself. Anything and everything you could hope for sleeping, dining and gaming. I look forward to making The Venetian my "go to" Las Vegas resort.
Be the first to ReplyPalazzo tower stay - fantastic!
Courteous and knowledgeable staff, beautiful suite, comfortable beds, loved the pool deck and restaurant selection. Oh, and everything was exceptionally clean. Stayed in the Palazzo tower and highly recommend. Will definitely book back here next time we are in Vegas

Great hotel and casino, the room was exceptional and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. We had a great view of the strip and having multiple televisions throughout the room was nice.

Excellent hotel! It’s huge and so much to do and see! It’s in a great location and the casinos are amazing! All the staff were excellent and always polite and helpful! I would recommend to everyone. The only downside is the expense, everything cost so much but excellent quality. Status bar is well worth a visit as is the sphere!

This was our second time at the Venetian. You can't beat the location or the suites. I really liked how there was a separate living room so if someone wanted to sleep and someone else wanted to watch TV or just enjoy the incredible views (from the upgraded view) this was easily accomplished. The bathrooms are wonderful - shower and bath separated from the toilet, two sinks, make up table with stool and lit up mirror. It was over 100 degrees when we went in August, but you didn't even have to leave the air conditioned hotel if you did not want to. The Canal Shoppes are attached to the hotel, plenty of places to eat are in the hotel or the Canal Shoppes. You can get to the casino at the Venetian or the Palazzo without going outside. We had a view of the pools so you could see how busy they were or if there were any lounge chairs available. Hundreds of slots to chose from. Just a wonderful and classy hotel. Loved our stay!

Be the first to Reply"Falling Short of Expectations: A Disappointing Stay at The Venetian"
I recently stayed at The Venetian, and unfortunately, my experience was far below the expected standards of such a reputed hotel. From the onset, the check-in process was mishandled, with erroneous charges for already paid resort fees, which, although refunded, lingered on my credit card for five days. I am still awaiting the return of a $150 deposit two days post-checkout. The room assigned was the last one down a long hallway, facing a wall, severely lacking in terms of both view and comfort. It was devoid of basic amenities like a coffee maker, complimentary water, and even movie channels, requiring me to use my Netflix account for entertainment. Despite requesting a room change, my concerns were ignored. This experience felt more like a budget motel rather than a luxury stay, marked by a significant disconnect between the hotel's prestigious image and the service delivered. I left disappointed, and I hope this feedback prompts improvements in service and facilities.

The experience of staying at the resort is impeccable. The comfortable and spacious guest rooms are equipped with everything you need, making people feel the warmth of home. The warm service of the hotel staff made me feel at home. They always greeted me with a smile and met every guest's needs attentively, which made me feel their meticulous care and thoughtfulness. Not only did I enjoy luxury and comfort, but more importantly, I gained unforgettable memories. Everything here exceeded my expectations and filled me with infinite expectations and longing for travel. Whether you're exploring new attractions, dining on delicious food, or spending time with family and friends, The Venetian Resort is an ideal destination.

Save your money. I booked my stay in October 2023 and looked forward to a vacation. For the money spent, I was not impressed. The location is the only positive aspect of the trip. The room size was nice, the linen was like sleeping on sandpaper. The mattress was akin to sleeping on a rock, and the pillows lacked any stuffing. This "resort" could learn a thing or two from the Hilton Brand of properties in this area. As for the room amenities, why in heavens name is everything so expensive? I get they are trying to repay a one billion dollar debt, but thirteen dollars for a small can of pringles is excessive. I called on two separate occasions to order room service. I sat on hold for five minutes waiting for a person to answer, and on each occasion I hung up. I will not return to the Venetian. There are better hotels.
Be the first to ReplyVegas Kitsch at Its Best. Amazing Re-Creation of Venice, Italy
The Venetian Resort is one of the best places to stay when in Vegas. Location on The Strip is very central, and the hotel is beautiful. Rooms are large, nicely decorated and comfortable. It offers a unique experience whether you are staying at the resort or just visiting. The Grand Canal Shoppes and the re-creation of St Mark's Square including gondolas traveling along canals inside is quite remarkable and beautiful. The nearly full-size replicas of The Rialto Bridge, The Campanile at St Mark's Square and the Palaces of the Doges outside the front of the hotel is impressive. Beware that all of this will attract thousands of tourists each day so visit during times that are less busy which is easier to do if staying at the resort.
