L'Ardente Washington Reviews
This will be a spendy meal, but 100% worth it.
Three distinct and unique seating areas depending on the occasion. Highly recommend a reservation as we saw a group of 3 ahead of us get turned around with no openings for walk ins. Everything we tried was exceptional! The duck ravioli shooters wer

Amazing gluten free pasta with impeccable service.
The ambiance is fun and fresh. My husband loves the 40 layer lasagna and I think the GF frutti di mare is amazing.
Really delicious meal.
Perfect to use that Resy credit from AMEX. The Duck Hunt ravioli dish is Michelin level fine dining, amazing! I also thought the Cesare salad was extremely well crafted. The funghi tasted different to me this time. I wonder if the mushroom change dep

I've been twice for my birthday and the experience was exceptional both times. Service was seamless, and the food is always a 10/10. You can order any item off the menu it'll leave you satisfied.
Food and service are amazing.
My favorites are duck hunt and their caesar salad - that little bit of lemon takes it to the next level! They're famous for their lasagna which is delicious. I can see why they're known for it!
Delicious!! All the things we ordered were incredible.
Lasagna was great (but extremely rich) cocktails were lovely. Our waitress was so kind and attentive, but gave us our time to really enjoy the meal. Ambiance is nice, it was quite busy but there were so many people working there that the service was

We came here for a special occasion.
The place is on the fancier side... beautiful, but packed and noisy for a weekday. Someone famous must have been dining at the same time because there were security guards everywhere. All the food we tried was flavorful and artistic - scallop gnocc

Some of the best Italian in the city, and exceptionally excellent pasta. Their 40 layer lasagna is a must, the duck hunt ravioli is such a fun app, and I especially loved my pappardelle this visit. The cocktails are fun (jello Negroni, yes please!!)

Came in towards the end of lunch, sat at the bar for quick service. Bartender was attentive and informative. The cesare was very lemony, was expecting the anchovies/salt to be a bit more forward.
Big, Loud, Expensive, Good
A huge place packed on a pre-holiday Friday evening. Remarkable it can draw in such crowds at that price level. The last time I heard that much noise was at a Who concert in the 1980s. Hard to converse with your partner: I wouldn't recommend for

Family Motherβs Day outing. Not very welcoming. Noisy. Ordered fish for two and they just plopped it on the table with salad plates. Not proper service for such a pretentious and expensive restaurant. But must say, the tiramisu flambΓ© was a unique
A brilliant blend of classic and creative

Over price and below average service.
I ordered the pizza. It was good, however it would have been better if there was some pizza sauce. The crust was slightly burnt. My wife ordered the linguine with frutti di mare. I rate that a 8 out of 10. Service was below average. I had to go to
On the pricey side, food good, server great.
Very busy, server was great. Food was good but not overwhelming. Had a pizza and it was ok. The food prices were on the high side.
A memorable experience: Will Return
Outstanding service, seated quickly, and staff was extremely attentive. The food was excellent, the table was cleaned frequently and in between each course.
It was my second time at L'Ardente.
This time was on a Tuesday right after work so I was surprised to see how packed it was already at 6pm. The ambiance felt so light and airy with the sunlight. We sat by the window and the service was very attentive l. Different staff kept coming chec
I was pretty bummed out by the 40-layer Lasagna.
It was called award-winning, but it was just a bunch of horizontal layers, so you could only taste a few layers at a time. It was pretty average, nothing special. The linguine was undercooked, and the tiramisu was a letdown. The rum and passion fruit
Upcoming spot in the social scene of DC
There was a lot of hype about this place so we decided to check it out. The crowd was mostly couples on a date and large groups of friends. A very lively atmosphere. Definitely a hot spot in the making. Service was good, server was friendly and gave

Run do not walk.
The truffle lasagna is likely one of the best meals I've ever had. Couple that with amazing service and a stunning dining room and you'll have an epic evening.
Came here for my husband's birthday.
Everything was very tasty and it did not disappoint! Portion sizes were decent also.
