LES CLIMATS DOES IT AGAIN
There is no place closer and finer for lunch after an invigorating morning at the D'Orsay enchanted by the Van Gogh exhibit, as crowded as it was. Excellent meal flowing from the creative kitchen. Gorgeous room and decor and fine service staff..

Exceptional food and service set inside an astonishingly beautiful interior. Wonderful would go back in a heartbeat.
Be the first to ReplyDelicious and efficient
Sometimes it is nice to have a Michelin starred restaurant dinner that does not take 3-4 hours of time. This was an efficient and delicious dinner. If you know your Burgundy wine, you will be impressed with the extensive wine list that is provided --- be prepared to spend some time considering that wine menu alone. A 4 course dinner here was perfect. Service was efficient throughout, no concerns there at all. Food was the highlight though --- burrata/tomato to start, the fish for a main, and the pear dish as dessert were spectacular.
Be the first to ReplyDo not do the wine pairing
While the food was very good, the wine pairing was extremely disappointing. We specifically asked how the pairing was done and were assured it was “all classic burgundy.” I then joked, so no orange wine? Haha. Low and behold the first wine was an orange wine. To add insult to injury we were also served a cider. I’m sorry, but that is not “classic burgundy.” Food was very good but sullied by the wine pairing. Side note, my husband asked for a substitute to one course because he’s not a fan of goat cheese. He was served a single scoop of sorbet as a substitute.

Excellent lunch — I thought I’d stop in for a few small dishes (the candy tomatoes and the apricot-verbena mushrooms) — and ended up with a series of delicious dishes and wines. Jacquesson 745 for the BTG champagne option, followed by excellent Chardonnay orange wine suggested by the wine staff, crémant de Bourgogne rosé, Morey-Saint-Denis i didn’t need (but wanted). For dessert, the apricots from Drôme nearly made me cry. I held it together. Perfect day.

A memorable dining experience. For all the right reasons. I was invited to a business lunch here. Outstanding service from coat and bag check on entry through to ‘bon voyage’ at exit. I had prix fixe lunch, 3 courses for EU65, with sparking water. With some complimentary condiments that was more than enough to satisfy. The restaurant has great spaces with high ceilings and large wall of glass to the rear.

Can't really add anything more to the other glowing reviews, except to say we had lunch at Les Climats and it was wonderul.
Be the first to ReplyA Very Parisian Gem
Overall I had a wonderful time at Les Climats. My friend and I were seated nearby the chimney, a perfect spot to look at the beautiful dining room and enjoy a warm chat during a frigid day. The wine pairing was up to the reputation of the restaurant. The sommelier organized a very pleasant journey across Burgundy for a very reasonable fare. We enjoyed the lunch menu. It was beautiful and delicious. We will definitely come back for dinner. Last, the service was top: welcoming, well cadenced, and graceful. I’ll be back!
Be the first to ReplyClassic French with a twist and a wine list to endlessly explore
A true Parisan experience. Set in an oasis of Art Nouveau, beautiful French cuisine with a modern twist is matched by the biggest wine list I ever seen. I enjoyed my three course lunch immensely, my pleasure heighten by beautiful paired wines expertly chosen by the sommelier. Formal but not cloying service completed the experience. Highly recommended.
Be the first to ReplyCharmless, expensive and poor
A beautiful restaurant that somehow manages to be utterly charmless.
Service is efficient and simultaneously deferent and condescending.
A truly vast cellar of burgundy wine creates a thick hardback book of a wine list that is difficult to pick up and impossible to navigate. The impressive number of wines is only outdone by the impressive prices of the bottles. Why any restaurant needs to offer so many wines costing hundreds and even thousands of euros is anybody’s guess.
And as for the food…
The €150 per person “initiation” menu comprised five courses each outdoing the previous one in lack of taste and quality. The sardines in a nasturtium sauce were pretty good, the scallops in spinach not bad. But the poultry main was completely lacking in flavour and dressed in some sort of greasy gravy. Even the thin slices of truffle somehow tasted of nothing.
Some sort of cheese dish followed which seemed to have been takin straight from on over cold fridge, hence completely lacking in flavour again, before the chocolate mousse and chestnut dessert offered a despicably slimy texture and poor taste combination somehow.
Really puzzled by the amazing reviews this place gets. And no idea how it can claim it’s Michelin star.
The worst combination of expensive and poor quality.
Not worth it
Do yourself a favor and find another restaurant if you looking for tasty expirience. Good interior design and wine but the food is back from the 80'

Very nice atmosphere!
Got the table we asked - by the window 😍
We had initial menu (140eur+drinks)
Total 2 people 420eur
Loved 4 out of 6 dishes.
2 were also good but maybe not my cup of tea :)
Loved this experience and recommend also to others.
Maybe only one a bit negative thing was that we didn’t felt very personal service… it was quite like in a hurry or so.
But nothing bad :)
Just we had year ago experience in Michelin star restaurant in GranCanaria - and it was 10/10! Hard to beat that :)
Wine or food; food or wine?
One could come just for the Burgundy wine list. Massive. Great producers. All price points. But one should come for the food. The tasting menu was excellent and I liked some dishes that I would never have ordered on my own. Friendly staff. Service was very good. Valet parking if you are driving. Only drawback is that it isn't close to a metro station, but most people probably taxi in.
