Hmmmm... suspicious. Anyway, I don't know what it is with this place as I just don't get it. Don't get me wrong, it's a decent steakhouse, but not the best steak ever as may proclaim it to be (that's in my kitchen, but that's another story). It IS a busy place, so keep that in mind. I recommend calling at least a week or two in advance (maybe longer if you need a prime time) for a reservation. And you will get an answering machine. They're pretty good about listing their availability on the machine so listen. Then leave a message. They'll call you back and hopefully confirm. They're closed Sunday and Monday so if you're looking to go on a Tuesday, plan ahead and call the week before. They always accept walk ins too, but there will probably be a long wait unless you show up right when they open.I was looking at pictures of the people that post and decided the next time we came, I was going to try the ribeye. I was disappointed. I think I got the worst ribeye cut I've ever had. It was like 2 steaks that were twined together with cow membrane. I was hoping for a nice cohesive 16 Oz. cut of ribeye steak and didn't get it. It was charred nicely and a little past the medium rare at which I ordered it. If it was a better cut, it may be a star or two higher. I've had the filet, shrimp, fish, etc. in the past and all were ok, but not spectacular (with the exception of the blackened snapper). Others at the table ordered the Filet (4 oz and 8 oz) and they looked decent this time. One ordered the veal parmigiana and it was covered in cheese. The veal seemed like it was more of a ground veal patty than a nice cut of veal. I just had a small bite though. The salads were fresh and the bread and butter is always good, usually because you're hungry but good bread and butter are always a nice treat. There's a diverse set of sides from pasta to baked potato to fries and a veggie or two. You can also get French onion soup.Service is hit or miss depending on the server you get. We've had outstanding service and mediocre service, so your experience may vary. Parking can also be a challenge especially with a bunch of terrible drivers which park crooked or take up 2 spots. Annoying but part of our last experience.I think on the next trip, I'm getting manicotti and calling it a day. We'll save the money and cook a steak at home.
