Lucia Dallas Reviews
Was walking around bishop arts and stopped by Lucia's.
The place looked pretty empty but we were told that the wait would be roughly an hour. We decided to walk around and received the text maybe 30 minutes later that our table was ready. Apparently there are reservations to sit at the bar, however a few

The food was great.
Really like that they switch out phases of the meal/s. The oysters were beautiful. However, the service was far from good. For one, my partner and I felt like we were being rushed by a certain female server with short hair. We were going through prim
Service was okay.
Took about 45 mins for the next drink to come out after placing the order. The food was very.......interesting. Lots of things like blood sausage and liver. Also a very heavy use of fennel in dishes, if you're into black licorice ( I'm not)

Lucia's "Secondi" dishes are nothing to write home about BUT their "Primi" pasta dishes are some of the best I've had in DFW. My friend and I ordered their Beef & Fish Secondi dishes and we both thought it was just
Agreeable 4/5 rating with the average reviews.
Great atmosphere and decor, bar seating is nice as you can watch the kitchen, standard parking in bishop arts district. Online reservations book insanely fast so you will have to monitor the site occasionally. Still a soso chance of walk ins but no
Service and food were both amazing.
Truly one of the best dinner experiences that you will have.
The tuna tartare was not good.
It was an olivey/mayonnaise-y thing obscuring the tuna. Worst prep I think I've ever had tbh. Ravioli were very good. Gnocchi, though not entirely unpleasant, was heavy and the pancetta was kind of chewy. Steak was nice. Dessert will remain

Overrated and lots of pressure re: the upsell
We celebrated our adult daughter's birthday and were disappointed with Lucia. Most of the issue seemed to be our server who seemed to cop an immediate attitude and seemed only interested in upselling us. We had no frame of reference as to the

Overrated but wonderfullll customer service and great vibes
Perhaps a perfect restaurant.
Combines thoughtfully considered recipes for food and drink, prepared expertly but still with the best kind of freshness and simplicity, which are then presented by a team that seems to sense who you are and why you're there. Yeah, this is a really

My husband and I did not like Lucia at all.
We could not eat the food and we tried our very best. May be we were just in over our heads because this was way fancier than the Italian restaurants we typically go to (monarch being one of our faves) but we'd never had the combinations they put tog
Okay I was honestly so disappointed in Lucia.
Maybe I just went on a bad night? I'm not sure. The menu was honestly not very inspiring. Our group didn't feel like the dishes were unique or had complex flavor profiles. There was a lot of repetition of similar flavors. The textures of many dis

The food was great.
However, the hostess lied to us about needing our spots so, once I found out that our seats were not filled after we left, that left a bad taste - figuratively and literally. Don't care to go back to be around a liar(s). Dallas has plenty of nice

Great meal.
Good service. Ok patio. Generally speaking, if it's great, it's appropriate. I hate this application. We have to tell it was bullshit to get it through.
Incredible from start to finish.
From the food to the ultra-charming Bishop Arts District where Lucia is located, I loved everything about my experience here and can't wait to go back.
HANDS DOWN my favorite restaurant in Dallas.
Liz and her team truly understand how to run a dinner service. Everyone is so attentive and the service feels truly personal. Plus, the food is authentic and delicious.
Certain places have reputations.
Sometimes they even live up to those reputations. This, happily, was one of those times. The Salumi board was just heavenly. Yes, its a lot for one of four courses for two people, but they do have to go boxes. Absolutely worth it. Fantastic flav

Great experience
Great ambiance, good food, and definitely good service. Will go back again for sure. It is a must go to restaurant, highly recommend it. Cleanliness and food presentation with a proper temperature.
Never had better service.
Food top notch too but I'll let you in on a little secret:It is extraordinarily difficult to get a reservation at Lucia. However, if you're willing to put your name on to be a walk~up... And/or eat at the bar. You will likely be sat in under 30 minut

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Lucia Dallas at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Lucia Dallas page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FluffyStar64, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* FluffyStar64 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FluffyStar64 for any questions Peter may have as FluffyStar64 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* FluffyStar64 now uses their connections at Lucia Dallas to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If FluffyStar64 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, FluffyStar64 receives the $200 reward which is credited to FluffyStar64's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Lucia Dallas!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
