Man Kee Cart Noodle Reviews from The Last Year
Expensive but must-eat Che Zai Noodles
This is a Che Zai Noodles with four branches, but all four are on the same street, almost side by side! The business is so good that even though there are several branches together, sometimes you still have to wait in line outside the door. Wen Kee Che Tsai Noodles is one of the most delicious Che Tsai Noodles. Although the price is not cheap, luckily the portions are sufficient. I ordered beef tripe, sour vegetables, lard crumbs, and leek dumpling noodles, while the other half ordered luncheon meat, lard crumbs, and beef tendon thick noodles. Also added chives, pork and red intestine as a snack. In fact, if two people eat these, they will be very, very full. I particularly recommend the lard crumbs. I must order it every time I come here. The lard crumbs are very crispy when they are first served. When they are dipped into the soup, they will soften a little. Eat them with noodles and they are very sweet and fragrant. . The portions he gave were so large that I couldn't finish them every time. In addition, the luncheon meat is also amazing. Not only is it a big piece, but it is also cut extremely thick. It is truly a thick-cut luncheon meat, and it is not a lie at all. Of course, we cannot forget to mention the soup base. We chose the pork belly sauce without adding any other sauces. The soup base is salty and sweet, and it is very delicious when paired with the noodles. Their snacks are also very good. The leeks have no residue, and the pig meat is delicious. The pig intestines are cut into sections in a curved way, not the large intestine heads in circles. Although I prefer eating large intestine heads, This is also good. I really like the Che Zai Noodles here, and I always crave it after a while.
Yummy
Eat this everytime when come to Hong Kong. Need to line up for a while, but its cart noodles is definitely the best in Hong Kong. Must eat its Spicy Squid, Swiss Chicken Wingette, Chinese Chives Dumplings with the Special Spicy Sauce (I choose slight spicy)
Must eat pork intestines and Swiss chicken wings
✨Four noodles Four picks of pig intestines, red pork Glass spicy squid and Swiss chicken wings Pig large intestine is actually not the large intestine but the small intestine The elastic teeth have some toughness and a little grease. Fat, sweet and fragrant without any strange smell. Must eat recommendation Pig red, the taste is crispy and slightly slippery Glass spicy squid has a refreshing texture but not much flavor. It only depends on the juice. The juice is spicy and spicy. It’s ordinary, nothing special. Swiss Chicken Wings are a must, I went for them🤣 Tasty enough, sweet taste, tender meat The only drawback is the size of the channel, it shrinks a lot😅 Choose the oily noodle. The texture is chewy and not too chewy. Summary: Good food and plenty of portions The environment is average, the service is normal, and the price is okay It’s not good enough to eat, but it’s more than enough. It’s acceptable.
Must Try!
Went there and queue. Everything was good. Can choose dry/soup noodle. Big bowl of noodles. Price wise I guess normal. Recommended!
Satisfying Cart Noodle
The restaurant offers cart noodles with different types of noodles and toppings (radish and Swiss chicken wings are the highlights). The taste is elevated by adding spicy radish. The queue is probably 15-20 minutes depending on the crowd. We will return to eat on the next HK trip.

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
