Mozza Monaco Reviews from The Last Year
To be avoided
It's been a long time since I wrote a review, but after the misadventure I had with a group of friends for New Year's Eve dinner, I feel obliged to advise against this place. In addition to being drafty and uncomfortable, we had gastrointestinal problems shortly after getting up which ruined our stay for the next few days. We also tried to ask the restaurant for clarification on what happened but the staff literally didn't care, responding in an arrogant and arrogant way. Absolutely to avoid.
SHAME
What to review? I was intoxicated together with two of my friends and the very kind owners don't even bother with a response. We spent today in bed with a fever
Rude
At 8pm we go in for a quick pizza. The restaurant was empty, low light and not very clean. The manager looks at us with disgust and sends us away saying that the place is fully booked. Rude and rude. I strongly advise against it.
Good for a lunch break of Italian food
Nice bistro style atmosphere. Meat and fish menu, with pizza, hamburgers and Italian cured meats and cheeses. The focaccia wasn't bad, we then had a slice (tender and tasty meat) and a sea bass fillet (good). Fair prices for Monaco (26 for the steak, 29 for the sea bass, 7 for the plain focaccia). courteous service. For an "Italian" lunch break it is a good address
EXCELLENT SURPRISE
After an beautiful evening watching Ballets, we went for dinner at Mozza. They are so many "tourist trap" restaurants in Monaco, or any area over touristic, we were a little apprehensive. Well, Mozza is an excellent Italian trattoria. Reasonable prices, good wines by the glass, large portions, tasty, just right. Delicious REAL Balsamic vinegar and olive oil. The waitress was very professional, originally from Martinique. We spent a very pleasant meal. To be recommended without negative comments
Very disappointed. What a pity !
I am very disappointed . The quality of the dishes has declined, we have been regulars for years, and we had noticed a deterioration in the service and the cuisine. The welcome is frosty, not even a hello. Since then we have been going to the Piazza restaurant, right next door.
it was better before
Good food but I think it was better before. The pizzas have shrunk. I find that these mini pizzas 🍕 are not as tasty as the old pizzas which were normal sizes.
Bad
COLD food, even the mashed potatoes... the cut was very little and tasteless. The chicken anduja was dry and old, the pici alle vongole (which in the end were spaghetti) were also cold and with very few clams and also without flavour. The fries with pecorino had only a small sprinkling of pecorino that you couldn't even taste, even the parmesan in the cut was old... I remembered this place better. The girl who took our order was very good and professional, the rest was zero. I was thinking of having my birthday here but I'm not doing it as a joke
Total disappointment.
A total disappointment. High expectations, result -1. Served 2 appetizers, followed by 3 fillets of meat, 2 desserts and 3 digestives in less than 25 minutes. What is disappointing is not the (high) price but rather the QUALITY/PRICE ratio. Platter only with cured meats and veal with tuna served after 25 minutes, overcooked meat fillets (required rare cooking) and served, on the contrary, with an absurd speed... (we were still eating the appetizers). 3 digestives paid 36 euros. Except for the desserts, which I assume are not homemade. Conclusion: PITIFUL DISHES, PAINFUL SERVICE, DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMERS. We won't be going back. Only positive review: Thanks Axelleeeee and Chiaraaaa.
Perfect ⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟
Excellent Italian cuisine, very kind and attentive staff, we were happy to know this place, we will come back

I posted a request for a reservation this Thursday between 6:30 and 8 pm and initially the potential seller said it would be fulfilled by today. Now they changed it that they will only fulfill it by 5pm that same day. Basically I would have an hour and a half to get to the restaurant. Is this allowed?

@AssuringStretch11 It's definitely within your rights to tell the potential seller that the new arrangement doesn't work for you and ask them to stop working on your bid if that's all they can guarantee. Perhaps another seller can step in and do better for you. Also, in general you're allowed to ask someone holding your bid to stop working on it at any time and cancel it.
