Mun Paris Reviews
Very nice place to go to but not cheap
My wife found this place before our arrival and send me the link to the restaurant. I checked it out and read some of the reviews on trip advisor. It panted doubt in my mind that we will enjoy the place but I still decided to give it a try! I don’t regret going we all enjoyed the food even the kids. The weather was nice, the view from the roof top is amazing and the service was excellent. It is not cheap but I am glad we went, as we all enjoyed our meal there
Especially for the views
A great location: a rooftop restaurant with magnificent views over Paris. The restaurant is very crowded so it can be rather loud. The service is ok and so is the food. But it’s the location you pay for.
Very good food, excellent service and views
I am surprised at the negative comments here for Mun. Of all the French restaurants I visited this was definitely up there for overall experience. Stunning interior with well sized tables, comfortable chairs and adequately spaced tables. The waitress was very helpful in making recommendations of what to order and how much. We were served relatively quickly and food arrived in a timely manner. We ordered to start: rock shrimp tempura, spicy tuna maki roll, salmon and rice puffs which were all excellent. For main we ordered chicken skewers, duck dumplings, black cod and steamed rice. All the food was very tasty. It wasn’t the best Japanese food I had ever eaten but was certainly very good. Peking duck dumplings were the worst dish to order because they lacked any flavour. Starters were all excellent and the black cod was quite good. Certainly a luxury experience. I think the price point was quite high for the food, but still happy with the time I had here. Atmosphere was excellent with a very good DJ. I would visit again and would also recommend others to visit.
No respect
I have been visiting Mun since it opened, celebrated my birthday there and bring a lot of friends and business partners there. But what I see now is totally different disappointing service. Seems like the manager destroyed everything, more then that he been very rude with me and literally kicked me out from the view picture spot, because he wanted to show the view to someone else and talked to me disrespectful. It became clear to me that WOMAN ARE NOT RESPECTED THERE (even if they pay a lot) because he keeps his mouth closed when I come with my husband. But this time I’ve been with woman team. Btw they forgot to bring few dishes but didn’t forget to ask tips. Obviously I’ll not come back to this place again and hope the manager with be fired asap. So if you want to spent nice dinner with girl friends- don’t go there
Horrible Reservation
Terrible customer service and booking experience! I reserved a table and received an email confirmation. They canceled our reservation at the last minute, without even calling us; we only received an email. When we called to find out why, they were extremely rude. We asked them to call us if they had a free table, and they called us back THREE TIMES over the phone to confirm that yes, we had our table back. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were told that our table had never been returned to us and that there was no record of it on their system. We provided proof of the call, but they still declined us. The staff was extremely rude, and they effectively ruined a 21st birthday. This was not expected from a restaurant of this caliber. Perform better.
Connect with users posting reservations for Mun Paris
AppointmentTrader is a community-driven platform where users can exchange their reservations or leverage their personal relationships with Mun Paris. Buyers can make informed decisions using automated seller ratings, which reflect past transactions and reliability.
Each posting on AppointmentTrader shows you which user submitted it and along with that provides a trackrecord of that user which indicates how much experience
the user has and how many percent of their transactions resulted in them issuing a refund.
If there is no user posting that fits your schedule, you can bid on your preferred time.
Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Mun Paris at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Mun Paris page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* ElaborateHouse74, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* ElaborateHouse74 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to ElaborateHouse74 for any questions Peter may have as ElaborateHouse74 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* ElaborateHouse74 now uses their connections at Mun Paris to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If ElaborateHouse74 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, ElaborateHouse74 receives the $200 reward which is credited to ElaborateHouse74's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Mun Paris!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
