Just paid over $90 for a meal for two and the cook never talked to us. He spoke Spanish to a couple he must of known and never acknowledged us or another couple sitting next to us except when he gave us our food. Worst experience ever!

It's usually pretty good. Last night was not. Hardly cooked our vegetables at hard. They were hard and we could barely eat them. Rushed us through dinner and didn't sing happy birthday after telling them it was our son's birthday.

Very good food and salad and staff are really friendly. I had the hibachi grill steak and chicken and honestly it tasted really good. Salad is amazing too.

After reading other reviews about this restaurant my spouse and I made reservations. We had a short trip to Charlotte planned for our 12th anniversary. To say the very least we will never eat here again. This experience almost turned me against Japan

* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* EternalAnt36, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's $200 bid.
* EternalAnt36 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to EternalAnt36 for any questions Peter may have as EternalAnt36 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* EternalAnt36 now uses their connections at Nakato Japanese Restaurant & Sushi Bar Charlotte to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If EternalAnt36 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, EternalAnt36 receives the $200 reward which is credited to EternalAnt36's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Nakato Japanese Restaurant & Sushi Bar Charlotte!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
