🤮 1/5 - What a disaster

This is an easy review: everything was bad and disappointing. I would call it a total rip-off. And you feel they know it, feel proud about it and ridicule you if you try to address whatever topic that is bothering you. Food. 200€ set menu per person. A small cup of standard onion broth, bread and rance butter, 2 leaves of kale with mustard seeds, 2 spoons of cabbage with glue-like bechamel and meat stock, 2 slices of marinated cucumber, 1 tiny slice of white chicken with sticky stock, a small pot of mashed potatoes with cheese to finish. That was it. Sticky caramel with a slice of pear and uncooked streusel as desert. A total sham presented as low footprint modern cuisine. Drinks. You want pairing? They cannot tell you the price. It depends on what you will drink. Difficult to drink a lot. A glass corresponds to 11mm of fluid in your wine glass. That's all. Not enough fluid to surpass the ugly smell of washing machine soap in the glass. Only cheap wines (but original ones, that would be the only positive note). I guess all in all there was 30-40 cl per person all over the evening. Price tag? 185€ per head. Unannounced. The summit of disaster: the staff. Arrogant and uninterested. And I still do not know if they are incompetent. If yes, they are good at hiding it. Good Con artists at best. That summarises the entire program of the restaurant: show people that they are cash providers not guests, that they are being despised whatever money they will pay. This is the SM dungeon of pseudo gastronomy: beat me, make me suffer while asking me to pay a fortune. I am amazed to read that some people love to be treated like this. Thanks to Michelin and San Pelegrino for your misguidance.
