I love me some Noble came to the location in the Virgin
I love me some Noble came to the location in the Virgin hotel was quite quiet in there for a noble, but service was excellent. Food is always good. They were a little bit too much high touch on our table, but it will very well. My drink was delicious the martini Was so good.

Review: Tried the Omakase at Nobu Las Vegas recently, and honestly, it was just okay overall. * Sashimi: the seasoning is unique but too heaven for me which covered up the natural freshness of the fish. * Lobster Tempura: Absolutely the best dish of the night - crispy outside, tender and juicy inside. Probably the best tempura I've ever had. * Filet Mignon: Cooked fine, but flavor-wise, it was no spark * Miso black cod: definitely a signature dish here! Tender with well balanced flavors Service and ambiance are excellent and top notch! * Dessert: Felt more like an afterthought, nothing memorable. * Dessert: Felt more like an afterthought, nothing memorable. Overall: If you're going for the name, it's worth a try, but don't expect to be blown away. The lobster tempura is definitely worth it, though!
My biggest mistake was going to the Nobu in Malibu before
My biggest mistake was going to the Nobu in Malibu before visiting the San Diego or Vegas venues. The food was Nobu basic, but the services was pure trash. I'm confused, do you want to make money or not. It was so difficult to find our waitress to order drinks. Not once did she check-in with us, but she was quick to slide a $1,500 check/invoice on our table. I can't recommend this joint. They're milking the crap out of this name/brand. There are far better sushi joints out there. Beware!
This very expensive sushi and hot dishes are too average.
Their supposed signature dishes are very disappointing. This is not worth a trip to this restaurant other than nice ambience. Perfect for first time Japanese or just for first date. Strongly not recommend this just name brand average quality food with over price tag.
Exquisite
I have been to Nobu in different countries/cities numerous times. Besides from the one in Miami (that is dreadful) I have had a good experience. Our server Jonathan was very friendly, informative and helpful. He promised that this visit would be my best. He was right. Food was out of this world. It was pricy but I don’t mind paying a higher price if quality of food and services are accordingly, and it was. Would I recommend this restaurant? Would I come back one day? Yes do both questions.
What can you say about Nobu? Besides, it is consistently
What can you say about Nobu? Besides, it is consistently amazing services on point. The Decker is absolutely phenomenal. They spent a few dollars on this Build out. The place is sexy . Yes, it is expensive, and when you asked for fresh wasabi, it is $28, but it is worth it. Please go to The pictures for descriptions ratings on the food, but definitely worth going. I will go again.
Food = good, but the greens in the sashimi salad were a bit
Food = good, but the greens in the sashimi salad were a bit wilted. I prefer fresher greens. Service = worst I've experienced thus far in Vegas. Servers are rude and pretentious. Everywhere else in Vegas the service is top notch. Not sure why the servers here are so rude. The bald guy was especially rude and antagonistic. They sat us a wobbly table. Then we asked for the menus after being seated for 10-15min. The bald guy responded with, "oh you haven't been waiting THAT long." Dude, just give us the menus. Then our waiter never introduced himself. Never asked if we had been there before. Never asked us anything. He came to the table and said, "do you have any questions for me?!" WTF? How about sharing your name? Ask us if there are any special occasions. Nothing. No pleasantries. And he hardly checked on us. SUPER RUDE.
Over priced nothing more than the name I was not impressed
Over priced nothing more than the name I was not impressed with the service, had to wait to long Once the waiter took the order never saw him again, other servers brought food not the original waiter

Nobu Las Vegas is a wonderful restaurant to have drinks and food. We had an amazing time with our bartender and others while we were here. The ambiance at Nobu is next to none, and such a great vibe and worth while to visit on a special day. As far as the food? Wagyu tacos are amazing, the yellowtail - please put into my mouth, great food, with fantastic design and ambience. Nobu is special, a showpiece and a place to impress and enjoy a great dinner. Definitely worth trying at least once for phenomenal dining, atmosphere, and service.
Nobu Las Vegas in Caesars Palace is a great dining
Nobu Las Vegas in Caesars Palace is a great dining experience. We were celebrating our son's 21st birthday and worked with our server to just go through a tasting menu at the chef's choice. Everything from the yellow tail crudo to the black cod and the waygu beef served on stones was perfect. I've been to this location multiple times and each time the food, service and ambiance always exceeds expectations. The meals are not cheap so plan to spend some money but each dish that came out gave us a new flavor/taste and had us looking forward to what was coming next. I'm looking forward to my next visit to Nobu, thanks to the entire team for helping us celebrate our sons 21st.
We had a great experience here! Of all the Nobu locations
We had a great experience here! Of all the Nobu locations in Las Vegas, this has the best ambiance. We went for the chef tasting menu ($245pp) that included 3 cold and 3 hot dishes, and dessert. The 3 cold dishes included various types of sushi/sashimi and the hot dishes had sea bass, filet and tempura. What impressed me the most was they also have a vegetarian tasting menu which was $145 and the server perfectly paired and timed it with the regular tasting menu which my family did. The food, presentation was just stellar!! Everything tasted so good and portions were very good. By the time entree came (filet mignon) we were so full! Service was fantastic, our drinks were filled on time, dishes explained very well.
Every bite was FANTASTIC!
Every single bite was out of this world fantastic. Order the Salmon Pear appetizer and the Black Cod with Miso FOR SURE. We cannot stop talking about this amazing meal!
Fancy Dining Experience
We came here with friends on our first night in Vegas. You definitely are paying to say you ate at Nobu but that Black Miso Cod was undeniably delicious! The food is good, no question, just prepare yourself to eat in a more traditional style with very small portions. Service was very friendly and polite and they took their time to explain dishes, ordering, etc...
Exceptional Sushi and Unique Flavors at Nobu Las Vegas
Dining at Nobu in Las Vegas was an unforgettable experience. The sushi was incredibly fresh and expertly prepared, and every dish was packed with flavor. One of the most unique items we tried was the oyster shooters. They were unexpected, bold, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend giving them a try. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was elegant without being stuffy. It is definitely a splurge, but the quality and overall experience made it well worth the price. Perfect for a special night out
Exceptional
We decided to treat ourselves to dinner at Nobu at Casers Palace. It was worth every single penny that we spent. Every member of staff went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and to tend to your needs. Tyler, our waiter, was wonderful in explaining our options and also being able to answer any questions we had. Every single thing we ate was delicious - neither of us can honestly pick out a favourite since they were all excellent. You do always worry if something can be a bit overhyped. In this case, the hype was all true. I was particularly touched to get an email the next day thanking us for dinning with Nobu. I've never had that before and felt that was a really thoughtful touch. We had a memorable evening and can't wait to come back again.
Outstanding and delicious
Nobu Las Vegas – 5/5 ⭐️ We made our reservation about two months in advance, and it was absolutely worth the wait. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—attentive without being overbearing. We went with the $250 per person omakase, and it was a true experience. Each course was beautifully presented, perfectly paced, and tailored individually for each person at our table, which made it feel incredibly personal and elevated. The flavors were clean, bold, and balanced, and the variety was exceptional—every bite felt like a highlight. This wasn’t just a meal; it was a masterclass in culinary precision. If you’re celebrating something special or simply want to experience Nobu at its best, the omakase is the way to go.
Tasty but LOUD
Food was tasty. The restaurant was incredibly loud. I would go back, I just wouldn’t go at a prime time again. It made the experience insufferable. Couldn’t wait to finish.
Very nice
The food is really good. The ingredients are very fresh and the dishes creative. The service is very attentive and professional. The environment itself isn't my favorite but it's Vegas so the food mattered more than the classiness of the space.
Great food and location
I have enjoyed dining here a few times and always dine the earliest seating as the service is really good food is great I have had better tasting food at other Nobu locations however if you have not dined at other Nobu locations before then you wouldn’t feel like your missing out. The staff have always been kind to me and I really like the convenience of the location when I am craving Japanes food in Vegas. The restaurant does get much busier later on so if you like faster service just dine earlier. The miso cod is a winner
Not a “real Nobu”
This review is for Nobu at Caesar’s Palace. This is not a “real Nobu” - the managers words, not mine. We had the last seating (10 pm) and were assured that we would not be rushed meaning we would not get “the kitchen is closing, last call, etc.” (We called to confirm as there were other options and the reservation requires a 50$/person deposit.) Yet, all of the above happened like clockwork starting at about 10:45. I talked to the manager, and their response was not good: “I’m sorry. We don’t answer our phone. That’s misinformation from Caesar’s central phone service. We don’t control the restaurant staffing or hours. You are not the first person to provide this feedback or concern.” I’m not the first?!?! And yet, this is ok? I would think Nobu would want to protect their brand a little more than this. Anyway, the food was fine; the service sucked. Sat down at 10:05. Drinks on table at 10:20. All food(hot and cold, first and mains) all showed up at the table at the same time at 10:40. Got a last call at 10:45 for all food, drinks, etc. Starting at 11 we didn’t get any help/water/etc. One waitstaff we did flag down (yes, had to flag someone down in a Nobu) said “sorry, I’m off the clock” The manager rushed us out after 1 hour 20 minutes. We had to take a half finished bottle of wine with us. We asked the manager if is their normal turn time. “No, not at all.” Then why do have a 10 pm seating? Blank stare was the response. Might be ok if you get a seating at 730 or 8 pm. I’ll never know because we are never going back. They did comp a round of drinks and appetizers. But, money doesn’t fix this. We picked Nobu for its food and service and approach. We had friends coming in on a late flight and we wanted an enjoyable, relaxed and fancy dinner. Our mistake was not knowing that this is not a “real Nobu”. It sure had real Nobu pricing, but service and approach were several steps below what I would expect at fast casual like an Applebees. We knew the prices going in. And, I’m pretty sure people picking a restaurant like this aren’t looking for a discount. Short story long: don’t take the last seating; it’s not worth it.
Nobu consistently offers an unparalleled dining experience
Nobu consistently offers an unparalleled dining experience that keeps me coming back, despite its slightly higher price point. Although I can't recall the exact names of every dish, each one is exceptional, showcasing a masterful blend of flavors and presentation that epitomizes fine dining. On my latest visit, the staff's attention to detail extended beyond the culinary offerings. They noticed my 41mm Rolex Submariner Two Tone and complimented its elegance, adding a personal touch to the impeccable service. This level of attentiveness, combined with the extraordinary cuisine, makes every visit to Nobu a memorable indulgence in luxury and culinary excellence.

We set a reservation for a Friday night dinner for one of our friend's birthdays. It's a great restaurant with great vibes and awesome service. The idea is to family style share the dishes, which if you divide everything by your group, very affordable! Everything we ordered was so good!! Unfortunately I don't remember the names of every dish but I at least took a photo of everything we ate. The only dish I remember the name of directly is the black cod in miso and that was divine, definitely order that! Thank y'all for a great experience!

Excellent fish quality! The yellow tail melts in your mouth! The staff was very elegant, timely and worked great as a team. Ambience was modern yet very warm with earthy tones and private lighting. I was very impressed with their Uni! Pricey but a must try if you're a sushi extreme lover! Just a beautiful experience!
Nobu never disappoints.
Food was impeccable as always. Every dish was incredible. Sea bass, miso cod, spicy shrimp, edamame, and vanilla tart were all divine!
Best Meal of my Life.
Get the Omakase and you're set for the entire meal. You get 3 cold meals, 3 hot meals, and 1 Dessert. Muy Bien!
Yeah...so I just can't with the corporate/cookie cutter
Yeah...so I just can't with the corporate/cookie cutter feel of Nobu anymore. The "classics" seem cliche and phoned in. I've dined at several Nobu locations including Matsuhisa and the quality has been dropping but the cost has been on the rise.
The food is outstanding, and our waitress was really good
The food is outstanding, and our waitress was really good at recommending options and ideas for our group of 6. The location is crowded and next to the very busy lobby of the Paris hotel. Great drinks as well.
Spectacular!
I had tuna tataki and the New Zealand salmon. It was spectacular! Service was great! The only disappointment was the miso tart for desert. I don’t think anything was wrong with the desert; I just did not like the taste. This place was pricey, but, the food quality and service made this a great experience.
Disappointing.
I brought my mom to Nobu because she's been wanting to go for a long time. The food overall wasn't bad, but honestly not worth the price. I feel as though I can get better food with bigger portions at a lower cost elsewhere. The seating was strange. I'm not sure if we were sat at a lounge area because it was so busy, but it was very uncomfortable to eat at that table. Again, not sure if this was a one-off because it was busy but our food took quite some time to come out. In my opinion, not worth the hype.
Fancy place.
Good food, but very small portions & highly priced! My one martini cost $25! You have to ask for silverware. Salt and pepper are poured onto little plates.
The food was good, but the service was terrible.
We were unimpressed with the experience. There are other places in town with great food and excellent service. We won't be back.
Go for your anniversary
We told them that it was our anniversary and they provided us with the most romantic booth. Yes, it is pricey, but it is worth the hype. I highly recommend the miso cod - every bit as good as its reputation. The service was good! No issues. Will be back.
Overpriced average food, paying for the name, embarrassing service. Dont waste your time or money with NOBU.
Well what can I say. NOBU is so average!! I mean it has a reputation of being high end and filled with the social media influencers who love posting the fact their in NOBU but after all the hype I wouldn't bother!! The food portions are just embarrassing, the Wagyu taco's looked like something you would serve to children and the sushi was just average at best. To top this all off the pricing of these dishes is just ridiculous. I am more than happy to pay top prices when its worth it however this place is just terrible, do not waste your money. The sushi in SushiSamba or even a small japenese restaurant is better, we went as a group of ten which ended up costing us around $200 per person. The service also was poor, some of the hot food came out cold and it took about 20 minutes to get a drink. To top this off, the tipping culture in America is actually becoming an absolute joke, the expectation of getting a minimum of 25% is laughable, a tip should be based on the level of service and the actual food that comes out, not based on ''you have to tip because its the US''. I'll give everyone a tip, dont bother going its a waste of money.
Expensive experience
Real expensive, for what u get for food its a joke ,I'm serious who ever runs this restaurant should be imbarest to work here. You deserve to go out of business, good luck.
Let them Create a Tasting for Your Table, Worth It!
First timer...prepare to relax, let them create a tasting menu for you--it will not disappoint. Quite an experience, every dish had its stand alone flavor and resinated with each person at our table--not all our favorites were the same with the exception of Nobu now being at the top of our favorites list.
We left hungry, don’t waste your money
We left hungry. Overpriced and hardly any food. The waitress had to keep returning with the menu because each plate had hardly anything on it. There were no sides served with anything…not even rice! Do not waste your money.
Unfriendly service
Our group of 5 dined here on 5/11/24. Our waiter was so incredibly unfriendly. When we asked for guidance on the menu he treated us as if we were uneducated idiots. We live in the middle of the US and do not have access to high quality seafood. We thought Nobu would be a great place to try something new and learn about Japanese cuisine. The food comes out fast paced and family style. The food was excellent and we tried several different things. Our waiter never asked what we thought about the food knowing we were new to this type of experience. Arrogance radiated from him the entire time. I wanted to tell him that a smile goes a long way, especially when tipping on a $700+ bill.
Omakase for the win
Absolute perfection. We had the 9 course Omakase experience so we could try a little bit of everything. The food was spectacular. Some of the best seafood I have ever eaten. My son said this was his favorite meal he has ever had. Our service was five star. I would definitely recommend Nobu to anyone who asked.
Go to any other Nobu.
Avoid this one at all costs. Manager is an insulting man who told me it isn't "sushi samba" I've eaten at nobu more than enough times to know I always work with the server to pick my menu. This one is set so if you sit down and ask to pay extra for things you like just forget it. There is a reason you can get same day reservations at this location. NEVER AGAIN. Love you Nobu, no for this one.
Nobu is an amazing sushi experience.
I think everyone should be able to visit Nobu because it's truly unique. The food is exquisite as expected. The service is top notch always. The restaurant itself is beautiful and seating is comfortable. Only issue is the hefty price but it's definitely worth it.
Nobu is a great little place in the middle of Ceasar's.
They have great specialty drinks and amazing sushi. Service is typically great but I guess it was almost 10pm they were rushing guest to get last orders in. I was surprised that it closed so early in Vegas but I guess it was the middle of the week. We ordered wine, ceviche and 2 rolls. Felt very rushed but we will still return.
A terrible experience
We came in that restaurant with good expectations, having appreciated Nobu’s dishes many times in Dubai. A chaotic and noisy atmosphere greeted us. First of all the waiter did a lot of mistakes writing our order, serving fish dishes to some of us that ordered vegetarian versions. Secondly, the dishes came one by one and some of us were waiting 20-30 minutes before receiving it. When we underlined that problem with another waiter, he answered in an impolite , arrogant and rude manner. Third, food quality was very poor, with fried dishes served cold and sushi that was too dry. An experience to be forgotten, absolutely not at the level of such a famous restaurant.
Everything we ate was amazing!!! And great service!! We
Everything we ate was amazing!!! And great service!! We let the chef selects our meals and everything was great. My favorite was that salmon carpaccio. It had this wonderful sweet mustard miso sauce. We were also able to try new seasonal drink which was black sesame martini!'
I went here to celebrate my birthday and I'm sad to say I
I went here to celebrate my birthday and I'm sad to say I was embarrassed I brought my family here. I have been to the Dubai location and had an AMAZING time, so I thought there was no better place to spend my 26 birthday; I was sadly mistaken. From the moment our waiter, Arnold (the name on the receipt), came over it seemed to my guests and I that we were a bother and he would rather be anywhere else. We didn't get so much as a smile or anything from him. I think we saw him a total of four times: to get drink orders, to get food order, to get dessert, and to give us our check. My friend ordered some tea after dinner and we got the bill and finished dessert before she even got it. Even after the ridiculous wait for it, we barely got so much as a sorry (they did take it off the bill, but didn't tell us and only did it when running the credit card). I do have to give a shout out to all of the back of the house staff: the people who delivered the food and drinks, the people who cleared the tables, and the people who refilled water, were all amazing and on top of everything, they were the only reason we enjoyed the meal. I normally don't review places, but if I am spending around $500 for dinner for four people, I expect a level of service that Nobu, sadly, fell short of. If you were wanting a similar vibe and willing to spend the same, if not a little less, than Nobu I, personally, would go to Catch (I went there the night before and it was top notch). There are many better options for the same price.
Ambiance and service were great.
We did the omakase with a huge group for the holidays and celebrating 2 birthdays. Food was good, although nothing was mind blowing. The desserts were presented beautifully!
Immaculate service/presentation and $500 tabs don't cover
Immaculate service/presentation and $500 tabs don't cover up the fact that their seafood cuts are no better than your neighborhood sushi hub. Every dish was ridiculously salty, all the different fish tasted exactly the same and you gotta love the oil sludge soy sauce and fake wasabi. I was embarrassed at the amount of people thinking they were having a fine dining experience (it was a full house on a weekday). If you're not there for taste, it's the place for you.
Food wasn't good and neither was the service.
I had the shrimp nigiri and my husband had the shrimp nigiri and shrimp tempura. None of it was good. Don't waste your money.
Went to this restaurant and it wasn't a very enjoyable
Went to this restaurant and it wasn't a very enjoyable night. First of all our waiter was so unwelcoming, talked in a rude manner, unfriendly, cold and just didn't make us feel comfortable. He brings out my husband and I entrees and our friends didn't receive their food for a while. I asked when their food was coming and he said it's not up to him it's the chef who prepares it. Well then don't bring our food until the other couple have their food. The chefs should prepare the food so they are served at the same time--don't bring out at different times. This is very annoying. We aren't going to eat our food while they wait. We ordered 2 bowls of rice-- they were lukewarm--should be steamy hot--didn't come when he brought our entrees!!!! So we have our entrees with no rice and other couple waiting--how enjoyable can that be? I asked to speak to the manager. The manager came out and we told him how our first experience at a Nobu was. He said he would talk with waiter--can't believe it's that hard to find good help at a high end restaurant. Also can't believe they don't serve everyone's food all at the same time.
First time at Nobu.
It was a little pricey for the food but knowing it is in a casino on the strip, it makes sense. Total for two people came out to be about $550 with tax, excluding tip. Food: Lychee and Elderberry - good for those who like lychee and a light refreshing drink. 7.5/10 Mango Passion - wish it was a little spicier to offset the strong tart/sourness. 6.5/10 Yellowtail Jalapeño - soft salty sour yellowtail and the jalapeño gives it the perfect contrast of crunchy spice. 7/10 Oysters with Nobu Sauces - 3 different sauces. ADD THE LIME. The oyster w the Las Vegas sauce was one of the best oysters I've had. The others were good but were similar to ones I've had before. 8.5/10 Salmon Belly Karashi Sumiso - very soft with a slight crunch. Not sure what the crunch was but it complimented the salmon belly so much. Flavor was good but a little too much wasabi. 8.5/10 Japanese A5 Wagyu flambe - it was a min of 4oz. a little pricey but i think it was worth it. try it by itself, then with the sauce, bean sprouts, n pepper. sauce adds depth and the others adds a slight crunch 9/10 black cod w miso - soft. decadent. favor was on point. understandable why it is so famous. I just needed a crunch factor. which the next item gave me. 9.3/10 black cod butter lettuce - same as the above but totally different experience from the black cod w miso. put the whole thing in your mouth and its an explosion of flavor and texture 9.5/10 Vanilla Miso Tart - i don't like caramel. but the birthday boy loved it. he said it was not too sweet, had a lot of flavor, and not heavy. 9/10 Service: First time there and our server skillfully explained each menu to us. Recommended each of these to us, except the black cod butter lettuce. The food came out in a perfect order from tart to savory to sweet while increasing my satisfaction. She was amazing. I wish I got her name. Ambiance: I got a reservation for a birthday. We were on the outer edge to watch everything come and go. It was a little noisy but that just means people like it. The birthday dinner was a success with the man of the day surprised to see Happy birthday written on the dessert plate.
Food was superb.
I would order off the menu and not do per person pricing as wait staff will try sell, and have Nobu order for the table (don't so this) Will save you $100-150 PP. for the same food and more.
