If you want to feel special this hotel is your place.
...the employees are truly there for you and the rooms are beyond fabulous...very quiet and clean..and a no smoking hotel.. I loved my stay there this week and will definitely be back....the decor is like a Speakeasy atmosphere..dark and plush .

I have stayed at Park MGM and find this to be a huge improvement. The rooms were great and plenty of room. One annoying thing was that someone from housekeeping just walked into my room when I was in there. That freaked me out a bit, but they gave me a resort credit to make it up to me. They also had plenty of free bottled water.

Nomad is a boutique hotel that has a separate valet and entrance from Park MGM. When you enter to check in at the front desk, your eyes will need to adjust. Everything is pretty darkly lit. Elegant and yet giving the vibe of a couples hotel? As you enter the rooms, it's very spacious and beautiful. This is a no smoking hotel. Nomad sits above Park MGM. Parking all day is $18. Unless you have a Pearl tier status or above. Then it's free.
Be the first to ReplyTop Notch accommodation and service.
Love that the property is non-smoking. Rooms are nicely furnished and comfortable for hanging, entertaining a small group or more intimate gatherings. Valet and bell services were exemplary. Absolutely recommend and will return
Be the first to ReplyGood luck booking.
....on their website it said they have an extended Black Friday sale and members can save an extra 15%. I signed up as an MGM rewards member to get the sale prices. When I checked out, there was an offer to apply for an MGM rewards credit card and earn points. I decided to apply. I added the room to my cart and for almost an hour, I tried to book the room and the website kept saying the transaction failed due to a system error. After 20+ attempts I called to book only to get transferred multiple times. Finally I thought I had someone who could help. She was quoting me at over $200 more than the price on the website for the exact same room. She said she couldn't match the website prices, and told me it's possible the website was down but to try again 30 mins later, after I've been trying for almost an hour. I refused to book over the phone and pay $200 more than the price on the website. The woman with reservations spoke to me like I was an idiot and said the price change was due to estimated taxes on the website, but the difference between the estimated taxes I saw on the website and what she had on her end for taxes was approximately $50, not $200. So now I have a hit on my credit, and a credit card I don't even want at this point because I don't want to stay at an MGM property after this. Terrible customer service, and a complete waste of my time.

Stayed at this resort to see the Usher concert and this resort was amazing. The feel of the place and the look gives off a classic 20th century vibe to the place. Staff was very accommodating and very helpful and was eager to answer any questions I had regarding restaurants, gaming, casino, etc. The food and the shops was also a great experience. The Lady Gaga exhibit for example was a nice touch to see at this place. Also the Usher show was amazing and glad I didn't have to travel to another resort to see it. I had such an amazing experience and looking forward to coming back here to see again.
Be the first to ReplyNice hotel away from the chaos of park MGM.
Unfortunately, they never came to fix our phone over the four days that we stayed there. The safe did not work and the bell hop guy was very rude. I think they could do with better customer service, generally.

Bathroom was not habitable, shower drained out flooding the entire bathroom and the sink clogged and burped crud from the pipes into the sink. Made a call on the first morning to have the issues fixed and they never were. When dealing with the front desk the women helping me told me the only way I could speak to a manager on site about the issue would be if I came back to the property for a second stay. The manager on site had to apologize for her lying and stepped in. The facility is clean, smoke free and has great dining options. However the quality of the room, service and ability for staff and management to follow up is subpar. I travel all over the country and stay at hotels for work regularly, and this was the most apathetic and disconcerting staff I had dealt with despite their being several genuine issues with the billing and the room. They had no desire to make an impact on the issues that happened. I heard on 2 separate occasions the management team would reach out, and they never did. I was charged multiple times over the course of several weeks and could not get a receipt for the charges even after multiple inquiries to the company and on site management by phone.
Be the first to ReplyNoMad Las Vegas is the top four floors of the Park MGM
NoMad Las Vegas is the top four floors of the Park MGM (floors 29-32). It's more upscale and is smoke free. It has an old European feel to it. The rooms are nice, comfy and has a walk in closet. The bathroom is huge. Our room was the first door by the elevator walkway, so we didn't have to walk far. Also, the ice machine was a few steps away as well. We couldn't have asked for a better room. We were on the 30th floor. The service was top notch. The housekeepers were so nice. They always left us extra bottles of water and toiletries. We also had extra hand and bath towels. Just FYI that there isn't a fridge that you can use and there is no microwave in the room. A big thank you to Lyla and Ed for letting me stay with them and be their roommate.
Be the first to ReplyWent here before seeing Gaga last night.
Waiter was so friendly, food was incredible. The vibes in there are immaculate.
Be the first to ReplyWe were very happy with our recent stay here.
This is kind of a boutique hotel within the large ParkMGM hotel (which I think used to be the Monte Carlo). One great thing was that we were able to check into our rooms on the way to the hotel and use our phone as the key (although we did later get physical keys). It was also very close to the T-Mobile Arena, where we saw some of Pac-12 tournament. The layout is a little confusing--to find the elevators and then later to find the exits and casino (and not well marked). The rooms are very nice and were mainly redone--although the tile floors seem older. We were very pleased with our beds that were very comfortable.
Be the first to ReplyLoved my stay at Nomad Las Vegas.
I pre-checked in online since my arrival was after 1 am. Parking was easy in the self parking lot, which had a walkway to the hotel and I was able to quickly pick up my keys from the front desk and head to my room. The Nomad has a lovely style that envelopes all of the aspects of the stay: from the velvet key card holders to the ornate do-not-disturb signs for the doors. I was upgraded to the Atelier suite, which was a lovely room with king-sized bed and soaking tub in the bedroom and separate toilet and shower rooms, plus a (large) mini bar and desk space off the main entrance. Breakfast at Primrose was a lovely way to start the day and Eataly was a fun experience for dinner. Nomad is my new favorite hotel in Vegas. I can't wait to stay again!
Be the first to ReplyVery friendly staff at the front desk.
The room was super clean and the decor was nice, stayed in a king room on the 28th floor, great view. Would stay again
Be the first to ReplyI won't be back.
First, the desk staff were super rude. Check in is at 3, I arrived at 2. Ok, no problem. I will happily wait. They took my cell number. I was very patient. At 4:00, a full hour after check in, the room still wasn't ready. This was on a Wednesday! The front desk guy never apologized, nothing. He was very rude, arrogant, had a little smirk. Once I finally got my room I asked why he never texted me that it was ready? He said their software often has problems with cell phones and can't text. Jesus. What an terrible excuse. A $5 burger joint has the ability to text people when their table is ready and an upscale hotel can't? Why even take my number then? The room was ok. Very thin walls. I could hear my neighbors in the bathroom. The decor is very funereal. I feel like maybe the Interior designer actually hated them a little, which is likely given their rude staff, so they decorated it horribly. Hats off to him or her then. At the end, they overcharged me on top of it all. I spent 30 minutes on the phone getting it all fixed. Again, no apology for their mistake. In the end, I think the management has not properly trained their staff. Crappy customer service. If,you stay at the NoMad, Check your credit card after you check out. That's the only way I knew they made an overcharge.
Be the first to ReplySize matters!!! Especially when it comes to a hotel room.
That's the only thing I could find wrong with this place. I loved loved loved the entrance. The design of the room is nice. Vintage speakeasy decor. Nicely done. Having access to eataly within the hotel was great. Dinning choices also great. I can't rate the pool as it was closed for the season being February. I'd very much recommend a stay here. Really nice.
Be the first to ReplyMy first time staying at the nomad Hotel! Love the service
My first time staying at the nomad Hotel! Love the service here and room is very clean. A little strange that the bath tub is right by the bed but very cute themed room! I understand that this was monte Carlo before and noticed some decorations are still left behind. Some of the appliances are a little bit older, such as the light switches. Would love to come back again!
Be the first to ReplyThis was my first stay at the Nomad hotel.
I have stayed at many of the MGM properties and have not been disappointed. This will be my first and last stay at the Nomad. The public areas such as the lobby and hallways are very dark. The signage is poor because of the lighting and the dark color of the signs against the dark walls. We had to ask for new towels because they were soiled. The bed creaked and was hard as a rock. I didn't bother asking for a new room since I assumed the beds would be the same (mentioned in another review). On the positive side the staff are friendly and helpful. I don't consider this to be a five star hotel.
Be the first to ReplyPhil and Dave in security at the NoMad was super helpful
Phil and Dave in security at the NoMad was super helpful they gave amazing customer service and they were so caring and kind to my husband and I, they made my experience very comfortable while I was in the wheelchair. Dave pushed me to Aria from the NoMad and Phil lead the way! Thank you again gentlemen!
Be the first to ReplyDirty room, loud neighbors, and very dark hotel.
The view was nice and good location. Probably won't come back again because the couch grossed me out the most and with the thin walls of hearing your neighbors all night and morning, added to the grossness.
Be the first to ReplyVery friendly staff.
Extremely comfortable beds. Hardwood floors! Toilet near entrance of suites and a bit of a walk from bedroom as you need to walk through sitting (living room) area. No desk in room, just small round table with 2 chairs. Very large shower.
Be the first to ReplyThis is a hard one to write because I really wanted to
This is a hard one to write because I really wanted to like the place. Before you read this review on the nomad know that after my lackluster to terrible stay I moved to the Cosmo- one lamp light was out and repair in under 30 min- they always had someone pick up the phone AND they even emailed me apologizing for a lamp that day which was crazy after my Nomad experience below lolPro: my dog liked the big red dog bed, they give fridges by request but check that the outlets work. Cons: bad water pressure- when you make it hot it weakens- I realized later some Vegas hotels do this to save money, broken rooms given to guests, phones don't work and don't get fixed (safety issue). Front desk doesn't pick up phone (even in non-peak hours) Upon check in, my room phone didn't work. They also wouldn't pick up the outline line. I tried to be chill since the lobby was busy but I couldn't request my luggage which included my dog crate. Waiting and waiting...the calls would route to park mgm. I got my fridge delivered for some yogurt and money saving items like cold brew. After hours, I noticed It never got fully cold- I had to call multiple times to ask the correct setting it should be at...front desk didn't didn't know but called housekeeping...remember they also don't pick up so it takes 5 calls or a person from park mgm to teach them. It never worked. Next day I was told it was the desk outlet was too weak (oh wait, I went to charge my phone...it was broken)First of all- the manager literally moved me to a suite because they couldn't guarantee fixing the phone in my room not to mention the broken outlet where my fridge was plugged so all my food went bad or the mediocre shower BUT They checked someone else into the bad room later that same day. That should tell you something about the Nomad. The bar also sadly sucked but that is another reviewBefore someone says- maybe they fixed it, I was literally told they couldn't guarantee it that on my second night...manager only moved me because the shower guy let it slip to me that they phone guy was on property (he leaves at 5pm) at 8am and he still didn't fix my phone at 11am. I also know they gave someone the broken roombecause I left a cord in room 3144 since I had 15 minutes to move and accidentally left it. I talked to 2 separate front desk people who were suppose to look into it my missing item. Surprise, noone ever called me back about it. Even with the room comps they gave me + good credit of $100, I just got exhausted with the multiple issues. My visiting gf had issues with the WI-FI not working in the new suite. Even checking out was an issue getting a bellman because front desk wouldn't pick up from a working phone...I had to try from my cell.Also- I spoke to a couple workers (the place has nice workers) and asked if they were understaffed- they said nope- they also had complained to management about front desk not picking up. Btw, they don't allow their doormen and other staff to wear name tags (but I always ask) because they say it's more "high end" which feels like BS since I've stayed at many 5 star places. At the end of my bad trip, my local friend said it was because they didn't want guests to know names for complaints lol
