Excelent Food; temperature hot and service cold!
The food was very very good; octopuss and veal with trufle risoto were amazing!! There was no air conditioning and the service was totally un-expressive.

As keen good food enthusiats we made our reservation ahead of time. They tried to cancel 30 min before pur dinner time!!!! In any case we made it. Our order of codfish came smelling rotten fish. Without touching the plate we rejected that dish. It was clearly fish gone BAD! We were charged yhe rotten fish . The waiter unashamedly told us that the rotten cod was good to eat. Iโve never sent food away in my life. Better be safe than end up in a hospital ER I thought

Amazing place. Amazing food. Totally recommended. The menu is quite exhaust and the meat is wonderful. Please try the small shrimps and the veal or lamb.

We booked in advance a fixed menu dinner on Valentine's day (100 EUR per person, 6 courses, no drinks included).
- despite agreement via email, they weren't prepared to accommodate to a pescatarian alternative for 2 meat courses and suggested that 'i skip them'
- when opposed, the proposed alternative to a fois gras truffle was... a chopped cherry tomato with basilicum
- when we wanted to leave and get the prepayment back since we didn't touch the food (50% sent by bank transfer as confirmation of reservation), it took literally 1,5 hour to get the money back due to a litany of obstacles coming from the staff (lack of cash, inability to send the transfer back, etc)
- the chef/owner had zero intention to solve this
- the duty manager eventually went to an ATM, came back and basically threw the money on the counter, along with an attitude (i don't know based on what, given that we remained extremely calm and polite despite waisting 1,5 hour on a Valentine's night)
Miscommunication and hiccups can happen to anyone, although the bar for Michelin restaurants is clearly higher.
What was shocking here is total lack of understanding and proactivity coming from the stuff. They did zero effort to make this experience any less horrible and even had the audacity to be offended and throw an attitude.
There are at least 5 scenarios to solve this and retain a happy guest but the waiting/kitchen staff chose the one where they don't care.
The fact that the restaurant manager isn't there on one of the most important night for gastronomy in a year is also surprising.
I know COVID was tough on this sector but this isn't the way to get your guests back.
Very disappointing
We made a booking for 13 people. When we arrived we had a unpleasant surprise to see that we were split onto 2 different tables. It would have been nice to receive warning while placing our booking
It took 40min to take our orders and we got served the starter 1h30 after our arrival which is too long. On the main course we ordered 4 veals and for served 4 dishes with beef instead with not even an apology from the waitress who thought this was normal.
Overall not only did it take extremely long to be served, and all our food was extremely salty, what a disappointment considering the price range for Porto.
We ended up with a 570โฌ bill and not even an apology from the manager for the wrong order. Not a good value for money

We had dinner here Thursday evening, Such lovely friendly professional staff, Decor and lighting very stylish, Food excellent can not fault it at all, Will be going back next time we are in Porto which is a wonderful City break

1st class dining experience. Just a lovely restaurant, with amazing food and fantastic staff. Couldnโt have wished for a better lunch today and will happily return in the future and bring more friends!!!

Great location in a nice neighbourhood. We started off with a good fish soup and a zucchini-carpaccio. However the main course, lamb spade and grilled lamb was extremely salt. The meat was cooked and grilled in the right way, but because of the saltiness it was inedible. After we asked the (kind) waitress to take back the unfinished plates we did not hear anything back from the kitchen or staff. We sat for another 5 minutes and decided to pay and leave. Mistakes are okay, but you canโt ignore a complaint like this.

We had dinner yesterday, the place is gorgeous and the service is superb. The food is great and perfectly cooked. The deserts could be done with less sugar but overall it was very pleasant. Our main dishes (Duck stuffed with foie gras and Tuna with sesame seeds) were the highlights of the menu. Point of improvement: the appetizer was simple even though it was good.
