Basic but meets the needs of a short stay
Nice, clean hotel but very basic. Double bed was a small double and due to being in the roof space very low to the floor. Shower was hit and miss...you were either scalded or frozen. Very friendly staff. OK just for a short trip. Said city view, however unless you stood on the bed and looked out of the skylight you couldn't see anything
Be the first to ReplyGood option for exploring Krakow
Good budget hotel in a good, central location, within 1.2km to the main square and old town, just a little further to the Jewish quarter and Schlinder's factory. Clean rooms, polish TV, tea, coffee and bottled water in rooms. Comfy beds, pillows are very lumpy though. Windows you can open. Noisy at night if you have a room at the front like we did so take your ear plugs. We didn't eat at the hotel but the coffee shop with direct access from the hotel is great, as is the bakery opposite. Great location for trans if you struggle to walk further than 2km. Value for money for the budget traveller.

Great budget hotel in a good location. The rooms are a little dated from a decor style perspective but are extremely clean and the beds are very comfortable. We were at the back of the hotel which was lovely and quiet. We didn't try breakfast as had early tours every day but there is a fantastic coffee shop/bakery opposite the hotel which opens early and is well-priced. Would happily stay again.
Be the first to ReplyNice little aparthotel
Nice, cozy hotel just a few metres from centre. They have a private parking for additional charge But you dont have to worry about parking. Nice, helpful staff. Room and bathroom was ok. The breakfast we didnt like. Not a lot of choice and some food was kind a heated because of the heating system they have above food. And also the tables was not clean. But overall we would come back without breakfast, just for the rooms, parking and location.
Be the first to ReplyGreat 3 star hotel!
Great 3 star hotel. Reception staff friendly and helpful and although the decor is a bit dated it added to the charm. Looked lovely with the Christmas decorations! The room was very clean, a decent size for 2 people with ample wardrobe space and a dressing table, comfy bed although a bit small, nice bed sheets and pillows. Bathroom dated but also very clean. shower a bit on the small side but plenty of hot water and shampoo provided in a dispenser and hairdryer in the bathroom. Rooms facing the street were a bit noisy but ok with earplugs. Didn’t have breakfast in the hotel so can’t comment but the breakfast room looked nice. Overall a great stay for the price and would happily recommend! There’s also a Zabka store next to the hotel for things like water, juice etc and accepts Apple Pay. Couple of bakeries and coffee shops nearby too. First time staying in krakow in the winter and loved seeing the snow and Christmas decorations really didn’t want to come home as everywhere was cozy & Christmassy! 🎄☃️

Great little hotel just a 10 minute walk from main square. Rooms were quite small and a little dated but exceptionally clean throughout. Beds were very comfy, great bedding, nice towels, tea, coffee and water given each day, hairdryer and iron in room, lots of lights and plugs, AC and windows that opened wide for air. Lovely garden area outside and really nice ‘lounge’ downstairs where we chilled out waiting for our flights. Reception staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a little hit and miss - scrambled eggs and bacon (one one day) was lovely, always sausage - depends on your taste, the rest was standard continental, though had a very good choice and quality seemed good. Mugs would be better than the tiny cups, coffee machine was t always working and toaster is totally useless - 4 times I put bread through before I gave up!! Worst part of room was the shower that was tiny (a larger person would have really struggled) and the the shower head didn’t hold up properly so very awkward to use and water could be temperamental with sudden heat surges. We were lucky as we had a garden facing room which was very very quiet but my son’s room faced the street and he said it was incredibly noisy with horses, trams, cars and people. I’d suggest requesting a room that is away from the front as we heard nothing!
Be the first to ReplyNice hotel - small bed.
Hotel is nice enough, especially for the price you pay and the location is really good about a ten minute walk from the main square and all the main attractions. It was however one of the smallest double beds I've ever known in a hotel and the room could get quite hot so this is why I deducted points from the total score.
Be the first to ReplySituated in just the right spot!
Can’t really complain, especially taking the cost of the hotel into account. If you’re looking for a quiet break, this isn’t the place for you. It’s in the middle of the city and trams, horse and carts, general traffic is always bustling past 24hrs a day. The hotel does however supply free earplugs and I can’t say it particularly bothered me. Hotel room had all the facilities you would expect. It was very clean and suited us just fine. Housekeeping were amazing and we came back to a lovely, tidy room every night, tea and coffee and complimentary water bottles topped up daily. The breakfast was definitely the highlight of each day. A buffet style breakfast that changes daily, with a vast choice of Polish dishes as well as cereals, fruits and breads for the less adventurous. Really enjoyed trying all the new breakfast dishes. As a Brit, salad and roast veg isn’t really the norm for breakfast, but it was really lovely. Hotel is situated ideally for exploring Krakow, but just far enough out of the main square, that you don’t get flooded by drunk Brits! Convenience store situated Nextdoor and it takes Apple pay. Had a great stay in Krakow and would definitely use this hotel as our base again. Thanks Yarden!
Be the first to ReplyParanormal experience
Hotel was clean and staff were helpful; however if you are looking for a paranormal experience this is the hotel for you. At 6am this morning somebody has walked into our room where a figure was stood at the door, when challenged the door slammed shut and we checked outside the room and nobody was to be seen!! Asked the receptionist who said there were no staff members working other than her!! - it’s either that or staff allow access to random peoples rooms?

This is a very pleasant hotel! Reception staff are friendly, cleaners were nice and the rooms were good. Rooms are basic, we had 2 single beds (which we didn’t mind), a dressing table, wardrobe and small bathroom. Beds were comfy, rooms were clean. Bathroom had a shower, sink, toilet, towel radiator, mirror and hair dryer. Rooms can get warm so we left the large window open all day. My only criticism for this hotel is that it’s right on the street so it was noisy at night and you can hear the tram often. It’s a very good location, under 10 minutes walk to town. We didn’t try the breakfast so cannot comment on this. They also had umbrellas in the foyer which you can borrow. I thought this was a nice rouse. I also would advise you that if you stay here and need a transfer to the airport (each way) then don’t book a transfer or local taxi, book an Uber on the app. Other providers wanted £22pp for a transfer but the Uber cost us £10 for 2 of us with luggage. Thank you for a nice stay

Great location, 10 minutes walk if that the the Main Square, also close to the train and bus station. Hotel very clean, but basic. Rooms small, bedding and toilet very clean. The room we had was on the side where the trams and vehicles go, 1st night was noisy but you do get used to it. Breakfast was nice, very basic though but there was something to eat every morning. Did exactly what we needed for 4 nights. Clean and tidy hotel with friendly staff.

Extremely clean hotel, perfect for our busy stay. Powerful shower with hot water and rooms cleaned daily to the highest standard. Breakfast could do with upgrading to a further variety. Brilliant central location, 10 min walk to the square. Only thing missing from our room was a safe for personal belongings.

Be the first to ReplyAn ok budget hotel
Stay here for a couple of days, end of January,Early February 2023 The hotels location is what makes the hotel, its perfect with it being 5/10 minutes walk from the Old Market Square, you can also access local trams just outside the hotel to. Reception Staff were really polite and helpful, Room was a decent size and really clean, however found the beds to be small and very uncomfortable, plus the shower in the bathroom was really small but not a major issue.. I didn't have any issues with the room being noisy which is good as it was very close to the road.. Trams don't make alot of noise to be honest and they stop around 10/11pm at night... It did the job for a short stay, however if I was staying in Krakow for longer, I would stay in a different hotel, just personal preference.. I can't comment on breakfast as I decided not to have it due to so many amazing bakeries, cafe's near by.. Overall an ok, no thrills budget hotel.
Be the first to ReplyFamily of 4 stay.
3 nights stay, Thursday 2nd Feb until Sunday 5th. Family of 4. Generally our stay at the hotel was good. We were greeted well with very friendly staff. The hotel was amazingly clean thought out. Even with some refurbishment works going on, it wasn't an issue. Couple of negatives about our stay. One was the shower. 2 things that are important is a good nights sleep and a decent shower. The shower had a broken riser rail that wouldn't hold the shower head up so with the shower turned on, it just wanted to spray the wall. I ended up wrapping the hose around the riser rail to keep it in place but even then then you had to lead against the wall which you couldn't do every well because of a seating area within the bottom of the shower preventing you from standing under the shower. Then the shower mixer was not thermostatic. Adding to the handle poking out from the mixer, every time you turned around in the shower, you knock the handle and set the shower hot enough to burn. Even without knocking the shower handle, you can fell the constant changing of the water temperature I guess because of peopel flushing toilets or generally other outlets being used within the building. Not having a decent shower was annoying but I did manage to have a shower neather the less. The shower head had a slip in it as well so some of the water went sideways. Maybe its me but I would think whilst cleaning a room the staff would check to make sure the basics work and nothing is broken. Sleeping isn't the best either. With 4 of us in the room, it got quite stuffy in the room but with no mechanical ventilation, the room became uncomfortable half way thought the night. Opening the window wasn't a consideration because of the trams passing to about midnight, starting again around 7 and being minus 7 outside, the kids might have been a tad cold during the night as they had the beds against the window. I did think about leaving the bathroom fan running but that was far from quiet. Then adding the air conditioning unit being noisy all night long with the sound of the refrigerant boiling inside the wall mounted fan unit just enough to prevent you from going back to sleep, I personally didn't manage a full nights sleep. The breakfast was superb. The quality of the cooked and fresh food was to die for. Something so simply yet so good was the cooked tomato with cheese on top. Made my day. all the other food was absolutely delicious. The dining area was warm, nice and quiet and had a enjoyable view of the snow covered area outside. The Wi-Fi is properly the best Wi-Fi I have ever had in a hotel. No latency, high bandwidth and no disconnections regardless to where I want in the hotel. Its way better than have I have at home. You can see the Wi-Fi access points on each level and within each part of the building so it looks like they went no expense spared on getting good internet thought the building. After leaving our room, we were able to leave our bags by reception with ease which allowed us to spend the rest of the day around town before we had to head home. When we went to check out, I found it odd the staff just took our room key and said 'that's it'. No one asked how our stay was or even a bye and thank you. Nothing. The location of the hotel was ideal for us. It was several minute walk to the train station, not too far from the Old Town and with a tram route right outside, it was an ideal location to get around.
Be the first to ReplyCheap and Clean
4 out of 5 only because it did what we wanted it to do. Cheap and clean. Walking distance to the main square. Basic, no frills. Room was compact and shower room even more compact but spotless. Renovations in progress but we hardly noticed. Don't be put off by the outside or the entrance I nearly walked away at the point but glad I did.

The legend receptionist (whose name I did not get) showed me some amazing music. Thank you if you read this... The man who showed me Martyn Bennett. Hotel was very simple and just what we were looking for.
Be the first to ReplyHotel not great.
I stayed here with my mam in November and the hotel itself was basic but did us well and was around a 10/15 minute walk from the main square. I do normally take reviews with a pinch of salt due to everyone’s different experience. I would never book this hotel again though. We arrived and slept well our first night our second night though was shocking. We had a couple next to us who was arguing the whole night and smashing their room up so I went in to check if everything was okay and the room was a literal disgrace holes in the door and everything. I went down to reception to complain and nothing was done they didn’t understand what I was saying due to a language barrier. Even people opposite us in a completely different hotel came along to their room to check if they were okay as they could hear it all. The hotel receptionist eventually went to tell them to be quiet but wasn’t bothered and I felt like he only did this due to me going and complaining. I felt sorry for the cleaners in the morning. Due to this I’d rather book another hotel as this has totally put me off due to the hotel’s lack of being bothered about their customers.
