Ototo Sushi Co. Laning Road San Diego Reviews from The Last Year
They steal your money by adding additional charges to your credit card.
We recently had dinner at Ototo and our bill was $77.96 - we left a cash tip of $20 because we thought the waiter Ryle R. was great at the time. I keep copies of all of my receipts - the merchant copy along with the customer copy, with the tip I pay. When I checked my credit card statement it was $90. So someone, either the waiter, or someone on the staff added additional money onto the bill after I left the cash tip. I contacted my bank and they also saw the disconnect, which is why they have already reimbursed my money. I messaged the restaurant via Instagram since no one answers the phone, and I have not received a reply from them. It seems they are not interested in this issue they have with stealing people’s hard earned cash. A business doesn’t have to have a dirty kitchen to be dirty. Still waiting for a response from the management of this place.

Thank you for the question, if a seller is working on answering your bid, you cannot cancel it until their time is up and the bid is released back to you. The full amount of funds then go back into your AT account. Typically a seller has 48-72 hours to complete the bid.
