Wonderful Food Wonderful Service
We took my sister-in-law out for an early evening birthday dinner on a weeknight, and made the reservation online. When I reserved, I wrote that it was for a birthday. When we arrived, everyone, including hostess stand. the manager and waiter asked whose birthday it was. Before our entrees, there was even a birthday card for her at the table, signed by the manager, waiter and hostess. This was in addition to bringing her a free birthday dessert. We love the food and the variety of entrees here, but this was extra customer service and helped make her feel special. I've always enjoyed the service here - even when I brought 3 couples to enjoy their senior menu, an early bird reduced price menu. The service was no different than always, which I appreciated. Their 7 finger pork chop (enormous and tender) is enough for at least 2 meals, and their filet mignon is wonderful

We have visited this location many times the past 5 years and have taken out-of-town guests for a dining treat. This visit was early dinner Valentine celebration that did not impress. The greeting at the door was bright and cordial and as one expects here. However, things went down hill quickly. Although we had a reservation and were on time, we were one of the first few couples seated and were told to wait while they readied our table yet we saw no such activity in the dining room which we could view and were seated at a table in our view. Although the restaurant was mostly empty, we were seated deep inside and close to the entry/exit to the kitchen area and we had constant staff traffic at/around our table. The server was cordial but mostly curt and the smile seemed to be very forced. The soup was overcooked and even tasted re-heated. One of our knives was so dirty it could not even be scraped clean. The creme brûlée was grossly burned and should have never made it to the table. Upon telling the server, we were told "oh, should I bring you another?" The main courses and sides were very good but not up to past experiences. This may sound trite but is not the environment we have previously encountered at a normally great and upscale eating establishment. The Frisco location could certainly benefit from training at the Park District establishment which has always been rated 10+ by our family.
Be the first to ReplyGreat Food Service for our 4 Bdays Celebration
We are Senior Frisco Lakes senior friends whose 4 Bdays are within 2 weeks of each other. Made reservation on Open Table for 530pm. Greeted by our pleasant and efficient server Mauricio. We chose the 3 course over 65 menu. Ladies started w fresh Wedge salad men had Onion amd Lobster Bisque all great. Entree were giant tender delicious Pork Chop and perfectly cooked Fillet with Sides spinach and mashed potatoes. Glasses of Merlot and Rose. They comped desserts of Creme Brulee, Bread Pudding we added Cappachinos. Perrys great Highly Recommed.

My friends and I have visited this restaurant several times for the last five years. We have ALWAYS reserved the special room for 12. There was a $300 deposit guarantee that we we all ways met and exceeded. For some unknown stupid reason, we could only pay by CASH on one check. How ridiculous for a franchised cut above establishment. The manager apologized but said it was up to the sales manager. This policy is insulting and if not changed, we will neve go back and will tell all of our friends, neighbors and family. An absurd policy. It has NEVER happened before!!!
Be the first to ReplyWedding anniversary dinner
They wished us a happy wedding anniversary., the second we walked in the atmosphere was divine. The design was sophisticated. They had rose flower petals sprinkled on our table.. The Caesar salad was possibly the best I’ve ever had. I’m not big on dressing, but this was light and airy, and the lettuce was crisp! My husband and I shared the surf and turf …me preferring the surf. Wish the lobster tail had been a bit larger. My husband, so enjoyed the fillet. You said it was tender and cooked to perfection. The orange flavor cheesecake was absolutely delicious..
Be the first to ReplyMediocre meal
My business partner, and I ate here, and as it turned out, we both ordered the same thing, chicken, Oscar. The meal came, and the presentation was lackluster. It was a half chicken breast that was butterflied and grilled to death. The béarnaise sauce, which is normally on top of the meal was on the bottom of the chicken, and there was not even enough for the first couple of bites. Also under the chicken was over cooked asparagus, and then crumbled on top, a tiny bit of crab. Normally, the presentation is to top the protein with the Sauce, then add large asparagus spears, then crab on top. Not sure who was managing the kitchen? The chicken was way over cooked and lacked flavor. On a sidenote, the creamed spinach was delicious.
Be the first to ReplyJap Wagyu 90 percent fat at Perry’s and Terrible service.
I was at a Psychology Research conference of a University ice supported for 27 years. On March 31 I took 6 to lunch, had a bill including extra cash trip of 1250 USD. The service was good and the food was excellent! I was impressed. A few of us tried the plates with a few types of Wagyu! I was so impressed was delicious. Well my next visit was Sun April 2nd . I arrived around 8 pm and quickly noticed that the server was in pre closing mode. Took around 15 mins to to refill lemonade. I decided to order the Japanese Wagyu at 29 dollars a once. And lobster as an appetizer. The Wagyu was thinly sliced on the plate. A took a picture to post on Facebook. I took a few bites and it was very chewy! I ate most of it which was a huge mistake. After calling the waitress over, and telling her this steak was 90 per cut plus fat, she proceeded to explain to me that yea it’s a very fat steak! I showed her some pieces remaining, and she said that’s normal. I then googled and the Jap Wagyu is only 25 percent fat! Not 90 percent fat! I rarely complain but I was really upset! I paid the Bill then I asked her to get the manager . I showed him the slices left and told him it’s pure fat! I just ate almost 9 ounces of fat! He didn’t disagree, and told me sense I had already paid the Bill, he would let someone k ow the next day and would contact me and send a Gift Certificate . He did Not dispute the fact that it was FAT!. He could have easily reversed the charge for the Steak!! I only thought the fast food restaurants focus on on pre-closing and not customer service! I never did receive a phone call or an email about a gift certificate! The server was the worst I’ve every experienced at a high dollar restaurant! My total Bill with 15 percent tip was 4117.44. I gave a 15 percent tip (which extremely rare for me! That’s for poor service! I had never been the a Perrys before but eat frequently at Eddie Vs! A manager ALWAYS stops by each table to see if there’s anything he/ she can do and if everything ok!. My advice is if you are thinking about going to Perrys, go instead to Eddie Vs! I’ve eaten at Eddie Bs a good 100 times I’ve the years! Never had I had an issue with the service! Nor any issue with the food! If you do go the Perrys, DO NOT go on a Sunday night ! You will be disappointed! In just a few days between both meals I dropped over 1600 dollars. I’ll NEVER spend another penny there! I’m posting a picture of the steak when it was served. Notice how shinny the slices are ( that’s ALL fat)!

We made reservations at Perry’s on March 17th, of 2023. We were seated in a dark corner, with very limited lighting. The table’s battery lamp was not operating properly . We couldn’t see the menu well, even with our phone’s lights. The waitress never asked for an operational light , even when she saw us struggling to view the menu. We couldn’t locate the wine list, so we asked the waitress for the location of the wine list. She responded with a very unprofessional response ! After ordering our bottle of wine. The waitress delivered the wine to our table, then abruptly walked off. Wondering what was happening, we waited patiently. The wine sat next to our table for over 15 minutes. When the waitress reappeared, she stated, she misplaced her wine key. Our calamari appetizers were brought to our table. We didn’t have appetizers plates. Then , when we asked for cocktail sauce. We waited another 15 minutes for it. The water craft was not brought back, until the end of our dinner . To top things off ! She admitted that she wasn’t on top of her game and ask, that we could have a dessert. Just don’t choose a large one ! For $175.00 , we should expect better service rdcastro

Went here for a business diner while checking out a hotel for our National Sales Conference. Atmosphere was awesome. Great bar area and selection if liquors and wines. Dinner was just as great with a good selection of steak and seafood. Nice variety of sides as well. There were five of us and everyone loved their food. Service was on point as well. We never lacked for anything and the server seemed to always be there when we needed something. Bottom line great dinner and we will be back.
Be the first to ReplyExcellent Dinner at Perry's
Had a B-Day party for a friend last night at Perry's Steakhouse in Frisco. We had 11 people and the food and service was excellent. This steakhouse is right up there with III Forks, Capital Grill, Ruth's Chris, Steve Fields, Etc. Perry's has a few dishes that really stood out; Perry's Fillet - Excellent; also the puree corn, a baked dish that has just the right amount of spice; the au gratin potato's were great as well. Others had sea bass, crab cakes, and all were Great!!!

My wife and I love this restaurant. We started with bacon wrapped shrimp and chargrilled oysters and they were both fantastic. Then we split the lobster bisque and a wedge salad and they were both delicious. For the entre we split the pork chop which is always amazingly good. Our side dishes were mushrooms and creamed spinach. The mushrooms were wonderful and the spinach was also good. We were too full to order dessert but We really wanted to try the bananas foster desert that looked so good.

Came here with friends for an anniversary dinner. The restaurant knew in advance and placed rose petals on the table. We had the filet, steakhouse brick chicken, sweet siracha brussels sprouts, and the flourless fudgy chocolate cake. The steak was very tender and done exactly as requested. The cake was dense and very rich. The excellent service we got from our server made the evening extra special. You'll see what I mean if you get seated at one of Tabitha's tables.

In town for a conference, we took a customer here for their retirement dinner and it didn’t disappoint. Mauricio was our awesome server. We had so many wonderful dishes between the 4 of us. From the starters of turtle gumbo, lump crab, cherry pepper calamari (had some kick to it), wedge salad to our entrees of the famous pork chop(massive amounts of pork), filet, symphony (a must try combo of filet, lobster and shrimp with table side presentation) to our desserts of chocolate crunch and crème brûlée. Everyone loved all their food. Mauricio was always on top of water and drink refills and pouring our wine (pet peeve of mine at upper scale restaurants when they don’t do this). I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Made OT reservations for 6:30. Arriving on time and we’re seated immediately in a nice two spot. We were greeted by our server quickly with bread and butter. She was friendly, informative, and properly attentive as our water glasses were never empty. She brought our wine and we ordered the French onion soup which was excellent. Everything is a la cart unless specified in the menu. Then we ordered the turf and surf, filet three ways, with sides of corn brûlée, scalloped potatoes and creamed spinach. Small sides were plenty for us. It was all great, but the lobster of the turf and surf should be a couple shrimp as once you wrestle the lobster meat out of its broiled shell it isn’t worth the effort. The dessert trio is a nice finale. Great service, atmosphere, and food all well worth the big price!!
Be the first to ReplyWorst Valentines Dinner Ever
Booked a table for Valentine's and our Anniversary 6 weeks early. Got there and were told they were overbooked so the only table available was OUTSIDE on the bar patio near the VALET stand. Our fault that we should have just said no but my husband wasn't feeling all that well and had made the effort to go to our special date anyway so chose not to make a scene. Never been to Perry's and will never go back. $200 for bread that got stale in 10 minutes as we were outside in the 60 degree weather with a wind, the steak was premade and cold and the waiter didn't give us any menu details or even bring us a steak knife until asked. Not much ambiance outside watching others enjoy their nice dinner inside. Shame on you Perry's. Go to Rick's Chophouse in McKinney for a true 5 star restaurant experience.
Be the first to ReplyBest Dinner ever!!!
Best dining experience we’ve ever had! Our steaks were cooked to perfection and the side dishes were to die for! Andrew, our waiter, is the best waiter we’ve ever had. He was friendly, attentive and very efficient. Steve, the manger, was awesome. He ran that restaurant like a well oiled machine and still had time to chit chat with diners. Well done guys!
Be the first to ReplyExpensive and Average.
The online pictures and descriptions tell the picture of a classy, quiet, upscale restaurant. This is highly deceptive. The dress code I saw was no different than walking into a McDonald’s.The noise level was disturbingly high with loud speaker music over an already loud dining room. The sense of privacy and intimacy was flushed.
The meal was very uneven, relative to price. We ordered oysters, calamari, salads, side of potatoes, bass and ribeye.
Of those, the calamari was extraordinarily fresh and delicious and it carried the table.
The bread and “butter” served at the table were second class, so was the Cesar Salad. The gratin dauphinois was a grease pit.
The bass was decent, but the ribeye was average…and for a $60 steak, that is not acceptable. All in all: a good meal, however, overpriced by at least 30%. We would not return.
Good but not great steaks
I had the filet mignon wrapped in bacon medium. The bacon was extremely undercooked, which made it not edible. The steak didnt have that much flavor. I've had better steaks at Texas Roadhouse.
The service was good and the staff seemed to hustle. They served soup without bringing a soup, which did not make sense.
Not what I expected, what a cluster!
Our family was celebrating our sons graduation from college. We had reservations for 7:30 and arrived on time, we had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. Our waiter was Austin was pleasant enough but just seemed to be out of sorts with his timing the whole night. We were seated next to the kitchen (worst seats in the house) for a party of seven. Wait staff rushing behind us with loud crashes of plates and broken dishes really set the tone for the evening. Ordered drinks, appetizers, then salads and our steaks with sides. The drinks came then the plates for the appetizers, as our waiter tried to sit the plates down pushing and shoving things on the table to make room. I consider this rude and un thoughtful for what is suppose to be a high end establishment. Bread was next then the appetizers more pushing and rearranging the dishes on the table. Austin continued to keep our water glasses filled by reaching over the backs of us and bumping into our chairs. We order 2 bottles of wine and it was decanted and served before the meal since it seems the kitchen was running behind. Austin kept the wine coming and I finally told him that I want to save some for my steak. Our steaks came out and the one person that ordered fish did not get their meal at the same time it arrived about five minutes later as we were all waiting on it to arrive. All of our sides didn’t show up. We inquired about them and Austin went to check on them. We started to eat our steaks without the sides. I was down to the last to bites of my steak when the sides and the manager showed up and said something about the printer hadn’t printed our order out. She said that they were going to not charge us for them. The steaks were fine the sides were fine I would have loved to had them together. We ordered deserts and they came out at various stages also. When the check arrived Austin was quick to process my card. If your going to drop over a grand on a meal I would tell you to look elsewhere, the food is fine but the crowded atmosphere and very loud environment with poor staging of the meals you money would be better spent almost any other place. We have in the past been to Perry’s in downtown Dallas several times and it was a great experience but Frisco is a disaster.

This place was everything we expected it to be and more. My family and I went here for our first outing post Covid. The service was excellent and the food was on another level. The food is a bit pricey, but I will tell you that everything that we had was excellent and worth.
If you’re looking for a place celebrate special event or accomplishment, give this place a try.
Not Impressed
Went to Perry's on 7/8 for a birthday party, reservations at 6:30. Not a particularly busy night. Our server was Kaitland and she was quite pleasant. My problem was with her experience. She took all the drink orders, my conversation went as follows: "I'd like a Titos and tonic, with a lime. Do you serve it in a short glass or a tall glass?" She said short. I said, "well please serve in a tall glass and you can make it a double." When she brought the drinks, mine was in a water glass and there was no ice and no lime. I asked her what it was and she said my drink. I told her to take it back and add some ice. There was absolutely no ice. As she walked away, I asked, "that is tonic, right?" She said yes. She brought it back after some time and when I tasted it, it was soda. I had her take it back and take off our tab. Any experienced wait person would know exactly what a vodka tonic should look like. Meal was fine. No other issues. Just ruined the initial experience. Not impressed. I'll stick with my usual Ruth's Chris or Kenny's.
