Pizzeria Bianco Scottsdale Reviews
I walked up at 12:10 on a gorgeous Monday.
I wanted to sit outside, but it was full, so I sat inside. It was an amazing experience. Three guys in white cook pizzas. You can watch. Five people in black run the show, and what a show it is. One girl greeted me at the door and seated me. Another

I would have given this amazing pizzeria 5 stars had it not been for an awful attitude by the waitress, who refused to alternate ingredients on any pizza i asked about, would t give me bread to taste unless I ordered a salad...that is not appropriate
The bottom 3 pizzas on the menu are sauceless.
The rosa pizza was good and something different - no sauce and very crispy. The sonny boy was a disappointment as when it arrived at our table the crust was already super soggy and falling apart. It was also quite greasy. The wait was around 20 min
Just left the restaurant.
After the long hour wait we sat & placed our order. A couple then sits on the table next to us & puts their order in. About 15 minutes they get their food f& minutes later we get our check except we never received our food. Well 26 minute

We ordered the Wiseguy and Sonny Boy pizzas! Excellent pizza. This is my third best pizza, ever, which is very high on the list.

Wow, what an experience! We stopped in for lunch, and parking was a breeze with valet right nearby--super convenient. We were greeted with smiles and seated right away. The ambiance has this rustic, Tuscan charm that I absolutely loved--it felt like
I came here with friends and we shared a large pizza.
The crust was thin but held the toppings well. The sauce had a wonderful blend of spices that gave it depth. The cheese melted evenly and tasted rich. The staff was attentive and kept our drinks filled. We'll definitely come back for another gat
The wait was about 15 minutes on a Saturday.
Valet parking is available adjacent to the restaurant for $10. There is an air conditioned waiting area in the building next door and you can order alcoholic drinks while waiting for your table. The dining area is very small and there were picnic ta

We had a group of 12 so ordered a wide variety of menu items. Some of which I didn't get photos of. The mushrooms on the antipasto were marinated and fantastic. The little gem and the market salad were both crisp and very flavorful. We tried all

I came to this place on Tuesday, August 19th, 2025, after hearing endless hype about it being the "#1 pizza spot in Arizona." My wife ordered the Margherita and I got the Wise Guy. Service was friendly, but that's where the positives e

Disappointment; not what it used to be
What disappointment! I have had Bianco pizza in the past. Love his baguettes . This is what I thought about his new approach : I am all for innovation but food is chemistry. Picking ingredients which do not complement or paired ! The quality has come

Everything there lives up to the hype.
Amazing. if you are near, you should go here.

It's almost silly to talk about how great the pizza is from a place reviewed as the best pizza in America. So I'll leave that alone. Yes it's great pizza but if you haven't had Bianco's fresh mozzarella or his amazing chocola

If you're even remotely into pizza, Pizzeria Bianco is a must, no exaggeration. Tucked inside Heritage Square in Downtown Phoenix, this place is the kind of historic gem that lives up to the hype. Opened by Chris Bianco in the 1980s (yes, before

Great little place with a historical feel love the twinkle lights overhead and got visited by the cutie neighbor cat. The pizzas were crispy, hot & so yummy topped with the side of roasted mushrooms.

So good I went twice...
Found via the Time Out best restaurants listing. Visited a second time during my four day stay in Phoenix as the first evening's food, wine and service was brilliant. The second night was just as good as the first. Pizza was fantastic, great d
Best Pizza in Phoenix
It's rare that I give a place 5 starts across the board but this was some of the best pizza I've had. I showed up at the right time and was able to get a table inside almost right away...20 minutes later the was a wait. Ordered a few beers
Excellent service.
The service was excellent. We went because we were visiting the area and saw the restaurant was featured on diners, drive ins and dives. In our opinion it wasn’t that good of pizza. $28 for a small dinner plate sized pizza. I’m sure some absolut
Not living up to the Michelin Star.
I really wanted to be wowed by the pizza. Not a lot of choices so went for the one which should have had the most flavor, soppressata and olive. The crust was delicious but the pizza lacked flavor. I was sad.
Wise Guy!
Great pizza and great service! I knew I had to make this place my first stop after landing in Phoenix after seeing Chris on the Netflix Chef's Table series. I ordered the wise guy pizza and it blew my mind! It reminded me of the pizza I have had
Good pizza and good service
I thought the pizza was good, but unlike the Netflix episode, I wouldn’t say it is the best. Service was good. I think it is a bit pricey for what you get…but probably get a premium for their reputation which is fair.
Una vera pizza italiana
Great atmosphere, great service and best of all... GREAT pizza. If you're looking for fast food type pizza you'll be disappointed. This is Italian-style, personal size, quality crust, sauce and toppings. I'm Italian and can vo
Horrible
Yuck! The pizza was horrible it was cold and it wasn't like it looks in the picture. I would never order from here again online, or in restaurant
The food here is off the charts good.
Be prepared there WILL be a wait - they don't take reservations, but you can wait Nextdoor at the bar. All the staff was incredibly friendly. The building is pretty and very Italian on the inside.
The one and only.
Still hosting lines for pizza that brought something special to the table a few years ago. They are still rocking it
Waited an hour to be seated but well worth it.
We killed time at their bar next door. Pricing for the bar was a little outrageous--it was $12 for a canned peach cider that retails for $2. Ordered three pizzas and three salads and we enjoyed all of them. Server made great recommendations to sligh

Ordered the Margherita, Sonny Boy, and Wiseguy for party of 4. My favorites were the Margherita and Sonny Boy. With the Margherita, the freshness of the tomato sauce, characteristic of an Italian pizza, is on full display. On the Sonny Boy, the Soopr
I love the vibe of this place.
Service is speedy and they are very attentive to guests. I've been many times and usually opt for the pizza and a salad but this time I tried the salami sandwich and was not disappointed. It was delicious. I highly recommend this place if you've neve
Lives up to the hype! Amazing pizza.
Each of us ordered a different pizza so we got to try everything. Valet parking for $10 was expensive but worth not having to drive anymore in downtown phoenix. Close enough to the airport to go before our flight!
I recommend this place to anyone who's visiting phoenix.
It's one of the best pizza / sandwich spots I've ever had! The inside is so cute and feels like you're not even in Arizona. The service is fantastic and the Pizzeria Bianco team has a great team. Best place to eat in all of Phoenix!
great service! came on a Tuesday night at 5pm & waited

This is a small pizza spot in a really neat and quiescent art neighborhood known as Heritage square. It's a very popular place so expect up to an hour wait. They told us it would take an hour on an early Monday afternoon even though it didn't look pa
Service was amazing! And the food was also just as good.
I wouldn't recommend if don't want to wait ! But if you have the time it's worth it. We will definitely be back to visit again.
Must try the Rosa!
So happy to that there was valet parking. We arrived around 4:00 pm and we were seated immediately. The place is small. The service was immediate. The homage mozzarella was really too much for two but it was delicious served with cherry tomatoes
Pizza was good but poor customer service ruined it…
Pizza was good but customer service ruined it… After waiting almost 2 hours for a table, we were seated inside and waited for acknowledgment. Our flighty waitress who was more concerned with flirting and socializing….first forgot our drinks….AN
Second time here, as satisfying as the first, but it ain't New Haven quality pie
Pizza is like politics: everyone has an opinion, everyone is right. But there is debate to make it interesting. I've eaten here twice. The first time was 2020 before the Netflix episode and we didn't have any wait. The second was 2024 and this one ha
High Expectations and Great Disappointment
We've been meaning to try this location for years and finally decided to find out if the food matches the hype. NOT by far!! Don't believe the hype and Netflix!!! To say the pizza is mediocre would be a very generous statement. We got there at 11:30
All Pizza Should Be This Good.
Because of the accolades bestowed on Pizzeria Bianco, I would be remiss not joining the pilgrims to this joint. Chris Bianco, master of the pies, blazes 6 categories of these circles in his wood fired oven. I fell for the Rosa, a white pie crowned wi
After 2 hours waiting, bad surprise
Disappointed. Ordered 3 pizzas, 2 came over cooked and very charred at the bottom, could not finished one, send back the second. The manager was very kind to refund both, but that does not fix the issue. I knew they were supposed to be a little charr
Ok
Pizza was good. I had to wait over2hours to get in and get the pizza . there is a bar next-door you can wait in and take any unfinished alcohol over to the pizza parlor. But you cannot take pizza into the bar.
meh...
With all the hype, I was excited, maybe too excited. This just did not meet the mark for amazing pizza. It was okay pizza, over priced for sure. I tried two, the white and the pistachio. The fresh mozzarella was delicious, but the rest of it was
Rarely does a place live up to its hype, but this did.
Wait was an hour on the nose. The pizzas were great, but the crust and sauce stood out. The crust had just the right amount of carbon char that I love. The sauce was sweet. Mariana was great, and the sopprsaseta on the Sonny Boy was perfect. The Ro

As seen on Netflix, I had to pay a visit to Pizzeria Bianco while in town. Luckily we were able to snag a table pretty easily while here and had such a great experience. I came here with a foodie colleague and while I'm pretty easy to please, my fr
Finally got to try the world famous Pizzeria Bianco.
I was going to see Springsteen that night so I got there at what I thought was early 4:15pm on a Tuesday. He said it would be about an hour wait and it was. While waiting I talked to a lady who said she's been trying to eat here for four years. I did
This is a solid pizza joint.
I wouldn't say it was the best pizza I've ever had but it was tasty and delicious. We were in Phoenix for a work conference and felt that we had to try it so we waited an hour during a lunch break (we were quoted 1 hr and 40) versus the two plus hou
Good Neapolitan Pizza
Went on a weekday afternoon about 1:30, no waiting for indoor seating! Good service, 3 of us, we each ordered a pizza, with leftovers to take home. Nice flavorful thin crust ! Menu not very big!

Went to the Town and Country location and this is really good pizza. Nearly life changing type of good. We've been there twice and have gotten the Bianco Verde pizza both times since I don't eat meat. It's different and the flavors are so rich. Servi

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Pizzeria Bianco Scottsdale at 6 PM the same day.

That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.

* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Pizzeria Bianco Scottsdale!
