Freshly prepared local dishes served with a wonderful smile
We had a wonderful meal here. The food was superb with local ingredients beautifully prepared and presented. The limited menu offered something for everyone and so every dish was chosen. It was freshly prepared and served with a wonderful smile. Everyone was happy!

We went to eat the entire set, starter, main and dessert. The menu was interesting and surprising, but when you bravely ordered something new and different from the norm, it was an experience worth a full ten. A good, personal and cozy place where we will definitely visit again.

Very nice restaurant, the Michelin promise is delivered with flying colors! Impeccable, simple and friendly service. Well done!

Excellent restaurant, expensive but well prepared, well cooked and well presented dishes Service a little long They are a little skimpy on the bread although it is very good Good choice of cellar although in Estonia their beer is better, also available

A very interesting place with unique dishes. The menu here is written in chalk on a blackboard and changes daily. We had heart and tartare for starters. For the main course, moose liver and steak. The liver is finger-licking good, the steak is bad and rubbery. Margarita before and after. I definitely recommend this place as an offal restaurant.
Be the first to ReplyGreat place, but no dogs please!
Great place, but please no dogs, it's just unhygienic, especially when the waiter keeps touching them
Be the first to ReplyAn OK experience that was quite pricey
A lovely restaurant in old town. We got a cute seat right in the front window and enjoyed our Italian style meal. I had their caccio e peppe and some lovely prosecco. The service was OK - the initial table they sat us at wasn't in a great location and it seemed like a big deal for them to move us somewhere more comfortable. The lighting and atmosphere is very nice, but wouldn't go back if I had the chance to.
Be the first to ReplyGreat food and service, small portions
This restaurant is in the old town and the food and service are great. The wait staff speak English very well. I had the Halibut with broccoli. I was very impressed with the waitress who asked if I wanted olive oil with my bread instead of butter, since I asked for the broccoli to be served without butter. The portion was small, however.
Be the first to ReplyGood meal at Rado
Five of us enjoyed a very good meal at Rado Restoran. Food was fresh and tasty, service was spot-on. It's expensive for small portions, though. But definitely recommend.

We were so happy to get into this restaurant. We went the first night in Tallinn without reservations and they lacked availability; however, we were able to make reservations for the following evening. The atmosphere was pleasant and upbeat, the service was excellent, and the food was outstanding. If we return to Tallinn, we will return to RADO. The cauliflower appetizer was outstanding. I had their chicken which was superb and my husband had the mushroom risotta, also outstanding. Dessert, drinks and wine were also excellent. Kudos to Rado; we hope to return.
Be the first to ReplyPut togheter RADO and Tallinn is worth the trip.
A couple of days spent in Tallinn eas very rewarding. History and culture in the capital of Estonia is well connected to the one of Sweden and thereby well-known. What was surprising was the great number of excellent restaurants of which RADO was one. My wifes halibut was better than the one I usually prepare (by friends and family I am considered an excellent cook) and my rib-eye was delicious. The winelist was very good and balanced. If we return to Tallin we will return to RADO.
Be the first to ReplyAn evening to remember
Simply the best restaurant experience we have had in Tallinn in a long time. Sometimes you have these moments in life that everything falls into place. The ambiance, food, coctails and wine, everything was beyond delicious and staff very nice, made us feel welcome and cosy. An evening to remember.

Amazing place. Service, food, wine, everything was great. We have explored many places in Tallinn and this is one of the best. Food is not heavy but tasty. Interior and food reminds a Paris one star restaurant Septime.

The place itself is really nicely decorated, cozy. We ate for starters beef tartar and salmon with rhubarb. Both dishes were beautifully plated, and the taste was really good! For main we had pork belly and picanha, also really tasteful. Portion size was generous. The waiter chose a bottle of red wine, that went nicely with both mains. The staff was welcoming, friendly and appeared professional. The price was reasonable, good value for the money. We are rarely this pleased after eating out. Lovely place for lovely evening!

We arrived covered in snow and not really dressed for the occasion with no booking. Warm welcome and had a lovely table in the window. Great Food ,good choice on menu with perfect portion size and very nice presentation.Menu on a big blackboard but explained in great detail by the waitress in perfect English. All round an outstanding night .

Stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and was pleasantly surprised. The ambiance and setting was delightful, service was attentive and informative, and the menu focused and interesting with something for everyone. All options were good with some outstanding dishes. Very reasonably priced and my mind still not made up about the rhubarb sparkling wine . Worth a try anyway. Would recommend to book as it gets busy !

Great service, top food and cozy ambience! Try the toffee cake - so good that I could not make a picture before it was gone😂

The food was okay, but nothing great. The owner was present but seemed to place all of her attention on one table. Attention to all customers is pretty standard, not just the regulars. I also think that she could have been a lot more friendly.

This place was recommended by a friend so we put it in a test. Daily changing menu. Simple. Interesting. Tasty. Service not as professional as you would hope but food was well executed.

Surprisinly delicious food, perfectly matching wine, and friendly service. Tartar was a symphony of tastes, chichory with goat cheese and trout delicious, warm bread just from the owen, and perhaps the best seafood pasta ever!! (I used to live in Italy). Perfect experience.
Be the first to ReplyHiden gem in the Tallinn gastronimical landscape
Although we did not manage to get table inside of the restaurant (we were walking-in customers), service and food was exceptional. Limited menu of mostly locally available ingredients was nicely presented on the blackboard with pricing far below of any established fine-dine outlet. Service was very attentive , thanks to our waiter (Kristina). The only "negative" points were limited wine list and grim face of manager who did not even welcomed us on the entry. If you looking for fine-dine experience in Tallinn, Rado is a right place to try.
Be the first to ReplyGreat Sauces and Service!
If I have to make a complaint about this restaurant it would be that they completely broke my diet of no bread. But, I had to have plenty of their yummy loaf in order to sop up the incredible sauces that came with most of the dishes. The food was lovely, we opted for several starters and one main. Elo gave outstanding service which simply made everything else that much better.

Extremely good service, nice they had time listen and answer. Some not so typical (ordinary) dishes. All well done. Good wines
