Be the first to ReplyIt was our 10 year anniversary so we went to the best
It was our 10 year anniversary so we went to the best restaurant in Las Vegas to celebrate! We did the Chefs Celebration Tasting Menu and there is literally nothing bad to say. A restaurant of that caliber aims to please. From the moment you walk in until you walk out. Easily the best dinner we ever enjoyed. The service was amazing. I highly suggest getting an espresso martini!!! It was THE BEST ESPRESSO MARTINI I ever had. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience book a table here and do tue tasting menu!

This is the best food I've ever encountered! I'm from Louisiana and traveled the globe dining in several countries. The Executive Chef (Nicolas Costagliola) was pleasant, professional and just incredible at the Krug table.

Wow!!!! I don't want to give away all the surprises at Guy Savoy so I'll say this much: - Prepare for surprises throughout your meal - Get the artichoke soup - Don't be afraid to ask for a box for dessert! Even the smallest touches nod to what's ahead for your exciting meal here. From the glassware, to the impeccable service, everything has been chosen to make sure dining at Guy Savoy is a truly special experience.
Be the first to ReplyWe went for 2023 new years eve.
I was hesitant only bc it was $695 each. Thats almost atrocious to us. But the time we stepped into the high ceiling restaurant. It was well worth it. Full 5 stars fine dining all the way. The service is top notch. Fabrice was as professional as they can get. They gave me a purse stool. Asked to hang my coat. Walked me to the restroom and opened the door. When my hubby made a stain on the table cloth.. he put another one on top to keep clean. The treat was meeting the 3 star michelin chef Guy Savoy himself. Such a sweetheart . The 10 course meal did not disappoint. They had the best array of bread selection. We chose the brioche and cranberry pecan bread. Scooped up with unsweetened butter from France Then we mixed salt and pepper ourselves to our liking. Amuse bouche was given a sort of flavorful chicken broth . The wagyu was the softest and felt I bit into mild sweetness and tinge of fat. The chocolate was surrounded by chocolate then melted w chocolate syrup. I wasn't a fan of the foie Gras.. maybe bc I know how it's done. The 10 course meal was amazing . To end it they gave a a signature guy savoy dessert box with sweet bread in it. Everything was classy and everyone was friendly. This place is top and is an example of what a 5 star restaurant 3 star michelin should be. I was happy and full. Thank you Guys Savoy for the best experience ever.
Be the first to ReplyWe selected Guy Savoy as our Christmas dinner is because it
We selected Guy Savoy as our Christmas dinner is because it was rated top 100 by OpenTable for 2023. As Vegas top notch French restaurant, we can't help comparing it with another one we have tried - Joel Robuchon. Both service were excellent. Sitting in Joel Robuchon felt more classic while Guy Savoy is kind of modern style. The presentation of the food at Joel Robuchon were more artistic and tasty while the food at Guy Savoy were simply of telling you of good material they are using and other than appetizer and desert, the food were salty, like Confit Leg, tasted nothing but salt. Our favorite among this testing menu was Foie Gras Terrine and Citrus. Artichoke and Black Truffle Soup, Toasted Mushroom Brioche and Black Truffle Butter was good but salty too. After all, we like Joel Robuchon more and would like to go back to Joel Robuchon to enjoy the food there again.
Be the first to ReplyRestaurant Guy Savoy takes after its 2 Michelin star
Restaurant Guy Savoy takes after its 2 Michelin star predecessor from Paris. Being the only other restaurant by Guy Savoy, it was a pleasure to experience it. From start to finish, service is outstanding and top notch and they don't miss a beat. Taste: 4.5/5 Ambience: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Value for money: 3/5 We had: 1) Complimentary bread: Great bread, some of the best bread I've had, only wish it was straight out of the oven! The butter was great as well (alongside its pepper and salt seasonings) 2) Complimentary hor dourves: a mini burger slider, a mini radish? And cucumber slice. The mini burger slider was great! 3) Truffle Soup - this was the best dish of the night. Great use of truffle, the bread and dip, amazing from start to finish 4) foie gras - was good but not $95 good 5) Veal Chop - a nice Veal chop was presented prior to letting it rest and cut for presentation. Almost wish they hadn't done that because the dish seemed to be missing half of the veal presented; couldn't help but let my mind drift where the rest went 6) Squab, Duck and Foie gras with Wild mushrooms: this was a great dish and was well balanced; was missing a starch but that's what the complimentary bread was for. Wish there would be a pastry that went with it 7) Chocolate Fondant: had a ganache on top layer, it was good but it was less than a centimetre wide and two inches long 8) Guy Savoy Champagne: Great! All in all, service was great and solid through and through. And you need to go in with the mentality ready to spend. Despite an awesome service and great flavours I would mainly dock it for the margins on certain dishes I.e the value for money bits. Perhaps I personally don't belong in the world of fine dining, but I wouldn't pay $105 for 3 slices of sashimi for the salmon iceberg. Great nonetheless!
Be the first to ReplyEverything was great about my dinner here.
Excellent service. I liked the sommelier - he was very enthusiastic. The way they served the butter was new - they bring a cart with a huge dollop of butter in a glass cloche and scoop a slice out of it for you. Then they bring a bread cart with about a dozen choices and you pick whatever you want, as many different ones as you want. Some nice art on the walls, and even the restroom was fancy.

I'm just gonna dive straight in and say that Guy Savoy's signature black truffle soup and brioche is incredible. I miss this dish so much and will definitely be coming back to experience this again. All the dishes were accompanied with beautiful presentations; Guy Savoy is definitely one of my favorite 2-stars in the US. Be sure to ask for the cheese cart, and don't be shy with the dessert one (I'm also a huge fan of the bread carts at these French restaurants; don't be shy with this either and be sure to save some to mop up sauces). The dining room is beautiful. The unassuming entrance really highlights the tall ceilings upon entrance.
Be the first to ReplyWe went to Guy Savoy to celebrate our 20th wedding
We went to Guy Savoy to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. It was a wonderful way to celebrate. The staff is incredibly friendly and not at all pretentious. Everyone made sure our experience was perfect. We did the celebration menu with the wine pairing, so we were there for about three hours. Each course was thoroughly described. Which I never really thought about before, but when food or wine is explained to you before you taste it, the flavor is even better, because your mind is in line with your palate. There is no guessing, you know what to expect. Hubby and I were very happy we chose Guy Savoy to celebrate such a milestone. It is an experience I will never forget.

Delicious Forbes 5 Star Celebration Menu, very attentive services, beautiful minimalist venue with sophisticated ambiance. Very highly recommended.
Be the first to ReplySat at the chiefs table and had the best meal ever.
The service was off the charts and eating in their immaculate kitchen took it to a new level. Don't shy away from their champagne cart, bread or cheese!
Be the first to ReplyThe food is sad, we did the tasting menu.
.. the wine was amazing, the service was good and the food was a miss. I could only imagine how good it might had it been many years ago. Some people had better prepared food than others at the same table. I mean what this is a multi Michelin star restaurant? I think uniformity is the game right? Everything is worn out including the chief. I get breathing new life into a restaurant is expensive but at least do it to the food. That's the only thing you have control over, if your not an investor. Its an expensive meal that will disappoint. We are from LA and have enjoyed Vespertine, Providence, Melisse, Meteora and Bestia in the last six months (Vespertine before Covid a couple times). I only say this so you have a reference to our disappointment. I hate leaving a negative review, but it was heart breaking because it was my 40th and my moms 65th. I'm sorry to all the staff that worked so hard.

I opted in the for Forbes 5 Star Celebration Menu with the wine pairing. EVERYTHING was absolutely divine!! It was completely worth getting the tasting menu. Just note if you opt in, don't waste too much time with the bread, as there is A LOT of food, including a beautiful dessert cart they come around with and it is not on the tasting menu. The cart has a wide variety of tasty looking treats, but I was too full to partake too much.Service staff was impeccable, professional, yet very friendly and engaging. The restaurant is quiet. Clean. They have a ginormous wine menu. It is so big, they bring a table for it to sit on while you peruse. Strongly recommend this experience and food.

Vegas has alot to offer, but not many restaurants are worth going to, this one 1000% is a must go to. From top tier service to knowledgable staff and of course incredible food. This is a restaurant that offers you and delivers the full experience. Each dish takes you on a taste bud ride you won't forget. Of you are looking for a restaurant for a special occasion or just because you enjoy the finest of dining, make sure to find yourself here next time your in Vegas!

Be the first to ReplyEnsconced in Caesar's Palace, Guy Savoy (ghee sah vwah) is
Ensconced in Caesar's Palace, Guy Savoy (ghee sah vwah) is an oasis whose interior vaguely reminds me of long gone La Folie in San Francisco where both seem to hark back aesthetically to modern mid 20th century. The quiet, civilized ambiance and impressive carts of Champagne, breads, mountain of Échiré butter, desserts are appreciated all the while taking in the view of the Las Vegas Strip. À la Carte Menu:0) Bread Cart:a. Black Olive b. Confit de Citronc. Sour Cherry & Pecan my favorite. d. Échiré made from happy, grass fed cows from Bretagne. 00) Amuse Gueule: a. Mini Wagyū slider w/ tarragon mustard Aïoli. b. Butternut Squash w/ cream cheesec. Scallop Royal w/ braised scallion, crispy forbidden black rice1) Colors of Caviar: Parfait of 4 layers of Kaluga caviar sandwiched between pickle gastrique Vinaigrette; vegetal, green bean purée, heavy cream. Topped w/ buttery, airy Sabayon.Heavy, ultra smooth & caviar that pops in your mouth eaten w/ a mother of pearl spoon. 1a) Muscadet de Sevre et Maine, Clos de la Houssaie 2012: Famous for pairing w/ oyster. Refreshingly light bitter, citrusy, dry, acidic. 2) Seared Foie Gras & buttery Brioche w/ finely diced, earthy Truffe Noire du Périgord shaped in a Timbale. A luxury we can't get in California. Spinach leaf Napoléon & Black Truffle slices topped by fried quail egg. 2a) Ribolla Gialla Le Vigne di Zamo Friuli Colli Orientali: Scintillating, bright acidity, waxy, lemony, bitter, mothball, agrodolce. 3) Creamy, bland puréed Artichoke Soup, thin, wide slices of "gritty" black truffles that lacked pungency. For me, missed the mark. Brioche is crispy yet moist slathered w/ black truffled butter.3a) Pinot Noir Frédéric Esmonin Nuits-Saint-George es Hauts Pruliers 2020: Juicy cherry, blueberry, touch ammonia, earthy, acidic, woody. 4) Caille Farci Foie Gras, Châteigne, Raisin Noir: The quail was presented w/ chestnuts, herbs, autumn leaves in a poêle à frire/frying pan by the charming receptionist. Then the quail is totally deboned except for the wings & legs and yet retains its original shape!!! True mastery of culinary technique. Stuffed w/ a rich mixture of foie gras & puréed chestnuts. Then roasted. Sauce Tranché was close to a Umami meaty Demi-Glace. Endive grilled lightly, watery, crisp stuffed w/ black grapes, chestnut chips, bright orange persimmon confiture. Royale: A smooth custard incorporated w/ puréed chestnuts. An exquisite, delicate, crunchy, potatoey, chestnut tuile shaped like a stylized multi-branched water grass on top. 4a) Sangiovese Vitanza Brunello di Montalcino 2007: Black fruits, musty, barnyard, astringent, sweet yet dry. This sophisticated yet rustic wine paired well w/ the rural quail & chestnuts. PreDessert: Pear ice cream, crunchy almond streusel, diced poached pear, lemon confit. 5) Coconut 6 Ways: Reminded me of Filipino Halo Halo. Julienned, slippery, fibrous fresh coconut; Coconut Tapioca; crunchy, toasted coconut; icy charcoal sorbet; coconut tuile; coconut foam. 5a) Grand & Petit Manseng Charles Hours Uroulat Jurançon 2017: Bright apricot, tangerine, waxy, tingy acidity, aigre-douxPalate Cleanser: Earl Grey Tea sorbet, black pepper Crème Anglaise Adrian brought the Mignardise cart, but I was too full. He kindly selected some to take w/ me. Staff here is less formal, more friendly yet still well coördinated than in a très haut restaurant in France. Sommelier selected reasonably priced, effective pairings. They created Bon Accueil/warm welcome. Adrian né Marseille was most thoughtful, hospitable, considerate throughout the 4 hour dining. He is a big part for my 5 star rating of Guy Savoy. Definitely a deux étoile Guide Michelin.

. if you call them to book the Chef's Krug table INSIDE the kitchen. We did. Ridiculously expensive. Ridiculously awesome! Its a foodie experience we will never forget. Private table. Private staff. Chef talks to table and staff intricately describe each course. I think we were there for 6 hours. Not kidding. I wish I kept notes to add to the picture details, instead I have some pics (video will not upload with dry ice fog) and a MASSIVE smile. Chef and the Krug table experience were awesome.

Wow, what an amazing experience! We did the tasting menu and I have to say this was a well deserved bucket list adventure. JP, Andrew and Alain made our dinner one to remember for years to come. Intimate setting, unbelievable service, and delicious/innovative offerings. A must!
Be the first to ReplyDid the Krug Room at Guy Savoy and was overall extremely
Did the Krug Room at Guy Savoy and was overall extremely impressed. I can see why they were awarded two Michelin stars. Service was top-notch - very knowledgeable and attentive. Again, this was the Krug Room so our experience may have been far superior than other diners. The reason I gave 4 stars was that some of the dishes seemed a bit dated and nothing seemed all that innovative. For a almost $1,600 bill, I at least expected to have the full bottle of Krug instead of just two gasses. Also, in my opinion there were too many soup courses which didn't add to the "luxury" experience. Needs more caviar etc. The langoustine and A5 were obviously the stars.A two Michelin star restaurant also shouldn't have salt on the table as if they were a diner, which I unfortunately grabbed a few times as some dishes were very under-seasoned. Will dine in the main dining room next time to see how it is.
Be the first to ReplyIMO Still the best restaurant in the world.
Guy Savoy is the perfect balance of salt, acidity, fat and flavor.I try to come whenever I am in Vegas and it always impresses me.The service is perfect attentive and well timed. The dishes are carefully planned and well executed. They have an incredible wine selection that requires a stand when fingering through the selection. You will never leave hungry because of the plentiful bread and desert selection.Lastly, the menu has paired back a bit and is now a 5 course menu rather than the 11 course. This actually improves the experience somewhat because previously I felt it was too much food, and the other benefit is that it is a shorter dining service roughly 2.5 to 3 hours.I highly recommend the tasting menu as it gives you an opportunity to experience a new dish from the amazing chefs there.Highly recommend!

Be the first to ReplyI booked a new year dinner to celebrate 2022.
The meal was magnificent with the most excellent service. The steak was especially delicious and cooked to perfection! Truffle mushroom soup is a must! The multiple stars Michelin star restaurant owned by Guy Savoy, a French chef who is the head chef and owner of the eponymous Guy Savoy restaurant in Paris, is absolutely one of the best dining experiences in Las Vegas. I highly recommend.
