Good Experience
Visited in Dec, was very impress with the food and the ambiance. We had their oscetra caviar & the cheese selection for sharing. Their cured meats was superb!!! Highly recommended and will visit again.

I have been once before and I came expecting to be impressed and I ended up being disappointed. All the dishes including the main courses which were described as hot were served cold or at best tepid. As a vegetarian I was excited about vegetable lid dining. I had a great experience at Alan Passard which offers the same. Sadly while the atmosphere and service was great and the food beautifully presented it lacked flavour. For the price we paid I hoped to be amazed, sadly I wasn't.

Love everything, we had a lovely evening @Jag, big thanks to chef Jeremy and the team for their effort in creating such modern yet flavourful menu, every dish is well executed and packed with flavour, they are all more than just a good looking dish, bearing in mind they are plant based. We have tried some other vegetarian degustation, Jag's place is highly recommended !

Top experience at Chef Dillon restaurant, personalised menu based on seasonal vegetables availability, perfect presentation and ensured wow effect. Everything prepared with extreme attention and chef will drive kindly through an amazing journey. After so many Michelin stars almost similar, finally something really different. Perfect for a couple dinner or to celebrate your birthday as it was for me

Overall, very good, service wise good and attentive apart from one period in the middle of our meal when it tailed off noticeably. Foodwise a little too heavy on out of the ordinary veggies and herbs which sometimes seemed not to quite go. The proteins in some cases were a bit of a letdown, particularly the Dover sole. The staff noticed that we couldn't eat part of the dessert as the biscuit base was way too hard. Without being asked they brought a replacement dessert and wine pairing. Wine pairing overall was pretty good but two of the reds (where we got the last pours from the bottle) were past their best and tasted somewhat stale. All in all, a decent experience and they obviously care about and understand their products.

The cooking is exceptionally creative. A mixture of different seafood, meat & vegetables assembled into a symphony of colors that is not only tasty but also appealing to the eyes. Our appreciation to Chef Jeremy for creating such masterpieces for our enjoyment.

Truly amazing experience with Jag. From amuse bouche, bread, mains to dessert, all 16 dishes were flawlessly executed, full of surprises both to the eyes and the palate. Not to mention their warm hospitality, great service and even a thoughtful gift to bring back home with a handwritten menu. Dare say that they have set a very high standard for fine dining and we really couldn’t ask for more 👍🏻

Been there for a friends birthday. Must say food was good but the sommelier was actually the worst you’ll meet. Pretty much robotic telling you where the wine is from and that’s it. Doesn’t want to strike a conversation further especially after telling him it’s not good. ( we had the wine pairing ) For a Michelin starred restaurant- definitely not a type of service you expect. We had the wine pairing and felt the wine wasn’t very much complementary to the food at all . Yet they avoid taking any feedback by having the least interaction with us . If they refuse to accept feedback and service is mediocre, I wonder why they deserve the star….

This was our first time visiting Restaurant JAG and we were impressed from the moment we arrived. Knowing that it was a Michelin Starred Restaurant we already had high expectations but we couldn't have been more pleased. The staff, the ambiance & especially the food was transformative. Chef Jeremy is a magician in the kitchen. We can't wait to return. Highly, highly, highly recommended.

Wonderful and intimate restaurant experience for lunch or dinner. Enjoy an ever changing tasting menu based on the seasons' ingredients that Chef Jeremy and his team create into a sublime dining experience that you won't forget. Amazing service too from Mary Joy and the team. Beautifully done. Highly recommended.

I've been to a few fine dining places by now. Am impressed by Restaurant JAG by the way the staff served us and how the food was presented to us. The ingredients, imported from France, were very fresh and especially the dish with scallops, loved it a lot. Thank you for hosting us!

The food was absolutely incredible! It was not only delicious, it also was presented like artwork. The staff were very attentive and lovely, and the chef stopped by several times throughout the evening to check we were happy with everything. The restaurant is very small, with only six tables, which feels very intimate and special.
My husband has a few food intolerances, which they catered to and he didn’t have to miss out on anything, which was a first!
very pricey, but extremely good
this is birthday and anniversary restaurant. the chef is exceptionally talented and the food rivals many of the 2 and even 3 star meals i have had in other parts of the world - not bad for a single starred restaurant. be warned the portions, while numerous are very very small. if not for the insane cheese board we'd likely leave hungry! Regardless, this is quality dining that borders on art.

We went at lunch, and there was only two tables; very quiet. The service and food was amazing - why four stars? When the 'house" champagne is $60 per glass... we didn't see a wine menu; we just trusted - $60 is just a big rich

Opted for vegetarian dinner. Taste blends were thoughtful but most were average/passable. Ambience is sub par especially if you are celebrating an occassion.

Eric, the restaurant manager - is impeccable in his profession and affable like a family friend. He helped me with my wife’s dietary preferences (she was 8 mths pregnant) and even went beyond with a couple of my personalised requests - which i am deeply grateful for. Superb service which will keep us coming back for more. The food is simply brilliant for our palates - focused on greens with luxury protein as a side, and hailing from the south of france. Chef Jeremy is a maverick at what he does, transforming exotic vegetables into gastronomical masterpieces. 11/10 will recommend!

We would highly recommend JAG as this was so far the most comfortable and specially curated dining experiencewe had in French restaurants. They were attentive to all guests and you can feel so through their willingness of sharing their knowledge to you. Chef Jeremy came out from his kitchen twice and had small talk with all the diners. Our attendant Eric and his colleague made you feel comfortable dining throughout with their friendliness and personalised service. Great job to Chef Jeremy and his team!

This restaurant is such a gem! Been there twice just this year alone for its summer and autumn menus. It's a place that I won't hesitate to go back for that special occasion, celebration.
Chef Jeremy's mastery of herbs and his ingredients is almost like sorcery, he truly cook with the season and gives it a lot of thought and imagination whist executing the dish perfectly. One can really sense and taste the season and passion in each of his creation.
The plating and colours are like pieces of art that one can devour dish after dish.
The restaurant manager and sommelier and all waiters are exceptionally attentive and know their food well.
The pricing is also a steal for its quality and consistency. Value for money before it gets 3 michelin stars. In fact it may be on par if not better than some 3 michelin stars restaurants in town.
Luncheon
Was at JAG with my mom last week. It was our first time at the restaurant and the warm intimate setting was the first thing that struck us. There was a lovely glow within. We were sat by the window which gave us a good overall view of the restaurant. The service staff as well as the sommelier were really attentive and made us feel totally at home. Chef came out of the kitchen on a couple of occasions to check on how we were doing and without doubt , his food with the strong emphasis on veg was stellar and insta-worthy. We would definitely recommend JAG and dinner there would be next on the cards.

This was our third dinner at JAG and the soft launch of their autumn menu. We have always loved the taste and texture of their food and the autumn menu was the same.
I particularly appreciate the care they take with their vegetarian dishes. A lot of tasting menus tend to serve vegetarian food in a rather raw way without much taste (likely because the focus is on the meat courses), but JAG has consistently been excellent here. Thank you!
We also appreciate how Chef Jeremy has been consistently innovating his menu to suit the seasons, since we don’t get to enjoy them as much in Singapore. We will be coming back.
