Restaurant La Palme d'Or Cannes Reviews
Artfully delicious dishes at a gorgeous restaurant setting
We stayed in the riviera for a week and felt this was one of the top 2 restaurants we dined out in terms of both food and ambiance. We were lucky to get a beautiful table on the terrace overlooking the la croissette blvd and beach. Each dish was artfully composed and consisted of several components, all without being too overwhelming or filling. We had an excellent mix of both seafood and meat dishes. The after dinner extras were also a delightful creative surprise. 5/5 recommend and we plan to visit again when we return to Cannes
Book a table - don’t think twice.
Absolutely fabulous restaurant. Located in an iconic hotel, this restaurant is beautifully decorated, and is subtle and refined - making it the very epitome of luxury. The food and service are world class, and the matched wines are really worthwhile. We were lucky enough to get a table on the terrace overlooking the croisette - if you can get one, get one! The atmosphere as the food comes and the sun sets is achingly stunning. Would not hesitate to recommend.
Surprisingly disappointing for a Michelin star restaurant
Surprisingly disappointing for a Michelin restaurant in France. The room is beautiful, the service is very good and I always stay at the Martinez Hotel when in Cannes. We were all unimpressed with the food. This is an exceptionally rare event at a Michelin restaurant. It was so disappointing we cancelled a second reservation.
