Instagram worthy pics or just a girls brunch or maybe a day
Instagram worthy pics or just a girls brunch or maybe a day date this is the place to go. The rooftop view is amazing especially when the sun is shining through. It was a little bit chilly so sitting outside was not ideal at this time (would recommend going on the warmer months). The service was excellent and they even printed out a coloring page for my toddler which I thought was super cute and it also helped me so I could take a look at the menu (crayons included). I wish I knew about this place I would have taken some engagement pics here that is how beautiful the place is. For starters I ordered the Delice de Bourgogne Cheese, now it's not your typical charcuterie board so have an open mind. It was more like a sampling of a specialty cheese and a vine of red grapes served with a mini baguette that was sliced and strawberry perseveres. In my opinion I think it's really an individual serving since it's just a wedge of cheese and a few slices of bread. If you're ordering more than one starter then it's more shareable. Next since I'm a huge breakfast person I ordered the RH Scrambled. Call me crazy but I like to try out all dishes that have eggs. I love me some eggs. This dish had scrambled eggs topped with lots of chives and I mean lots. Also it came with slices avocado, toasted bread and a side of crème fraîche (which is a form of sour cream). I will say I split this dish for two and shared with my son. The eggs were super tasty and fluffy I'm not sure how they did it but it was bursting full of flavor. Since I can never decide on just one dish especially when traveling I also ordered the RH burger. This was served a la carte so it was just the burger dressed with sharp cheddar, pickles, onions and a huge piece of lettuce (I think I was butter lettuce it was super tasty) and a side of dijonnaise. The burger was cooked to your liking so I got mine cooked medium and it was perfect. It might just be me but if I have any type of burger or sandwich I always have to have chips or fries to complement it. So I ordered the truffle fries which is also a la carte. The fries were good the perfect combination of soft yet crispy on the outside. Since I love truffle it could have used a little more truffle but they were still really good and it came with truffle aioli for dipping. I actually took some of the truffle aioli and added it to my burger and omg that made it even better. Now you are probably wondering did I order something to drink and yes I did. I'm really into matcha these days and so I did order a hot matcha latte and it was so good and very smooth. I think on my next trip to this place I may dress up a little and take a few IG worthy pictures because this place was super nice and hopefully it will be warmer to take advantage of the outside seating. The outside was really pretty and lots of cool views. I would recommend stopping by and getting a bite.

Love the ambiance! Service was amazing! However, for such an upscale place, I did expect the food to be better.. the broccoli I had was suuuper salty
Be the first to ReplyFinally tried the RH rooftop restaurant for a birthday
Finally tried the RH rooftop restaurant for a birthday brunch and it did not disappoint! Parking is very limited so we opted in for the valet. When we got to the top floor, it was a true beauty how they decorated this place. The lighting, olive trees, and fountain made it such a beautiful setting. The waiter asked us if we wanted sparkling or still water which is both an extra charge. You will need to ask for tap water for the "no-charge" water. We ordered the lobster roll, beef sandwich with truffle fries, and crispy artichokes. The artichokes were amazing! The best we had. The lobster roll was okay-- nothing special. However, the truffle fries were the star of our dishes. Overall, a great place to spend a special occasion or a date night out!

I was brought here for a late Valentine's Day dinner with friends. The atmosphere is very romantic and quiet. The parking is valet. The first floor is furniture and the second floor is the restaurant with beautiful patio style outdoor seating. It has great views of the city especially at night. It is a nice date night type of place. Con's open parking is limited. Valet isn't complimentary. The menu is very limited and a bit pricy for the small quantity of food you receive. Even the party next to us was talking about going to McDonalds afterwards. Which reminds me of the close seating that has you sharing a bench with your neighbors to the point where you don't really have privacy. Especially if your neighbor has trouble with their indoor voice. Overall the place is good for drinks and conversation along with the ambiance. If you do plan to eat here, please eat first unless you are a nibbler. Oh yes one more very important thing. They only serve wine and beer so if you are having a bad date don't look for any hardcore rescuing from Jack or Jim.
Be the first to ReplyOmggggg this place is the cutest.
My boyfriend surprised me for a birthday lunch here. I've always wanted to come here when I'm in town because of the aesthetics. It is so cute inside and the customer service was amazing. My bf got the cheeseburger which was so delicious. I got the lobster roll and omggg it was sooo delicious. I dream about it. We also got truffle fries which were seasoned perfectly. They only have beer and wine, so we got a mimosa and Bellini which were good. They also brought out a cookie with a candle for my birthday. I will definitely be back.
Be the first to ReplySteak and potatoe purée was so good! 8.
6 . Tried salmon for the first time and it was really good. 8 I just didn't like that there was no hard liquor. Would definitely come back

My table booked a 11 top for my friends birthday and we were split into two tables 5 feet apart. With the 20% gratuity our service lacked effort because servers were promised a tip at the end of our dinner. While approaching the manager with our concern over the table being split we were told we can either wait for another large table to get up for their seats to sit together OR we can catch up down stairs in the furniture store... terrible service and terrible management.
Be the first to ReplyNice place they spent a lot of money here.
Photos do not do it justice. Food ok but way over priced and Valet stole several items from my car. You decide but I will not be going back.

Went for a "galentines" with some friends on a recommendation from another friend. The food was delicious and the service was alright (can't blame the waiters for the way they were trained). As we were being walked to our table, the host told us we had an hour and a half to eat and leave which kind of killed the vibe, but again-maybe that is what they are trained to advise? It became the running joke of the night! I was a little skeptical about paying $20 for a burger (fries not included), but it was well made.
Be the first to ReplyHighly recommend making a reservation.
We went for brunch and saw people waiting. Food was amazing. Best thing we ate was the shaved ribeye on garlic bread. Cannot recommend enough. Bread toasted perfectly - ribeye delicious. Other top thing we had was the burrata. Our friend who typically doesn't like mushrooms said he liked these! We also had the lobster roll which was good, but if you're expecting a New England level lobster roll, this one won't be on that level.
Be the first to ReplyThe spectacular ambiance is certainly worth coming to this
The spectacular ambiance is certainly worth coming to this restaurant. Wait, staff is attentive, kind, and helpful at giving helpful suggestions. My husband had the cheeseburger that was done to perfection. I had the lobster roll, and the portion was miniscule compared to the hearty cheeseburger. At the end of our meal, I was left feeling hungry and disappointed. Well, it's worth the visit for the truffle fries and scrumptious cheeseburger and unmatched view.
Be the first to ReplyMy honey and I celebrated our first anniversary here this
My honey and I celebrated our first anniversary here this past weekend and truth be told, I don't know if I've ever been to a more magical space! From the intricate chandeliers, to the gorgeous greenery & marble tables, the vibe was immaculate. Our server, Antonio, was very friendly & attentive without being overzealous, which we appreciated. Our food was pretty great! I had the Shaved Ribeye on Charred Garlic Bread, and he had the 16oz Charred Ribeye Steak. We both shared a Caesar salad and the Potato Purée. Once ordering my meal, Antonio had informed me that the Shaved Ribeye is prepared at a default Medium Rare (warm red center), and asked if this would be okay. As this is how I always like my steak prepared, I agreed. My only critique came after receiving my meal, and upon the first bite, the meat was too cold in the center for my liking. However, the flavor was out of the park. Because of this and the fact that I was starving, I decided to eat it as it was served. I have no doubt it would have been fixed to my liking had I just said something, but I will just ask for it to be cooked medium next time! After our meals, they brought out a homemade, warm, sea-salt chocolate chip cookie with a candle to help celebrate our anniversary, and it was delicious. We will definitely be venturing back to this location in the future!Thank you RH Dallas for helping us ring in our anniversary just the way we imagined!

The vibe is everything, it's a beautiful indoor/ outdoor rooftop! The service for us just was okay, our waitress had a lot of tables. It wasn't the best service but it wasn't the worst. The food a bit overpriced for the portions but the flavors were good. We had the lobster roll (8/10) Burger (7.5/10), Truffle fries ( 7/10 I would not pay the high price for them again, I'd stick to the regular fries.) and the Broccolini ( 9/10). The mimosas (not pictured) were okay but probably not the best I've had for the price. I do recommend for the aesthetic and vibes. I would try it again and order different items. I'd recommend reservations.

Be the first to ReplyTo top off this year's birthday celebration, my husband
To top off this year's birthday celebration, my husband surprised me with a lovely dinner at RH Rooftop . Located on the third floor of what appears to be a luxury furniture store, RH Rooftop definitely exceeded my expectations as far as the aesthetic was concerned. The gaudy chandeliers, winding trees, and massive fountain really give you the feeling that you're sitting in the middle of a beautiful outdoor garden, which I LOVED. The area was dimly lit, which makes for the perfect intimate setting and a great night out with your significant other or friends. Overall, the service was great, and the food wasn't too bad either. I absolutely loved all of the side dishes, but my lobster roll entree wasn't as flavorful as I thought it would be. The meat was juicy and cooked well. However, it didn't seem to have much seasoning. Also, I'm a big cocktail girl, so the fact that all they offer is wine and beer was a bit of a letdown for me. All in all, I enjoyed my experience and would consider going back.THINGS TO NOTE: Valet parking is located at the back of the building. You know you're in the right place if you see a beautiful water wall to the right. The restaurant is on the third floor, however, you have the option of either taking the stairs or an elevator.
Be the first to ReplyExcellent food and top notch service.
Reservations are recommended. They do not serve liquor which was disappointing but was quickly made up for with everything else. The wine we had (we should have just bought the bottle) was very good. Bathrooms were spotless and the ambiance was amazing. All the dishes were perfect in presentation and taste. We were so full we almost turned down the cookies. We really enjoyed ourselves and the rooftop patio. Would be a great brunch destination too.
Be the first to ReplyThe ambiance and service were really good.
The food was good, not bad but thought that it would be better. Went here for birthday dinner so the set up was really nice.

I've been to RH Restaurant in Yountville and it was great being able to go to another location! The interior was beautiful and it was great being able to explore the open rooftop during a beautiful summer day in Dallas. The food is pricy however, I feel you are paying for the experience to eat at one of RH's many restaurants.Be sure to make a reservation several weeks prior to ensure you won't have to wait. The service was great!Another cool aspect about this location is they have a full service coffee bar in the back so you can grab a coffee before you head out.

The stafffff, AMAZING! The viewwwww, AMAZING! Everything here was 10/10. I couldn't have asked for a better dining experience.
Be the first to ReplyMy husband made reservations for our make-up Valentine's
My husband made reservations for our make-up Valentine's Day dinner for Saturday brunch. I really enjoyed our time here, the atmosphere and food was really good. We really enjoyed our meals. I never order chicken when eating out, but I did see glowing reviews for their half chicken so I gave it a try. This was a dish that can definitely be shared, but you don't want to because it is so good! It really is as good as it looks - the flavors were mild but the dish was expertly prepared and presented. My husband ordered the RH scramble - the eggs were perfectly buttery and scrambled to perfection. We finished with a chocolate chip cookie that we split - it's a good thing we only got one because we could've easily eaten several on our own. It was very well made, I would've liked some ice cream on the side. While I do agree the prices are a bit higher for a brunch, but you kind of expect that since it's an RH cafe. The service was not great though, they forgot one of the things we ordered and the server wasn't great about refilling our drinks and generally not that attentive. The food and atmosphere made up for it though.

So many bad reviews for no reason in my opinion! I go here all the time. I love the cheese board, artichokes, fries, and lobster roll. Dessert is a must as well! Hostess's are not the friendliest but I've always had wonderful and kind wait staff!

It's been 2 months since I've been to Rooftop but it's still fresh in my mind and I'm dying to go back. We made a reservation but apparently it didn't go through. However, the staff immediately sat us regardless. Thank you for not making that an issue. Our server was the sweetest and very fun. She gave great recommendations and really helped us as we had our two littles in this fancy, fancy place and we were worried there'd be nothing simple enough for their tastes. My littles loved their grilled cheese (truffles removed - thank you!) and fries, the chocolate chip cookies (dreamy), and most of all their lemonades served in flutes. There was something super cute about little girls drinking their fruit drinks like it was New Year's. Like it was an episode of Bluey or a Fancy Nancy book, lol. The RH Burger is top quality and outstanding flavor. Nothing exotic. It's nice and simple, and incredibly delicious. Also super huge - big enough to share. The Shaved Ribeye on Charred Garlic Bread was my favorite. Every bite my eyelids would squint in amazement of the flavors. I just couldn't have been happier.Rooftop has the most elegant and open ambiance I've ever experienced in a restaurant. A lot of thought and planning went into creating a unique dining environment and I think it effectively brought more joy to the whole experience. It's actually another reason I can't wait to return. Is it expensive? Yeah, it is, it really is. But you're definitely not cheated. If you're holding back because of the cost, I have three words for you: treat yo'self!

Came here for my birthday dinner and it didn't disappoint! The beautiful ambiance and the wonderful staff made it special. It's definitely a great spot to take beautiful pictures. The food was okay, I honestly wasn't wowed by it...especially since it was so pricey and it was just okay. We went on a Sunday night and they were out of steaks...which was disappointing. They could do better on their dessert options as well. Only had cookies (which was yummy) and ice cream. Just as a fyi- they only serve wine and beer no cocktails!

First off you go there was AMBIANCE - the roof top isn't high but it's the top floor (3rd floor) and it's beautiful. The sunset took my breath away and it was fashioned like a glass house with plants . Post eats we roamed around the oh-so-fancy furniture store below because it was like a museum.I've been to other expensive places whether the food is worth the pretty penny I paid. The food is good but not anything special. Prices are unjustifiably astronomical IMO. I did like their gelato and mango sorbet (both those were special limited time desserts).Wait staff is kind and very tolerant. Their signature Bellini and mimosa are very refreshing. Bellini is a bit thicker than expected for a drink though.

This place is gorgeous! 5 stars for the ambiance, the decor. Everything is very pleasing to the eye. This would've been a five star review if the food was worth the cost you pay for it. I had the salmon, a la carte, and a green salad as a side. The salmon was quite good. But thats all you get for $36. The salad was very basic, it cost an additional $9. I get it though, its pricey because of where you're sitting not because of what you're eating. I had a glass of rose. I really wanted a cocktail, bummer they don't offer those. All in all I would dine there again, whenever I'm in town. It's very cute. Perfect for date night.
