When we returned from the trip I called them and they said 20 minutes it actually took 45 minutes for shuttle to arrive. Seems as they only have 2 working shuttles. Park elsewhere like QuickPark and pay a little extra for a smoother process.

You get what you pay for is an understatement when reviewing this airport parking lot. 105 Parking/South Bay Airport Parking is a perfect way to kill the vibe of a good vacation. As is LAX is usually a horrible experience, but the shuttle service should not add to this. We made it through baggage claim and customs in less than 20 minutes, which is amazing. BUT... we waited for 53 minutes for the shuttle. We called and advised our location as soon as we came out to the pick-up spot. We were told by the dispatcher that the driver was two terminals away and would be less than 10 minutes. About 15 minutes later the driver drove by, never looked our way, and kept driving. Despite four people trying to flag him down, he kept going. The shuttle was not full either, there were only two people on board at the time. So, by now it's 10:05 PM and we have been calling the dispatcher constantly and all we get told is "he is close he will be there in 10 minutes." While we waited, we saw every other parking company continuously drive by picking up their customers. My daughter counted over a dozen Parking Spot shuttles drive by in the time we were standing there. We waited another 35 minutes before the shuttle driver showed up. The driver's attitude was horrible. He was rude and treated our luggage like crap throwing it down to the point that I had to tell him to kick the bags to move them. The driver did the same thing to the next people he picked up and tossed one of their suitcases from outside the shuttle to the baggage rack. So, if you are cool waiting 50-plus minutes and getting your property mistreated, then this is the company for you. Sure they are the cheapest, but there is a reason. The parking garage is a bit dilapidated and the claims of shuttles every 25-30 minutes are lies. Parking garages are a dime a dozen and this one is the worst I have ever used and I use many. They have zero customer service and could honestly care less. Never again and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Look closely at the reviews, all of the reviews on Cheap Airport Parking and others alike show an ok rating, but the real ones on Yelp and Google tell a different story including a 2-star rating on Yelp with 857 reviews (858 after this one).

I recently saved a parking space for 4 1/2 days (4 am Thursday to 3pm Monday). I paid in advance. Using the parking was uneventful UNTIL I went to leave. I arrived at the parking lot at 2 pm and got my car to leave. I was forced to pay for another hour ($1.50) even though my parking was paid for until 3 pm! I was there EARLY. I was giving them a space back paid for for an hour and they charged me for being early. I'm afraid to ask what they would have charged me if I were late! Don't use them

You are forced double-park illegally, squeezing your car into extremely tight spaces with little room to move or leave your car freely. Valet parking costs extra. The employees force you to park in much tighter and not real parking spaces to fit more cars to make more money. Greedy and extremely terrible place. Unless you really can't afford a place to stay and have no other options. Go somewhere else. EDIT: Coming back from the airport was the WORST! We waited at the airport for 1-2 hours for the shuttle. Additionally, we called to inquire about the shuttle arrival time and the employee mentioned it would come around 20 minutes but as expected, it didn't. After the shuttle arrived about an hour later, the other shuttle passengers mentioned they had a similar experience, and after that calling a few times to inquire, the employees stopped picking up their calls at all. Not to mention, due to the singular shuttle coming after an hour, the bus was squeezed packed and quite a few passengers had to stand. It was only when they used a different number that the call was picked up. ABSOLUTELY terrible place. Would NEVER recommend nor ever come back to. The other shuttles looked like quite a luxury, when they ACTUALLY come every 20 minutes as they say, and you have room to sit and put your luggage.

On this last trip, the shuttle to the airport sat for 30 mins until they fully filled it up to leave to the airport. Almost missed our flight due to this. On the return, we waited almost 1 hour for pick up. Called three times to be told "it was on its way. " The shuttles aren't updated and the name on the outside of the shuttle doesn't match the name of "105 Parking" its says "South Bay." So we actually missed one shuttle that came 30 mins before. I will definitely be using one of the other companies next time because their shuttles come by every 5-10 mins.

We had to park outdoors on the top level due to very limited parking. 2) Upon return to LAX we had to wait 40 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up. 3) When I called the dispatch a second time for a pickup status, she hung up on me. This company is a low-cost provider of airport parking, but if your time is worth anything, do not use them.

Made the mistake and parked here for 3rd year in a row thinking it was maybe time of the season. This year not summer time and low season and still 45 min for shuttle to come. Horrible response time. Even for $5 a day would not park here again and hope no one else ever does if you care about shuttle arriving in a reasonable time after long flight The rude guy on the phone said come file a complain when you get picked up. Who has time to do that after long travel and waiting an hour plus to get picked up

Well i saw many 1 star reviews before purchasing the parking but , i decide to purchase the parking cause it was much cheaper than other locations i used to buy and release what a good decision i made the parking was clean , employees were friendly and they help me a-lot to find the shuttle So its not bad to go to this location . The only downside is the shuttle come every 30 minutes Other than that everything is perfect
Just go with any other provider.
.. literally. They run only one shuttle and you have to call them in order for them to pick you up. You'll see dozens of other parking providers pass you 3 or 4 times before you see one 105 Airport / South Bay Parking. There is very limited parking even if you reserve a spot. Ridiculous! Wally Park, Hyatt, Quick Park are parking spot, are a few that come frequently. This is the absolute last time I park here. Side Note: it's cheap so if you don't mind waiting an hour or so after you get your bags, $10/day is for you.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!
