So good. Authentic and Delicious
Having a Filipino spouse and having lived in the Philippines myself / I know something about good Filipino food. This place was so good. Good service; excellent food and a good price at that. It is not always easy to replicate dishes as not all the same ingredients are available. But they do a great job here. Kudos

I travel all over the country. I found this little gem in the area. The owner has his roots deep in the P.I food roots and it shows. Iโve been here twice on my two week visit to the area. Iโll keep coming back.

Fork & Spoon was a great choice, I'm glad I came here for their authentic Filipino food, probably the best in the SF Valley. I plan on expanding my knowledge and samplings of this type of food since I really liked it. It was really helpful for them to have the menus the way they did so I could have a better idea of what I was actually ordering. The inside of the restaurant is very clean and sanitary and very comfortable, great ambiance. I really liked the interesting decorations they had up too. Everything that is served is so authentic it almost feels like eating with someone's family cooking the food. Great parking situation despite being right on Ventura as well. The Adobo was really good and everything was truly cooked to perfection. I reached out directly to Paul about something, and he was once of the most helpful, friendly and professional people I've dealt with in quite some time. I almost messed up the order myself a bit by not paying full attention when putting the details in, but Paul helped make everything right and I really appreciated that. He personally recommended what he felt I would like the most and what customers tend to order frequently, so it narrowed down all the good stuff to a few exceptional options. Prices were very reasonable and you get a a really good deal for what you pay. There are also some really good lunch specials that you don't want to miss out on either. I think others should check this place out, I can't think of anything to complain about with my experience here.

This newer restaurant on Ventura Blvd. might be what youโre looking for. While the fare is slightly different than other Filipino restaurants in the Valley (remember, thereโs over 7,000 islands in the Philippines, and each has its own unique style of cooking!), the foodโs cooked to order, and served promptly. Weโd call their fare somewhat overpriced for whatโs served, but each dish is overfilled to capacity. The halo-halo reminds me of the halo-halo we had in Singapore, but I must confess, this version is long on beans and ice and short on milk and Jello. Table space and the staff are both limited; during busy times, you may experience a longer than customary wait. Be patient!
