This sushi bar was EXCELLENT! Living near San Francisco, we eat a lot of sushi, and this place would easily rank in our top 5. No reservations, but no wait on a Saturday night to sit at the bar. Service was excellent, with drinks, sashimi, then ro

I don't get why they're rated the way they are because our experience was great. Our service was great, we ordered rolls and teriyaki and then ordered more rolls. Even the pickier sushi eaters in our group wanted more. Very fresh fish and g
Very accommodating for dietary restrictions
Excellent meal. The have a large menu and a second gluten free menu which listed items on the main menu that could be ordered gluten free. The server was very knowledgeable about the menu as we both had some dietary restrictions. The vegan options sh
Delicious, fresh sushi!
I loved this place and I’ll be dreaming of some of their rolls possibly forever! Sushi is one of my greatest loves and ive eaten it up and down the west coast so trust me on this. My favorites were the box sushi roll (those thin lemon slices!!),
People are nice.
Fish freshness was not an issue. Cooking skill was suspect. Gyoza dish was "ling ling" quality and came out in a brick with an order of 6 stuck together. Beef udon was an overly large and poorly butchered piece of chuck steak or something

I was visiting whistler with a few buddies for a snowboarding trip. We quickly got tired of typical lodge food and decided to switch things up and give this place a try. We didn't have a reservation, so we had to wait about 1 hour which wasn
Sushi in the Village
We were 2 walk-ins and they happily squeezed us in politely asking if we could be under and hour. No problem! Great menu, attentive staff, quality food, convenient location, fun vibe. Possibly the best sushi in Whistler?
Whistler prices
$45 plus taxes for 9 pieces of salmon sashimi. Need I say more? Otherwise the food was ok. Ordered takeout and it was ready on time.
Wasn't sure what to expect getting Sushi at a ski resort
Wasn't sure what to expect getting Sushi at a ski resort but Sushi Village is top quality. The chefs are pros, and it was honestly some of the best sushi I've had in years. Definitely stop in here if you're in the area.

When I got to Whistler everyone told me the sushi places around the area were very good and unfortunately I waited until my last night to try Sushi Village which was recommended by a lot of people because it was very very good. I got the Sass role an
Great sushi
Stopped for a late supper at Sushi Village. We enjoyed a variety of sushi rolls (crunchy PS roll, una avo roll, hot volcano roll, dynamite roll, beautiful tempura roll) as well as some awesome tempura. Our absolute favorite is the chicken karaage !!

I was seated at the sushi bar and after 15 minutes of being ignored, wasn't even offered water while the folks on either side of me were helped. I was disappointed. I got up and ordered takeout instead. The guy at the counter told me it should o
Fantastic sushi.
Great and friendly service. Cool decor. Try the strawberry margarita. All in all a tremendous experience. Highly recommend.
Totally overpriced.
Food too salty. $29 salmon dish needs $4 rice to be bought separately. That's weird.
Horrible food & service
Ordered take out from here on September 27th. We were honestly shocked upon opening the containers. Our gyoza was burnt to the point it was inedible. Shocking that they would even let his out the kitchen! Avocado in the sushi rolls was turning bla
What a nice evening
Nice location, very friendly staff, great food! We sat right before the Sushi Master, great experience to watch him: highly concentrated, friendly, simply very, very good
Our experience here was great.
It started with the Japanese style set-up inside. You took off your shoes and climbed in to the "room" with a low table and seats. Our service was also really great. Very friendly and helpful. But, of course, what matters most is the food.
Customer service iffy
Not great customer service but amazing food, our waiter didn’t apologize for their mistake after bringing the wrong food, but still was overall a very good experience
Excellent sushi and food - perhaps avoid peak times if you want a speedy experience.
The food was excellent. We ordered Pete’s beet roll which was excellent, a couple of other sushi, tempura, soft shell crab and teriyaki chicken. The sushi and tempura were excellent, teriyaki chicken ok. Had to wait for a table which was fine as
