back at tanyu, somerset 313 after almost a year.
this time we opted for the sauekraut fish instead of the crazy mala steamed fish theyre famous for. it's pretty good with chopped salted mustard green and slices of lime to give the soup a sour tang. the fish fillet was generous too and we were stuffed to the brim. food coma. service is prompt and hassle free, while ambiance is lively and pack. well ventilated

i was introduced to tan yu at somerset 313 yesterday and was pretty impressed by it. we ordered the signature grilled fish cooked in green pepper broth. it wasn't as spicy as i thought and i actually enjoyed the dish very much. would love to come back soon!
Be the first to ReplyOK very nice setting; service 4star.
Very attentive and courteous servers. Food is generous and well prepared and taste oh RECOMMENCED to bring your visitors and overseas guests. I will go again for sure. See y'all
Be the first to ReplyGrilled fish with spicy Mala broth is a Chongqing specialty.
Good for 2 pax when you want to get your mala fix whereas Haidilao is better in a big group, has more variety, better sauces & better service. Think of it as premium mala xiangguo. I like the grilled taste of the fish as well as that addictive mala spiciness. Service level can be rather inconsistent though.
