Confusion when checking in but when the hostel appeared she sorted us out with a wonderful table beside the beach. The margaritas were out of this world - we had a lot ! Service spotty tho. My starter of calamari was ok - as expected nothing special I order the Lobster Tagliatelle and it was dire - it was like a tin of Heinz’s spaghetti (not tagliatelle) had been microwaved and served - I only found a pea sized piece of Lobster . But what did annoy me was at no point during the service did anyone check up on us to see if the meal was OK ? For the price point charged I expected better The puddings were mainly chocolate based - not ideal for somewhere who doesn’t like chocolate (like me) The old staple Beach Bar and Grill was so much better - had more atmosphere, a more comprehensive fish menu and felt like a real treat. We will not return - seriously not value for money (even though my partner enjoyed his steak - I had a miserable meal !)

What a lovely evening we had here. It was raining so we sat inside and the decor and atmosphere was just beautiful with a fabulous view of the city lights. The 4 of us all said we had one of the best steaks we have ever had, superbly cooked! The prawns were delicious and the burrata. The waiter who looked after us was so efficient and friendly and it was nice to meet Ogi the Manager who made us very welcome. Can’t recommend it enough. One of our favourites and we will be back next year!!
A little slow
One of the One&Only restaurants is located close to the beach and is open during the day. In general, everything is quite good, but everything takes a long, slow time to prepare and serve. We forgot one of the dishes, when I reminded him, it was already pointless to start cooking. Drinks also take a long time, and after a reminder. As a result, there are no questions about the quality of the food, and the service could be much better. Both the octopus carpaccio and the grilled seafood platter are good.
A real disappointment.
Very disappointing. We used to go here regularly for dinner before The Palm was built. Decided to go down memory lane last night. Arrived for Sundowners. Cocktails took a long time to arrive, and there were only 4 tables of guests. Ice for the water never arrived. We asked for an ice bucket for the water, twice. You would have thought we were asking for the moon. Then we went in for dinner. The truffle Empanadas were very heavy. When I cut into them, the filling congealed on the plate. Tuna main course. I was asked if I would like it cooked medium. I replied with, no more than medium please. The plate arrived with some green leaves concealing a very uninspiring ‘sauce’ and some of the tuna so overcooked it was chewy and could not be eaten. I did comment on this to the waiter, but my concern was ignored. My two friends had the king prawns, which were also overcooked. As a result, we will not be returning. A real shame as in its previous life, we spent many happy evenings there. .
RUINED OUR ANNIVERSARY
Having a hospitality busines here are my two cents on this restaurant:- Buggy driver from the parking to restaurant was friendly and informative. 5* The Asian hostess had a bad attitude like we are invading her space or whatever the case terrible service terrible body language just doesn't need to be working there .0* It's only four tables on the outdoor seating but the two Asian gentlemen could not even deliver simple service. They were fast in clearing items off our table as if they just need us to leave and we just started the evening. Service was offered more to the other tables while we sat there like sitting ducks on holiday. Whoever is managing these staff needs to be fired ASAP. 0* Our day was made better by the gentleman STEVEN.. well spoken,polite and would constantly try to cover for his colleagues short comings. 5* We would have stayed for him to give us the service but just wasn't worth it as our Anniversary was already ruined from the moment we entered. So we finished our starters and left to go have dinner elsewhere. This place is beautiful but the floor staff is just horrible horrible horrible you need new staff there that understand what hospitality is.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Can come from a lot of places, people who don't want to get charged their cancellation fee or people who just have them and cant go.

almost all restaurants aren't affiliated with AT and I'm guessing it's mostly people wanting to not pay cancellation fees.
